Mit seiner Lage direkt an der Piste am Kronplatzes, der als eines der beliebtesten Skigebiete Südtirols gilt, fügt es sich malerisch in eine märchenhafte Berglandschaft ein. Deren Kulisse wird von den Pragser Dolomiten und von der Riesenfernergruppe gebildet.
In dem besonders bei Paaren und Familien mit Kindern beliebten Hotel können die Gäste die Größe und Ausstattung ihres Zimmers aus einer großen Angebotsvielfalt auswählen. Vorzügliche Gourmeterlebnisse, die sowohl die vegetarische Küche als auch ein wöchentliches Gala-Dinner einschließen, sorgen ebenso wie das kostenlose WLAN im ganzen Haus und der kuschelige Bademantel im Zimmer für Ihr persönliches Wohlbefinden.

Im Sommer bevorzugen die Gäste des Hotels Kristalls Aktivitäten wie Hütten- und Gipfelwanderungen oder auch Fahrrad- und Rafting-Touren. Kinder fühlen dagegen sich im Indianerdorf „Kikeriki" oder im Streichelzoo auf dem Hausberg Olangs, dem Kronplatz am wohlsten.

Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit wunderschönen Zimmern, atemberaubender Aussicht und tadellosem Service. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal.
Die Halbpension mit Nachmittagssnack ist hervorragend. Gäste mit Vollpension genießen hochwertige Speisen, darunter ein Gemüsebuffet, Käse, eine Auswahl an Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten sowie Desserts und eine vom Küchenchef kreierte Vorspeise.
Das Hotel verfügt über ein Wellnesscenter mit Türkischem Bad, Sauna, Eisbrunnen und Panorama-Whirlpool. Ausflüge und Besuche auf Almen können organisiert werden.
Was gibt es Schöneres, als mindestens drei Tage pure Entspannung zu verbringen?

Dieses Hotel ist außergewöhnlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet vom frisch gepressten Saft über frisches Obst, Südtiroler Wurst- und Käsespezialitäten gibt alles, was man für einen Tag in den Bergen benötigt.
Die tägliche Dreiviertelpension am Nachmittag lädt immer wieder zu Sünden am Küchen-und Salarbuffet ein. Gleichzeitig gibt es auch immer ein warmes Gericht.
Zum Abendessen kann man einfach nur sagen, dass es hervorragend war. Hier hat die Kreativität in der Küche keine Grenzen.
Wie kommen gerne wieder mit unserem Hund. Diese hatte ebenfalls im Zimmer eine eigene Matte und Trinknapf zur Verfügung.
Wir hatten ein Panorama Zimmer mit kompletter Fensterfront über das gesamte Zimmer.
Vom Bett aus sieht man direkt die Berge.
Ein durch und durch perfekter Urlaub mit unserem Hund!.
Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet,unter anderem mit frisch gepressten Säften.
Eine tolle Wellness-Welt mit Pool und drei sehr großzügige verschiedenen Saunen.

Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig & modern eingerichtet, incl. ist ein Wanderrucksack, welcher vom Hotel gestellt wird.
Und wandern wollten wir ;o)
Alle hier super freundlich, problemlos kann man auch noch kurz vorher Wandertouren ändern.
Hervorheben möchte ich Katia und unsere kleine Runde zur "Barmer Hütte". Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.
Überhaupt kann ich die geführten Touren mit den professionellen Bergführen nur Empfehlen.
Das nächste Mal muss aber irgendwie ein 3000er her :o)

Das Abendessen ist von einem andern Stern, einfach nur toll, was da täglich gezaubert wurde.
Bei dem wirklich reichhaltigen Frühstück, mit frisch gepressten Saft, startet der Tag schon perfekt.
Man fährt einfach nur glücklich und zufrieden nach Hause (und ein wenig traurig, weil die Woche so schnell vergangen ist).
Wir waren das erste Mal hier, unsere Kinder bereits das Zweite.
Und wir kommen wieder!

Mein Bruder und ich haben den Geburtstag unseres Vaters im Hotel Kristall gefeiert, und ich muss sagen, es war die beste Entscheidung, die wir treffen konnten. Wir wollten ihm etwas Besonderes und Einzigartiges schenken und entschieden uns daher für das Panoramazimmer. Als wir eintraten und durch die großen Fenster die Landschaft mit der Natur und dem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge sahen, waren wir alle sprachlos. Die Freude unseres Vaters zu sehen, war ein Moment, den weder mein Bruder noch ich je vergessen werden.
Das Hotel ist hochmodern, elegant und liebevoll gestaltet, aber was uns am meisten beeindruckt hat, war die Qualität des Services. An der Rezeption wurden wir mit Professionalität, Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit begrüßt, sodass wir uns sofort verwöhnt fühlten. Auch während der Mahlzeiten war das Personal im Speisesaal tadellos: schnell, immer lächelnd und bereit, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, was jeden Moment unseres Aufenthalts noch angenehmer machte.
Vom reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreichen Frühstück bis zum köstlichen Abschlussessen war alles perfekt. Aber das i-Tüpfelchen war die Geburtstagstorte, die wir bestellt hatten: wunderschön, köstlich und mit großer Sorgfalt serviert. Es machte den Abend unvergesslich, und unser Vater hätte sich kein schöneres Geschenk wünschen können.
Mein Bruder und ich waren begeistert von unserer Wahl: Dank dieser Unterkunft konnten wir unserem Vater einen unvergesslichen Geburtstag bescheren. Wir waren erst letzte Woche hier.. Sehr komfortables Hotel.. sehr gut schallgedämmte Zimmer, man hört keinen Lärm.. hervorragende Sauberkeit, endlich neue Bäder mit großer Dusche und vor allem großzügigen Ablageflächen zum Ablegen und Aufhängen von allem und mehr.. Saunabereich wirklich wunderschön und sehr sauber.. Bademäntel und Saunatücher in Hülle und Fülle direkt auf dem Zimmer.. das Essen ist sehr gut.. jeden Tag verschiedene Gerichte. fabelhafte Desserts.. und vor allem sehr wichtig für Menschen mit Gluten- und Laktoseintoleranz, das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und die Küche lässt nichts vermissen, von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert alle Gerichte speziell für Menschen mit diesen Problemen kreiert.. (ist in vielen Jahren, in denen ich bedeutende Hotels besucht habe, noch nie vorgekommen), wirklich herzlichen Glückwunsch, sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Herzlichkeit der Familie Erlacher, der super Service, die hohe Qualität der Küche und die gesamte Hotelanlage haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht.

Das Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht perfekt, das Zimmer war tadellos und blitzsauber, das Essen war hervorragend und die Küche ausgezeichnet, einzige Anmerkung: Der Wasserpreis war zu hoch (1 Liter Flasche 6,00 €).

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 3/4-Pension in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren begeistert. Von Anfang an wurden wir freundlich und professionell empfangen: Alle Mitarbeiter sind stets hilfsbereit, freundlich und aufmerksam.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, blitzsauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die 3/4-Pension war ein echter Bonus: ein reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, eine großzügige Nachmittagsjause mit süßen und herzhaften Spezialitäten und ein raffiniertes Abendessen mit köstlichen und liebevoll präsentierten Gerichten. Jede Mahlzeit war ein Genuss, sowohl qualitativ als auch quantitativ.
Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag im Freien. Sauna, Türkisches Bad, Whirlpool und Ruhebereich sind tadellos.
Kurz gesagt: ein rundum perfektes Erlebnis. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Hotel liegt in bester Lage mitten in einem charmanten Bergdorf, in unmittelbarer Nähe von Skilift und Bushaltestelle. Es bietet hervorragendes Essen und einen freundlichen, professionellen Service vom gesamten Team, insbesondere von Giuseppe, der die Bar leitet. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und komfortabel, und der Spa-Bereich ist nach einem Tag auf der Piste eine willkommene Entspannung. Wir hoffen, nächste Saison wiederzukommen.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, 200 m von der Skipiste entfernt. Der direkte Zugang zur Piste ist nur bei Schnee im Verbindungsabschnitt möglich.
Ich möchte auch darauf hinweisen, dass die Piste neben dem Hotel nicht für Skianfänger geeignet ist, insbesondere nachmittags, wenn der Schnee nicht gut verdichtet ist oder an den heißesten Tagen. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Transferservice an, der die oben genannten Probleme hervorragend löst und Sie morgens zum Eingang der Anlage und nachmittags zurück zum Hotel bringt. Wenige Meter entfernt befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle, die die gleiche Funktion erfüllt oder Sie in die Innenstadt bringt.

Die angebotene Küche ist traditionell, wird aber dank der großartigen Technik des Küchenchefs auf moderne Weise neu interpretiert. Erwarten Sie keine komplexen Aromen oder riskanten Kombinationen, sondern Essen mit großartigem Geschmack und ausgezeichneter Qualität der Rohstoffe (dieser Kommentar ist nicht negativ zu verstehen, sondern nur die Beschreibung meiner Erfahrung, die jedoch mit der höchsten Bewertung bewertet wird).
Erwähnenswert ist auf jeden Fall der Nachmittagssnack, der sowohl an herzhaften Gerichten (auch warmen Gerichten wie Lasagne) als auch an Süßigkeiten sehr reichhaltig ist, und insbesondere das Dessertbuffet am Freitagabend. Allein dieser Geschmack, die Ästhetik und die Ausführung sind den Preis des Aufenthalts wert.
Andererseits möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass das Frühstück nicht sehr reichhaltig ist. Beispielsweise könnte das süße Angebot durch andere Backwaren oder Trockengebäck (Kekse) erweitert werden. Ebenso das Herzhafte, vielleicht auch die Möglichkeit, im Service zubereitete Eier mit den entsprechenden gewünschten Gewürzen zu bestellen (wie Omelett, Rührei oder Benedikt-Eier usw.).

Wir haben unseren Skiurlaub im Hotel Kristall sehr genossen. Die Zimmer waren renoviert und sehr geräumig. Nach dem Skifahren haben wir die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels (Wellnessbereich) genossen. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal zum Skifahren (Ski-in/Ski-out), direkt neben der Olang-Gondelbahn. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und Abendessen!
Man kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen, angefangen von der tollen Lage (direkt mit den Ski auf die Piste und zurück), tolle Aussicht, super nettes Personal, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und super leckeres Essen. Wir haben leider nur ein Wochenende dort verbracht, haben es sehr genossen und kommen aber sicher wieder!
Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet in Bezug auf Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Professionalität. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr gut schallisoliert, elegant und modern, in warmen, entspannenden Tönen gehalten. Der Spa-Bereich steht den besten Spas in nichts nach. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Restaurant, dessen Speisekarte, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen, einschließlich Nachmittagstee und Aperitifs, die Erwartungen bei weitem übertrifft und eher der Qualität und dem Service eines Sternerestaurants als denen eines Hotels entspricht. Mein aufrichtiges Kompliment an das gesamte Personal und die sehr freundlichen Besitzer, die immer mit einem Lächeln und Hilfsbereitschaft zur Seite stehen.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, die Zimmer sind ordentlich und haben eine angenehme Größe, das Personal ist freundlich, das Essen entspricht dem Niveau, das man von dieser Art von Hotel erwartet. Der Wellnessbereich ist gepflegt und bietet alles, was man zum Entspannen nach einem Skitag braucht. Das Team macht seine Arbeit gut und wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts mit der Familie wohlgefühlt.

Ich habe ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Freunden zum Skifahren verbracht. Was soll ich sagen? Alles war wunderschön: die hervorragende Lage mit direktem Zugang zur Piste vom Hotel aus, die erstklassige Küche, die perfekten Zimmer, ein hervorragender Wellnessbereich und die Freundlichkeit des Personals war tadellos. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen.
Die einzigen Nachteile sind der Außenparkplatz und der Skiraum, der nicht mit dem Hotel verbunden ist.

Das Zimmer hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen – gemütliche Atmosphäre, groß, mit einem tollen Badezimmer, sogar besser als beschrieben. Zum Spa kann ich leider nicht viel Positives sagen: für ein so großes Hotel ist es zu klein. Zu wenig Platz in den Ruheräumen, und auf dem Boden hat sich Wasser angesammelt. In der Sauna gab es entweder Schimmel oder Schmutz – wirkt alt oder schlecht gepflegt. Der Pool ist auf den Fotos ein Schwimmbecken, in Wirklichkeit aber nur ein Platz zum Nasswerden. Die Küche hingegen ist fantastisch – abwechslungsreich, sehr lecker und das Personal ist top!

Ein außerordentliches Lob gilt der Küchenmannschaft , das gezauberte Menü am Abend war hervorragend.

Wir waren in der Woche vom 15. August hier. Ich fand diesen Ort absolut bezaubernd. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind geräumig. Sie werden sich jedes Mal, wenn Sie hereinkommen, in das Restaurant verlieben. Wunderschöne Zimmer. Perfekt sauber. Der einzige Makel im Zimmer war, dass der Fernseher an der Bettkante hing, was meinen Nacken etwas steif machte. Das Frühstück war super großzügig, aber wenn ich nach 9:00 Uhr ankam, würde ich sehr wenig vorfinden. Mein Tipp: Füllen Sie Ihre Tabletts nach, da das Frühstück bis 10:00 Uhr serviert wird, aber eine Stunde vorher ist fast nichts mehr übrig. Hochqualifiziertes Personal. Strategische Lage für Ausflüge. Super sauberes Spa, nicht überfüllt, gut geführt. Sehr kompetente Kosmetikerin, ausgezeichnete Massage. Der Koch war hervorragend, unvergessliche Abendessen. Ein Traumurlaub.

Wir waren im August in diesem Hotel und die Rückmeldungen waren durchweg positiv und entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet und das Essen war hervorragend, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Auch der Ausflugsservice und die verschiedenen Abendveranstaltungen des Hotels waren hervorragend.

Wir waren Mitte August in diesem Hotel und es hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Lage ist äußerst günstig: Innerhalb einer Autostunde erreicht man fast alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber und bieten eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Das Hotelrestaurant ist ausgezeichnet; der Küchenchef hat stets köstliche Gerichte zubereitet. Auch Gästen mit Glutenallergien oder anderen Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten wird große Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Die vom Hotel organisierten Ausflüge mit erfahrenen Führern sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt mehrere Tagesausflüge mit unterschiedlichem Schwierigkeitsgrad. Auch der Pool, der Whirlpool und der Spa-Bereich sind sehr schön.

Das Hotel liegt in einer herrlichen Passage, das wunderbare Personal sorgt dafür, dass Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen, und die Entspannungs-, Familien- und Essbereiche sind erstklassig.
Einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Südtirol, durften wir im Juli 2024 im 4* Hotel Kristall in Olang/Geiselsberg verbringen. Ein Familiengeführtes Hotel, was zusammen mit dem Berghotel Zirm die Kronplatz-Resort Gruppe bildet. Wir hatten ein super Zimmer mit allem Komfort, einem großen Balkon und faszinierenden Panoramablick aufs Pustertal. Kulinarisch wurden wir jeden Tag aufs Neue verwöhnt. Morgens mit einem ausgiebigen Frühstücksbuffet, Nachmittags mit verschiedenen Salaten, heissen Snacks und Kuchenbuffet. Und Abends gab es à la carte, 5 Gänge auf *Niveau. Für die Zeit des Aufenthalts gibt es für jeden Gast den Südtirol Guest Pass. Damit erhält man viele Vorteile, wie kostenlose Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Vergünstigungen und freien Eintritt in Museen. Für Bergwanderer absolut zu empfehlen, denn das Hotel bietet als Spezialität von Mo. - Fr. eine Familien, Alm und Gipfeltour mit entsprechenden Höhenmetern an.

Eines der gastfreundlichsten Hotels, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Da wir die Möglichkeit hatten, früher einzuchecken, wurden wir gleich bei der Ankunft zu unserem Zimmer geführt. Es war eigentlich ein kleines Apartment. Unsere Tochter hatte viel Platz für sich. Das Badezimmer ist riesig, und ich habe noch nie so viele Handtücher und Bademäntel gesehen. Wir hatten auch Körbe mit Handtüchern und Hausschuhen für Pool, Whirlpool und Saunen. Handtücher konnten am Pool abgegeben werden, und die Körbe wurden jeden Morgen aufgefüllt. Die Zimmer waren super sauber. Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein Tisch zugewiesen, der die ganze Woche über „unser“ blieb. Während unseres Aufenthalts feierte mein Mann Geburtstag und fand am Morgen neben einem besonderen Tischgedeck auch ein Geschenk und eine liebe Nachricht vor. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Buffet mit süßen und herzhaften Optionen, Smoothies, frisch gepressten Säften und Heißgetränken, die auf Anfrage direkt von der Bar erhältlich waren. Die Küche war hervorragend, mit raffinierten, hochwertigen Gerichten. Sie sind auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen, von meiner vegetarischen Tochter bis zu meinem pingeligen Mann. Der Nachmittagssnack war eine geniale Idee, mit kalter Pasta, Aufschnitt, einigen warmen Optionen, Desserts und Salaten.
Das Dessertbuffet am Freitag war hervorragend.
Der Aufenthalt beinhaltete tägliche Ausflüge unterschiedlicher Schwierigkeitsgrade mit erfahrenen, freundlichen und manchmal etwas strengen Guides (nur ein Scherz, Manuel ).
Kompliment an das gesamte Personal.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir waren 11 Nächte vor Ort und können uns allen positiven Berichten nur anschließen.
Nochmals extra erwähnen möchte ich das daß "komplette" Personal aussergewöhnlich freundlich und mit Spaß bei der Arbeit ist. Was ich hier noch nicht lesen konnte, mir aber sehr gefallen hat, waren die tollen wechselnden Anzüge die der Chef während unseres Aufenthaltes getragen hat.
Wunderschönes Hotel in wunderschöner Lage. Absolut fantastisches Frühstück und ich war begeistert vom Spa- und Poolbereich. Der beheizte Außenpool ist fantastisch und der Whirlpool bietet eine fantastische Aussicht.
Der Service ist perfekt, was auch immer Sie brauchen, sie helfen Ihnen und die Betreiber lächeln immer.
Das Hotel bot auch Rabatte auf Fahrradverleih und Weinproben, was super war.
Die Zimmergestaltung ist mein einziger Kritikpunkt.
Nr. 1. Die Dusche ist das Erste, was man sieht, wenn man die Tür öffnet. Wenn also jemand duscht und Sie die Tür öffnen und Leute draußen sind … haben sie eine gute Aussicht … Die Gestaltung ist seltsam … es gibt absolut keine Privatsphäre. Nr. 2. Ich habe das Zimmer ohne Panoramablick gebucht, da es etwas über meinem Budget lag. 1,6 Tausend für 4 Nächte mit Frühstück fand ich zu viel, aber wenn ich noch einmal buchen müsste, würde ich das Zimmer mit Aussicht nehmen, da das Zimmer, das ich bekam, im ersten Stock war und wir den Blick auf eine große Mauer hatten … oder zumindest versuchen, ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage zu buchen.
Wir wurden im Kristall sehr gut gehalten. Wir bekamen ein wuderschönes sauberes Zimmer, mit tollem Ausblick. Die auskünfte an der Rezeption war sehr gut, freundich und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Küche hat uns jeden Abend hervorragend bekocht. Das Schwimmen im Pool um 7.00 Uhr genoss vorrallem ich sehr, schön das mann schon um diese Zeit Schwimmen kann. Alles war immer sehr Sauber, und das ganze Personal war immer sehr freundlich, wenn mann mit ihnen zu reden begann.
Auch die Terasse haben wir sehr genossen.

The hotel is located above Olang on a hillside and offers a beautiful view of the valley. Our room was brand new, with high-quality furnishings and absolutely contemporary, modern decor. The outdoor pool is relatively small but pleasantly heated. The whirlpool offers a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast buffet selection was very extensive, regional, and varied. There are fruit presses for fresh juices. The evening menu was incredibly delicious, and all the dishes were perfectly presented. Every plate, every course, was a true feast for the eyes. Both the owner family and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The staff in the bar and restaurant did a perfect job – you couldn't ask for more!

A very nice hotel right next to the slopes, which you can either walk to or use the free hotel shuttle. Wonderful panoramic views of the valley, including from the outdoor pool. The food is very good, fresh, and varied. Only the bread knife at the buffet is an insult to its species. We'd be happy to come back :-)

A fantastic holiday! The entire staff was friendly and professional, and the hotel, located just outside Valdaora, had spacious, clean rooms. Delicious food with a generous buffet, especially for breakfast.
Excellent hotel close to the cabin. You can put on your skis in front of the ski room and ski down to the nearest cabin. Parking only along the road by the hotel. Rooms clean, spacious. I missed more space to dry things - you visit a hotel like this if you ski, hike, or cycle and that's sweaty stuff every day. Nice wellness with a swimming pool that goes onto the terrace and a jacuzzi outside on the terrace. The hotel has a view of the valley. The restaurant is excellent - the food is tasty and it didn't matter what you ordered - dinner is ordered in the morning from three dishes - one is vegetarian. For breakfast, fresh orange juice, which they could check and remove mold - I found a few there and threw them out. You can also make a fresh vegetable salad - the breakfast is varied - everyone can choose. The coffee is excellent, the bar has draft beer and a selection of wines. I recommend the hotel - an excellent place to relax.

The staff is very pleasant and attentive (special mention to Paulo and Betty), the rooms are spacious and bright with beautiful views, and the meals are excellent, varied and of very good quality! The pool and spa are very pleasant. The common areas of the hotel are very well laid out and cozy. Oscar is a colorful character, and with Dagmar they will welcome you with kindness and goodwill.

The hotel is located at a good elevation. While it's noticeable that the hotel was originally designed for winter sports (the pool is mostly indoors, the sun terrace is not by the pool), it's still highly recommended for summer vacationers: 1. Spacious, modern, and very clean rooms; 2. Great, modern cuisine; 3. Excellent and very attentive service (special thanks to Paolo and Betty); 4. Very nice wellness area; 5. Very friendly, attentive, and informative reception; 6. Great hiking program with excellent guides (great tours with Tito).
The only negative point: only one elevator with quite long wait times (but you get used to it).
Conclusion: We had a wonderful vacation in a top-notch hotel. Absolutely excellent value for money. We'd be happy to come back :-)
Luckily, we were able to secure the last room at very short notice, which saved our honeymoon. From the very beginning, everyone was very welcoming, helpful, and unobtrusive.
The rooms are spacious with great views, modern, and beautifully furnished. The food was excellent every day, and special requests were accommodated.
Overall, a truly positive experience all around. We can recommend the hotel 100%.

Sehr schöne, große Familie-Suite nach Osten mit sehr großem Balkon und Blick über das Tal und in das tolle Berg-Panorama. Küche ist ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Schritten (Bus, Zug im Tal) schnell zu erreichen und können mit der Holiday Card kostenfrei genutzt werden. Gute Ausgangsbasis für zahlreiche Wanderungen. Wellness-Bereich gut ausgestattet.

The location is uniquely beautiful (including the view). The staff is very attentive, charming, dedicated, and friendly. The spa area is adequate; after all, it's not a wellness hotel, but a place to ski. (4 saunas, indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor whirlpool, and relaxation areas). I can't understand the negative comments.
The sun terrace/roof terrace is highly recommended.
The rooms are functional, comfortable, and very clean. For mountain views, I wouldn't recommend the first floor, as you'll be looking at a wall (due to the hillside location). The valley view is, of course, even better.
I would especially like to commend the chef and his staff. Every dish is exquisite and Michelin-star quality.

Oskar is quietly friendly and the grande senior of the Kristall. The service is friendly, helpful, and fulfills almost all wishes. The location is first-class. Book a room with a view of the valley. The extra cost is definitely worth it.

With a MyDays voucher, we spent a long weekend at Hotel Kristall. The room was lovely with a large balcony and a fantastic view. Breakfast was fantastic, with a very good selection at the buffet. Dinner was excellent. In the wellness area, we had a choice of saunas and a steam bath – ideal after a strenuous hike. The owners are very welcoming and help with any requests.

I spent my main vacation at this hotel and was extremely satisfied. The hotel's location is fantastic. The view of the mountains is simply breathtaking. The staff at the hotel are fantastic and very helpful. They were always available for breakfast and dinner. But the highlight is the food. I had the best tiramisu there; everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. I could write a lot more, but it gets better when you visit the hotel yourself. I'll definitely do it again. The 5* rating I gave was not an exaggeration.

We stayed at Hotel Kristall for a week in September and had a wonderful time. The service and the warmth of the staff and hosts deserve special mention! The food was varied and simply perfect every time. Our room with its mountain views was modern and very comfortable. We enjoyed using the spa area with its pool and whirlpool every day. Four of us are guests at the Kronplatz Hotel Kristall in Geiselsberg, South Tyrol, from October 4th to 15th, 2020. The reception at the hotel was very friendly, and the staff generally treated us very courteously.
The room is large, modern, and beautifully furnished. The children have a separate bedroom with two single beds.
The multi-course dinner is always excellent and creatively presented.
The breakfast buffet leaves little to be desired.

A somewhat bumpy start to my vacation – I didn't know reception opened at 7 a.m., so I rang the bell at 6:58 a.m. I was then spoken to rather harshly... because the hotel owner's night was apparently a bit short... what was that?! No second chance for a first impression?!
The entire staff was super friendly, helpful, and courteous. Always on the ball, too...
GREAT FOOD.... Breakfast was top-notch... fresh orange juice, a press for carrots, vegetables, and/or ginger, a wide selection of jams, breads, and muesli. Not to mention the Prosecco.

Super stay in Sorafurcia at the Kristall hotel among breathtaking views and guaranteed well-being! Everything is truly excellent from the wellness center to the bar and restaurant services. However, I would point out as the crown jewel the great professionalism of the staff, attentive and available for every need and eventuality, but also the unfailing friendliness and kindness (in particular the waitress Elisa who in a short time learned the names of our very large family!!). In short, a splendid stay at the Kristall hotel which I truly recommend to everyone!!

We've been coming to the Kristall for 15 years now, mostly for skiing in recent years.
The hotel, the food (which is Michelin-star quality), the service, and last but not least, the hospitality of the entire Erlacher family and the whole hotel team are exceptional.
After renovations two years ago, the hotel now boasts a modern, contemporary look. This year, they're investing again in new, modern rooms, so the entire hotel will then be in top condition. The bar and lounge area deserves special mention; it's a great place to end the evening with drinks and pleasant conversation in a cool atmosphere.
We wholeheartedly recommend the Kristall; for us, it's the best hotel in the region!

The hotel is very well located. From the hotel, you can easily explore the Pustertal and its many valleys, and you're not far from the beautiful passes near Badia, Cortina Gardena, etc.
The only downside is the swimming pool (shaded in the afternoon) and the jacuzzi, which is located outdoors under a shaded terrace. The meals are really very good. Wonderful.

A very nice hotel, in a stunning panoramic location overlooking the whole of Valdaora. The room was beautiful with a panoramic view and very clean. The food was excellent, and in my opinion, the main courses and desserts were very strong. The meat was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, and Oscar and his sister made you feel right at home. We will be back and can only recommend this hotel. The only thing we recommend is having a hairdryer available, as the one in the room is a typical small hotel one. The location is close to the Furcia Pass and Plane de Corones. Thank you, it was a relaxing stay and we were pampered.
This is my second time back at Kristall, and it certainly won't be my last. It's a charming place, impeccably clean, and the staff are very kind and helpful (I'd especially like to thank Anna, who gave us great advice; she was invaluable). The continental breakfast is incredible; you can find anything you want, and the food in general is top-notch. The spa area is always very satisfying and spotlessly clean. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' drive from the center of Valdaora. It's also a convenient starting point for excursions and trekking. For those who just want to relax, there's a wellness center with both an indoor and outdoor pool. The common areas and rooms are very well-maintained and spotlessly clean.
The staff is very helpful and kind, and the team is very harmonious, making everything more pleasant and family-like.
The icing on the cake is the excellent food: we chose the 3/4 board option, which turned out to be a perfect fit. Dinner is simply sublime, with ever-changing dishes and the option to customize to your needs! Don't miss the dessert...!!!

The staff is friendly and welcoming: Paolo and Anna are fantastic! Unfortunately, if you book 3/4 board, it's not worth it: the buffet (from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM) is a sort of sampling: pasta, a cold cut, a dessert, a salad... in short, VERY POOR compared to other hotels, and we're in a 4-star hotel! So, go out for lunch! The pool is in the shade except for the early morning hours, and in any case, saying it's outside is an understatement (a small section overlooks the street). The outdoor jacuzzi needs to be turned on EVERY 5 minutes (which is even more absurd). The indoor floor is dangerous because it's always wet. There are no jets or water features, which are a must in a 4-star hotel. On the other hand, the restaurant is excellent, not traditional but gourmet. The breakfast is generous, and the housekeeping is good every morning (but if you want to change the sheets, it costs €5, and bathrobes €10! No way!), herbal teas in the pool area, and blankets on the outdoor chairs! Just be careful, you have to pay for drinks at dinner! Wonderful view and a stunning terrace.

The hotel is very beautiful with wonderful views of the Dolomites.. It also has a beautiful view of the city of Valdoara.. Each room has a semi-private balcony with wooden screens between the balconies of the rooms.. The staff are very cheerful and seek to serve you with great generosity.. Also, there is no harassment for hijab and niqab, on the contrary, their treatment is respectful. For those with wheat allergy, they provide a special corner for gluten-free breakfast and they also provide gluten-free pasta for dinner.

Service, food, and hospitality are 5, and the room is beautiful. SHAME: They don't serve medium-high wine by the glass. To taste some of the region's excellent wines, you have to drink the whole bottle. SHAME 2: They don't serve local spring water (tap water), only bottled water, which is regional anyway.

For those who want to get off the slopes and directly into the hotel's ski storage, this is the place to be. An excellent spa worthy of the best hotels, well-organized and spotlessly clean. The cuisine is excellent and leaves nothing to chance. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and quality-conscious.
The only downside, if we were to look for one, is the evening after dinner, where we didn't see any entertainment.

This was our second time staying here. It was beautiful before the renovations, and it's even more beautiful today, with a rooftop terrace, whirlpool, and a great sauna. The hosts and staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. You feel like you're at home, very well looked after. You don't need a car or a bus to get to the lift, and if there's enough snow, you can ski right up to the hotel. We'll be back again and again.

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. The dinner was excellent, the breakfast was average by comparison, but perfectly adequate. You have to walk or ski about 100 meters down the slope to get to the slopes; in the afternoon, you can simply turn left off the slope and drive directly to the ski storage room.
We were also allowed to charge our electric car for free using the three-phase socket in the garage.
Superbly located on the hillside – so you can ski/snowboard right to the gondola and walk directly from the slopes to the hotel.

Children's menus are available. I didn't like the sauna, which is exclusively for nudists, and the lack of entertainment for children, both due to the lack of entertainment and the lack of indoor and outdoor play areas. We stayed the first week of September, and in the evenings, even though we wanted to go down to the village, everything was closed.

Unsere Familie hat sich im Hotel Kristall sehr wohl gefüllt. Das Personal und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche verdient ein besonderes Lob!!!! Der Wellnessbereich hat uns und den Kindern auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Wanderungen und Gipfeltouren waren ein besonderes Erlebnis. Wir können das Hotel Kristall auf alle weiter Empfehlen.

An excellent place both in winter and summer, in a convenient location (there's plenty to see).
The hotel is very large. Upon entering, you'll notice the concierge and a small lounge with sofas. Beyond that is the large, contemporary restaurant. Also in the lobby is the elevator that takes you to the pool/relaxation area, the rooms, and the top floor (which has a terrace).
The rooms are small for four people, but they have a large bathroom, a TV, and a balcony with a view.
The pool is not medium-sized; it has an indoor and outdoor section (the water is warmer in the outdoor section). Also outside is a very comfortable hot tub.

If you need a break from everyday life, this is the place for you. A very friendly, family-run hotel with excellent, varied cuisine that leaves nothing to be desired.
The hiking options range from easy to challenging. These can even be booked free of charge with a very friendly mountain guide.
After a strenuous day, a first-class wellness area awaits you, which, like everything here, is furnished with great attention to detail.
The staff, from the cleaning lady to the junior manager, always strives to ensure the well-being of their guests.
All in all, I can highly recommend the Hotel Kristall.
In my opinion, cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff are this hotel's strong points... but so is the excellent cuisine, including a buffet. The prices may be a little high, but since I don't have a benchmark, perhaps other hotels in the area are likewise.

Die Gegend, das Panorama vom Hotel aus, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse, der unkomplizierte Umgang mit dem Personal, die Küche war fabelhaft, der Service immer humorvoll und leicht schnippisch, das hat es sooo sehr aufgewertet.

Tolles Wellness-Angebot für Entspannung nach jeglichen Aktivitäten, sehr gutes Essen mit ausgewogenen Menüs, tolles Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet ...

We visited the Hotel Kristall for the first time a week ago and were thrilled. Both the service and the cuisine at the hotel are outstanding.
We stayed at this hotel for a week and felt completely at home. The friendliness of the Erlacher family and the entire staff was exemplary, the cleanliness was excellent, and the cuisine was far beyond expectations – first-class! We highly recommend this hotel.

Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit wunderschönen Zimmern, atemberaubender Aussicht und tadellosem Service. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal.
Die Halbpension mit Nachmittagssnack ist hervorragend. Gäste mit Vollpension genießen hochwertige Speisen, darunter ein Gemüsebuffet, Käse, eine Auswahl an Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichten sowie Desserts und eine vom Küchenchef kreierte Vorspeise.
Das Hotel verfügt über ein Wellnesscenter mit Türkischem Bad, Sauna, Eisbrunnen und Panorama-Whirlpool. Ausflüge und Besuche auf Almen können organisiert werden.
Was gibt es Schöneres, als mindestens drei Tage pure Entspannung zu verbringen?
Ein exzellentes Hotel zu jeder Jahreszeit.
Super Hotel des ganze Personal vom der Zimmerreiniungskraft, Service, Rezeption bis zum Chef sehr freundlich. Frühstück reichlich und Abends mehrere Gänge bis hin zum Galadinner. Hab das Hotel ausgesucht wegen den geführten Wanderungen in verschiedene Schwierigkeiten. Tolle Guides
Für mich war die 7Tagen ein Topurlaub.
