Das 4 Sterne Naturhotel Stoll liegt in dem vom Pustertal bei Welsberg-Taisen abzweigenden Gsiesertal. Hier im Gsieser Ortsteil Pichl können Sie Ihren Urlaub auf der Sonnenseite der Alpen in nahezu unberührter Natur verbringen und erleben. Im Sommer erwarten Sie Aktivitäten wie Wandern, Radfahren und Bergsteigen, während Sie in der Wintersaison die Anlagen in den Skigebieten Kronplatz und Drei Zinnen Dolomiten erwarten. Zusätzlich bieten Schneeschuhwanderungen durch das Pustertal oder Rodelpartien entsprechende Alternativen.
Wenn Sie Ihre Ferien allerdings ruhiger angehen möchten, dann laden Spaziergänge, wie der auf dem Gsieser Talblickweg und gemütliche Wanderungen zum Entdecken von Almen und deren Hütten wie der Moosalm bei St. Magdalena und der oberhalb von Pichl gelegenen Houfa Hitte ein. Lohnenswert ist auch ein Besuch in den idyllisch gelegenen Fraktionen von Gsies, wie in St. Magdalena oder St. Martin.
Neben den Entdeckungstouren in die bezaubernde Natur Südtirols erwartet Sie im Hotel Stoll ein umfangreiches Wellnessangebot. So konnte erst vor kurzem ein Sole-Freischwimmbad mit Inneneinstieg, einem Planschbecken für kleine Gäste und grünen Liegewiesen in Betrieb gehen. Im Hotel selbst können Sie die wärmenden Sonnenstrahlen im Panorama-Hallenbad unter großen Glasflächen genießen. Verschiedene Saunen, unter ihnen eine Familien-Sauna, ein Heu- und Brechelbad sowie ein Fitnessstudio und die Möglichkeit verschiedene Wellness- & Beautybehandlungen in Anspruch zu nehmen, machen die Wellnessoase im Stoll zu einem ganz besonderen Urlaubserlebnis.

Perfektes Hotel direkt an der Loipe im wunderbaren Gsies.
Modern ausgestattetes Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern sowie einem Balkon mit Blick auf die Loipe, wir waren mehr als beeindruckt. Die Qualität des Essens ist unübertrefflich, danke der Küche. Der Wellnessbereich mit sehr großen Außen- und Innen Pools, die Saunen mit den geführten Aufgüssen sowie den wunderbar gestalteten Ruheräumen-herrlich. Vor der Sauna wurde sogar ein Lagerfeuer angemacht. Und das ganze begleitet von freundlichstem Personal. Man spürt die familiäre Harmonie. Danke der Senior Chefin, die uns mit ihrem „latt enk schmeckn „ in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt in diesem Hotel auf jeden Fall .Es gäbe noch viel zu sagen-wir kommen jedenfalls wieder. Danke

Insgesamt hat mir alles gefallen, insbesondere der Wellnessbereich und das kulinarische Angebot beim Abendessen.
Wir verbrachten die zweite Oktoberwoche mit zwei Freunden in diesem Hotel im wunderschönen Gsiesertal. Wir entschieden uns für ein großes und sauberes Zimmer in der Nature Lodge. Der Wellnessbereich und die Saunen mit Blick ins Freie waren wunderschön. Es gab zwei Pools, einen Innenpool und einen beheizten Salzwasserpool. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche waren groß und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich und reichte von süß bis herzhaft. Das Restaurant servierte gut zubereitete lokale Gerichte. Ein großes Lob an den Manager, das gesamte Personal und die Liebe zum Detail und die Freundlichkeit gegenüber den Gästen. Der Besitzer war ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mensch. Was sollen wir noch sagen? Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Es waren drei unvergessliche Tage.
Alpine Nature Hotel Stoll – ein absolut fantastischer Aufenthalt und Service. Ein familiengeführtes Juwel, in dem Hingabe und Herzlichkeit in jedem Detail zum Ausdruck kommen. Das Team arbeitet unermüdlich und liebt seine Arbeit. Hervorragende Ausstattung, außergewöhnliches Essen und Wein sowie eine ruhige, elegante Atmosphäre, die Entspannung mühelos macht. Das perfekt abgestimmtes Abend Menü mit dazugehörigen Salat Buffet ist ein Highlight, egal ob Fleisch Fisch oder vegetarische Gerichte, alle Speisen sind perfekt zubereitet.

Wir sind nun schon das zweite mal hier im Hotel der Familie Stoll gewesen und waren, wie beim ersten mal bereits, total begeistert! Wir fühlten uns die ganzen Tage wieder rundum wohl und super gut versorgt. Es blieben wieder keine Wünsche offen. Allem voran steht hier die freundliche und hilfsbereite Art von Allen! Das geht von der Familie selbst aus übers Service- und Reinigungspersonal. Die Zimmer sind absolut top und natürlich und total geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist überall eine absolute Sauberkeit. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das trifft auch auf die Saunen, den Wellnessbereich, den Innen- und den Außenpool zu. Ein absolut gemütlich eingerichtetes und erholsames Ambiente! Bei der Massage konnte man ebenfalls richtig abschalten. Auch hier ist alles top. Die Küche ist ein Traum! Es ist einfach für ALLE etwas dabei. Wir waren jeden Tag aufs Neue überrascht, was alles am Abend so Leckeres gezaubert wurde. Auch das Salatbuffett, ein Traum. Ebenso lässt das Frühsücksbuffett wohl keine Wünsche offen. Und gern richtet die Küche sich auch nach speziellen Unverträglichkeiten.
Es gibt sicher noch viel mehr Positives zu sagen, aber zum Schluss möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass die Langlaufloipe direkt vor der Haustüre startet. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbaren schönen Tage. Ganz liebe Grüße an das gesamte Team.
Inzwischen sind wir das vierte mal hier , dieses Mal im Sommer. Meine Meinung hat sich nicht geändert im Gegenteil. Also ich habe vorhin soeben von einer jungen Mutter im Pool zu ihrem Kind sagen hören: "Ach es ist sooo schön hier, man muss mal nichts machen und man hat wirklich alles was man braucht." Treffender kann man es nicht sagen!
Wir hatten im August für eine Woche ein Waldchalet gemietet. Das Chalet ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Großer Balkon mit schöner und ruhiger Aussicht in den Garten.
Den Empfang emfanden wir etwas nüchtern und wenig herzlich.
Positiv: sehr kurzfristige Anmietung (1h Vorlauf) von EBikes. Sehr flexible und professionelle Einweisung vor Ort!
Insgesamt guter Service-hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Der Service an unserem Tisch (Mutter & Tochter)waren sehr sympathisch und stets bemüht die Sonderwünsche der Kinder zu erfüllen. Wir haben uns 2x ein Lunchpaket packen lassen, da wir sehr früh unterwegs waren. Abends bestellt und morgens abgeholt bei einer sehr sympathischen Dame. Leider hatte im Service nicht jeder so viel Freude bei der Arbeit.
Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Herausragend war hier das extrem umfangreiche Salatbuffet - dieses werde ich vermissen :-) und die Nachspeisen.
Wellness: Sehr gute Massage-moderner Spabereich, großer Indoor-und Outdoorpool.
Die Kinder (9+10 Jahre) hatten viel Spaß an der wii wall, beim Dart und Tischtennis.
Insgesamt ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Die gesamte Anlage und die angebotenen Dienstleistungen sind außergewöhnlich, ebenso wie die Sauberkeit lobenswert ist. Darüber hinaus sind die morgens, nachmittags und abends angebotenen Buffets bemerkenswert und liegen weit über dem Durchschnitt.
Ein atemberaubendes Anwesen im Herzen des Gsiesertals. Die Lage ist ideal, um das gesamte Tal zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Das Hotel bietet einen tadellosen Service und das Personal ist äußerst diskret und dennoch hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind äußerst sauber, und die Liebe zum Detail ist im gesamten Gebäude spürbar. Der Fahrradverleih des Hotels ist besonders für Familien sehr praktisch. Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet und bietet eine große Auswahl an regionalen Produkten. Auch die Weine sind hervorragend. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hervorragend. Empfehlenswert für Paare und Familien (wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit einem 4-Jährigen).
Sehr schönes Hotel, ausgezeichnetes und abwechslungsreiches Essen, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Besitzer ist ein angenehmer Mensch, ebenso wie Frau Maria.
Der einzige negative Punkt des Hotels ist die Frau des Besitzers. Sie verhält sich gegenüber Deutschsprachigen offensichtlich sehr anders. Italienischsprachige gelten als Menschen zweiter Klasse. Ich dachte, ich wäre im Jahr 2025 und nicht in den Vierzigern. (Andere Hotelgäste hatten denselben Eindruck.)
Sie erlaubte sich sogar, einen Kommentar über meinen zweijährigen Sohn abzugeben, ohne zu merken, dass ich sie ansah und hörte. Ein sehr schlechter Eindruck. Machen Sie eine Reise in die Romagna, vielleicht bekommen Sie dann eine Vorstellung davon, wie Gäste empfangen und behandelt werden (egal aus welcher Region sie kommen).

Wir haben mit meinem Mann zwei Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Es war eine wundervolle Erfahrung, und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
Die Zimmer, das Restaurant und die anderen Gemeinschaftsbereiche sind modern eingerichtet und makellos sauber.
Der Wellnessbereich ist mit Saunen, einem türkischen Bad und Swimmingpools ausgestattet, um allen Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden, sowie mit äußerst komfortablen Ruhebereichen.
Für alle, die nicht auf Sport verzichten können, gibt es ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio.
Was uns aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, war die Aufmerksamkeit, die das stets freundliche und lächelnde Personal seinen Gästen widmet.
Wir schätzten das stets abwechslungsreiche und reichhaltige Buffet und die sehr gut zubereiteten Gerichte.
Der Snack mit seinen fantastischen süßen und herzhaften Speisen ... wirklich erstklassig.

4 Sterne Hüttenhotel inmitten der wunderschönen Bergwelt des Gsiesertals...ein Traum
Ja, zu 100%
Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, hat herrliche Aussicht, einen gepflegten Ausenbereich und tadellos saubere Zimmer. Der Saunabereich ist wunderbar nach einem langen Wandertag. Was uns etwas gestört hat waren die lautstarken Unterhaltungen der Mitarbeiter, vor allem im Frühstücksbereich. Mitarbeiter wurden lautstark zurechtgewiesen. Die Servicechefin und der Koch hatten anscheinend einen nicht so guten Start in den Tag. Man bekam den Streit in der Küche mit.
Beim Frühstück hat man gemerkt ob viele Gäste im Hotel waren oder nicht. Es gab tatsächlich 5 Tage das gleiche Brot und die Spiegeleier und der Speck waren 7 Uhr noch nicht im Angebot, obwohl ab 7 Frühstück beworben wird. Je mehr Gäste da waren umso "besser " wurde das Frühstück und es gab auch frisches Brot. Alles in allem kann man sagen, dass die Nebensaison spürbar ist und eventuell die allgemeine Situation, dass Personal fehlt. Als Tip würden wir eine Raucherinsel auf dem Grundstück empfehlen, damit die Damen von der Anmeldung nicht unter den Zimmern der Gäste bzw. im Eingangsbereich stehen müssen. Das soll bitte auch nur als Hinweis gewertet werden, wie wir es persönlich empfunden haben. Wir wünschen dem Hotel Stoll alles Gute und bis bald.

Ein charmanter Ort. Es ist zwar nicht gerade günstig, aber der gebotene Service ist den Preis absolut wert.

Habe mit meiner Frau und meinem Sohn einen 2-tägigen Kurzurlaub verbracht. Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, aber von der Größe her „menschlich“; ausgezeichnetes Frühstücks- und Nachmittagsbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Sehr gutes Abendessen. Ausgezeichneter beheizter Außenpool. Ausgezeichnete Panoramasauna mit erfahrener Aufgusslehrerin.
Perfekte Lage zum Langlaufen.

Beginnen wir mit dem Preis, der im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Sterne-Kategorie wirklich angemessen ist. Wir waren für drei Nächte im Hotel Stoll und fanden den Preis dafür völlig gerechtfertigt.
Unser Zimmer gehörte zwar zur älteren Kategorie, begeisterte uns jedoch durch seine Größe und seinen Charme.
Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Meine Partnerin hat eine Glutenunverträglichkeit, und darauf wurde von Anfang bis Ende Rücksicht genommen – so gut wie in keinem anderen Hotel zuvor. Die Betreuung, Erklärungen und Zubereitung der Alternativspeisen funktionierten tadellos. Generell war die Qualität des Essens auf einem sehr hohen Niveau.
Wir reisten mit einem Kleinkind, und auch hier wurden wir stets herzlich umsorgt.
Das gesamte Personal war äußerst freundlich. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Sandra für ihre Professionalität und den Jungkellner Dennis, der sich beim Abendessen mit viel Engagement und einer frischen, lockeren Art um uns kümmerte.
Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad sind modern, schön gestaltet und definitiv einen Besuch wert.
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Stoll nur weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit.

Grundsätzlich schön gelegenes Wellness Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung. Für ein 4-Sterne Hotel stimmte jedoch leider das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und Angebot/Service nicht.
Service: Sehr nüchterner Check-In ohne Überblicksführung zum Hotel. Leider sehr chaotischer gastronomischer Service, teils Personal mit Sprachbarrieren, teils kamen zwei Gänge gleichzeitig oder man wartete bis zum zweiten Gang auf das erste Getränk…dies war leider jeden Abend so.
Ausstattung/Angebot: Schöner Wellness Bereich mit Ruheräumen. Fitnessraum vorhanden, jedoch mit Geräten die defekt waren (zwar bei der Rezeption bekannt, jedoch ohne Hinweisschild).

La struttura è molto molto bella e la cucina è superlativa.
Wir verbrachten als Paar die erste Augustwoche in diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Es liegt mitten im Gsiesertal, einem sehr ruhigen Tal, das sich perfekt zum Entspannen und Erholen eignet.
Das Hotel bietet eine tadellose Ausstattung,
von den beiden wunderschönen, riesigen Pools (der Außenpool ist mit Salzwasser beheizt und verfügt über Hydromassage-Sitze) bis hin zu den beiden Spas, einer mit Panoramablick über dem Pool und der andere im Erdgeschoss mit sehr sauberen und gepflegten Saunen und Dampfbad.
Unser Zimmer, die Alpine Nature Lodge, war wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und verfügte über Doppelwaschbecken, eine große Dusche und moderne Marmor- und Steinoberflächen.
Das Bett war bequem und groß und hatte zwei Kissen (ein weiches und ein kleines gegen Nackenschmerzen).
Die geräumige Terrasse bot einen atemberaubenden Blick über das Tal.
Das Restaurant erstreckt sich über mehrere Räume, die meiner Meinung nach hervorragend gestaltet sind, um Verwirrung zu vermeiden und die Privatsphäre zwischen den Tischen zu wahren. Die Qualität des Essens ist hervorragend, ebenso wie das abwechslungsreiche Vorspeisenbuffet und das Frühstück mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, verschiedenen Milchsorten, Joghurts und Getränken wie Soja-, Hafer-, Mandel- und anderen.
Verschiedene Müslisorten stehen zur Auswahl. Es gibt auch Platten mit Aufschnitt und Käse, und die talentierte Maria kocht Eier auf Bestellung.
In den wärmeren Monaten können die Gemeinschaftsbereiche etwas zu heiß sein, daher empfehle ich die Installation einer Klimaanlage für mehr Komfort.
Auch das Problem der Fliegen, die im Restaurant und im Buffetbereich aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen etwas lästig sind, sollte behoben werden.
Es gibt Spielzimmer für Kinder und Erwachsene, in denen die Gäste Zeit miteinander verbringen und vielleicht eine Partie Billard spielen können.
Das Hotel stellt seinen Gästen außerdem kostenlose Fahrräder zur Verfügung, die sie auf dem Radweg nutzen können, der direkt vor dem Hotel vorbeiführt und durch das Tal führt.
Wenn Sie E-Bikes mieten möchten, kostet dies 30 € für den ganzen Tag.
Sehr empfehlenswert, dies ist ein Spitzenhotel und wir hoffen, bald wiederzukommen.

Wie fanden hier ein super Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal, welches sehr gern in diesem familiengeführten Hotel arbeitet. Das Hotel hat alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht.
Es wurde sich immer um alle Wünsche sofort gekümmert.
Der Hotelier war immer erreichbar.
Die Zimmer sind ein echtes Wohlfühlerlebnis (sehr geräumig, sehr luxuriös und sehr sauber).
Die 2/3 Pension ist die Verwöhnung pur. Sehr schmackhafte Gerichte, die man zum Abendessen wählen kann (da ist für jeden etwas dabei). Es gibt immer viel frisches Obst und der wunderbaren selbstgebackenen Kuchen nachmittags sind ein Genus.
Wir waren für eine Woche im Hotel Stoll. Hier wurden wir von Herrn Stoll persönlich und sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen.
Wir haben hier ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen auf ein Zimmer mit Privatwhirlpool. Das hat uns extrem gefreut und wurde von uns auch sehr gerne genutzt. Dankeschön nochmal.
Eine junge Dame hat uns aufs Zimmer begleitet und alles notwendige erklärt.
Die Zimmer sind herrlich eingerichtet. Die Betten leider etwas zu hart und die Fenster lassen sich nicht kippen. Dadurch war es viel zu warm beim schlafen. Wenn man die Balkontür offen lässt, wird man von den Mücken und Moskitos überfallen
Die Zimmerdamen waren immer super zuverlässig und nett. Hier gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, in dem tollen großen Zimmer.
Für uns war das Abendessen leider viel zu spät angesetzt. Und leider hatten wir hier kein Glück mit unserem zugewiesenem Kellner. Ich denke aufgrund einer Sprachbarriere wurden wir einfach nicht bedient. Bei italienischen Gästen hat er sehr viel gesprochen und ist auch immer dorthin. Hat die Gäste sehr gut bedient. Selbst wenn unsere Getränke leer waren, wurden wir nicht weiter bedient. Nur als der Kellner mal einen Tag frei hatte, war der Service von der jungen Dame besser, obwohl sie auch kein Deutsch gesprochen hat. Sie hat dann auf gebrochenem Englisch kommuniziert, was überhaupt kein Problem ist und uns lieber ist, als gar nicht zu uns zu kommen Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel, sollte hier nachgebessert werden. War unser 3. Jahr in Folge in einem Wellnesshotel in Südtirol und vom Service war hier das Hotel Stoll leider am schlechtesten. Positiv zu erwähnen ist jedoch die Frühstücksdame. Leider weiß ich ihren Namen nicht. Sie hat sich sofort unseren Extrawunsch (Hafercappuchino) gemerkt und uns täglich gebracht. Sie hat unseren Tag immer gut beginnen lassen Bei ihr hat man sich direkt willkommen gefühlt.
Wie überall sind die Getränkepreise ziemlich teuer. Aber das kennen wir schon von Südtirol, daher hat uns das nicht sonderlich schockiert. Positiv finde ich jedoch, dass man das Bergquellenwasser komplett umsonst bekommt. Das fanden wir klasse, da wir eh nur stilles Wasser trinken. Ein Hugo zB kostet 7€ (Empfehlung: Ginger Hugo ️)
Wir haben uns auch eBikes ausgeliehen direkt im Hotel für 30€ pro Person. Übernahme war super freundlich und gut erklärt. Wir hatten mega viel Spaß bei unserer Tour. Können wir aufjedenfall empfehlen.
Die Poollandschaft haben wir kaum genutzt, da hier leider sehr viele Kinder waren. Hier wurde sich sehr rücksichtslos verhalten. Kinderpool war leer und der Hauptpool wurde zum Kinderparadies. Beckenspringen, fremde Menschen nass spritzen usw. Sehe hier nicht das Problem bei den Kindern oder dem Hotel, sondern bei den Eltern, die ihre Kinder wirklich einfach alles machen lassen. Hauptsache sie müssen sich nicht um ihre Kinder kümmern ️
Das ganze hätte uns deutlich mehr gestresst, wenn wir den Privatwhirlpool nicht gehabt hätten. So waren wir nur 2x in der Poollandschaft und ansonsten nur im Zimmer.
Positiv sind die tollen Saunalandschaften. Toll angelegt und absolut traumhaft. Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei. Und man kann sich die Ruhebereiche zurückziehen, denn hier ist Adults Only bereich.
Die Qualität vom Essen war wirklich grandios. Für jeden ist etwas dabei. Tolle Ideen und super umgesetzt. Vorallem die typischen Tiroler Speisen.
Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt habe ich noch: Wir haben uns für das Hotel Stoll u.a. entschieden, weil angeblich Wanderwege direkt vom Hotel zu Almen führen soll. Leider ist dem nicht so. Man muss meistens an den Talschluss, was ca 20 min Fahrtweg sind bzw 2 Std zu Fuß. Da wir mit unserem Hund da waren, konnten wir den Bus nicht nutzen. Somit mussten wir mit dem Auto fahren und wie üblich sind die Parkgebühren recht teuer.
Auch haben wir die große Wanderkarte vom Hotel erst 2 Tage vor Abreise entdeckt (steht im Kneippgarten).
Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit ein paar Verbesserungsvorschlägen

Schönes Holzhotel in schöner Landschaft und zugleich im Nichts. Wir wurden von Herrn Stoll in Empfang genommen, wobei dieser recht reserviert und von oben herab gewirkt hat. Beim Empfang wird einem nichts gezeigt und man wird auch nicht über die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels informiert.
Zimmer sind schön groß, sauber, aus Vollholz und duften nach Zirbenholz. Top ist der große Schrankbereich. Sowas hat man selten in Hotels. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre noch wünschenswert am Zimmer. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Leider kann die Balkontüre nicht gekippt werden, so dass man sie ganz öffnen muss, wenn man will, dass die Luft nachts zirkuliert bzw. frische Luft hineinkommt. Die Aussenbeleuchtung geht mit Dämmerung automatisch an und kann nicht abgeschaltet werden, was sehr störend ist, wenn man bei offener Balkontüre schläft.
Schöner großer Poolbereich (Indoor und Outdoor). Leider zu viele und laute Kinder, die ständig in den Pool springen.
Das Abendessen ist ausgezeichnet, wobei mir persönlich ein Käsebuffet gefehlt hat. Käse kann nur als Nachspeise im Zuge des Vier-Gang-Menüs ausgewählt werden. Getränkepreise sind überteuert - Bier für 6 Euro, 0,75 Wasser für 5 Euro. Am Besten Leitungswasser in der Karaffe bestellen, da normales Mineralwasser in Flaschen absolut überteuert ist. Da wir beide Sportler sind, war für uns das Abendessen leider viel zu spät.
Störend beim Frühstück ist der ganze Verpackungswahnsinn. Frischkäse, Margarine, Leberwurst etc. alles in kleinen Plastikverpackungen. Der Umweltgedanke ist leider nicht sehr groß. Daran erkennt man, dass man doch in Italien ist. Hier wäre es wünschenswert, etwas nachzubessern.
Beim Nachmittagssnack wäre es auch schön, eine Auswahl an Salaten vorzufinden. Hier wird zwar auf Veganer und Nahrungsmittelinverträglichkeiten Rücksicht genommen, aber ausser Obst, ist nicht viel Gesundes vorzufinden. Sehr schade, vor allem auch im Hinblick auf die ohnehin schon ungesunde Lebensweise der meisten Menschen. Dadurch wird leider der ungesunde Lebensstil weiter gefördert.
Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel mit Potential nach oben. Teilweise ist das Service leider nicht so gut. Man wartet ewig auf Getränke. Beim Nachmittagssnack wird man nicht einmal gefragt, ob man etwas anderes möchte. Hier muss man einen Kellner mühsam suchen. Glücksache, wenn man einen findet und auch etwas bekommt. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, sollte lieber ein Adults Only Hotel buchen, da zu viele laute Kinder. Dennoch konnten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt verbringen.

Dies ist mein letzter Tag in diesem fantastischen Hotel. Ich kann absolut nichts Negatives finden, denn alles war PERFEKT. Von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, sowohl im Speisesaal als auch an der Rezeption, bis hin zur makellosen Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Einrichtungen wie Pools, Fitnessraum usw. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Rücksichtnahme des Personals auf Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten. Es findet sich immer jemand, der bereit ist, alles Wissenswerte über die Gerichte und ihre Variationen zu erklären, um jeden Gast zufrieden zu stellen. Es gibt außerdem eine große Garage für Autos und einen Fahrradverleih. Ein besonderes Lob gilt Herrn Stoll, der uns jeden Tag passende Routen empfehlen konnte. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
Sehr schöne Zeit im Stoll Hotel verbracht. Die Aussicht auf die Berge, das Zimmer war großartig, der Außenpool nach einem Wandertag war gut! Der einzige Nachteil für uns ist die 3/4-Pensionsverpflegung. Als wir die Fotos der Pläne in den Netzwerken sahen, erwarteten wir, dass die Dinge ausgefeilter und besser vorbereitet sein würden. Die Dinge, die uns auf den Teller kamen, ähnelten überhaupt nicht dem, was ich im Restaurant vermutete. Über den Service und die Leute können wir hingegen nichts sagen.
Unser 13-tägiger Aufenthalt im Hotel Stoll war ein wahres Vergnügen. Von Anfang an fühlten wir und rundum wohl und willkommen. Die Famillie Stoll und ihr gesamtes Team zeichneten sich durch ausserordendliche Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit aus.
Ein besonderes Lob gebührt der Küche. Die Mahlzeiten waren durchweg köstlich und wurden mit Liebe zum Detail zubereitet.
Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Küchenteam für die kuliranischen Genüsse! Ergänzt wurde das gastronomische Angebot durch eine beeindruckende Weinkarte mit einer Vielzahl erlesener Weine.
Das Hotel Stoll ist ein wahres Wellnes Paradies, das Erholung und Entspannung garantiert. Die traumhafte Atmosphäre und die erstklassigen Einrichtungen trugen massgeblich dazu bei, dass wir und vollkommen erholen konnten.
Zusammenfassend können wir sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Stoll eine wunderbare Erfahrung war, die wir gerne wiederholen würden. Wir können dieses hervorragende Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf exzellenten Service, köstliches Essen und eine entspannende Umgebung legt.

Ich bedanke mich für den freundlichen und guten Service in den 2 Wochen die wir bei Ihnen gewesen sind. Wir haben es von 1 Minute bis zum Schluss genossen.
Das Essen war vielfählig und die Qualität super. Was ich Persönlich cool gefunden habe, dass viel selbst gemacht ist.
Die Cocktails die der Barkeeper & die Barkeeperin gezaubert haben, waren hevorragend.
Die Architektur des Hotel ist super gemacht worden. Modern und abstimmig zum modern wurde ein wenig ältliche Architektur mit einbezogen. Gut ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen Alt und neu.

Es war toll bei Stoll! Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht bei der Familie Stoll und Team. Das Zimmer war super gross und modern - und das Essen hat uns an 7 Tagen mit Abwechslung und hoher Qualität überzeugt. Das Wellness war sehr gut. Einzig Familien mit schreienden Kindern hätte man etwas von Paaren separieren können.
Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub hier verbracht und wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden. Alle waren aufmerksam, sehr lieb und immer engagiert alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Für Kinder gibt es viel zu entdecken und sie sind vor allem willkommen . Das Essen ist der Wahnsinn und immer super lecker . Auch hier wurden die Wünsche der Kinder gehört und immer umgesetzt. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel! Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier verbracht und wollen unbedingt wieder kommen, es war wirklich perfekt. Angefangen von der Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, über die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel, das unglaublich gute Essen (hier lohnt sich auf jeden Fall die 3/4 Pension!!). Auch der Spa-Bereich (verteilt über drei Ebenen) bietet Abwechslung und ist wunderschön gestaltet. Insgesamt ein sehr modernes, stilvolles Hotel mit absoluter Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Abbiamo appena trascorso tre giorni fantastici e in pieno relax in questo hotel.
Posizionato in una valle bellissima dove abbiamo potuto fare delle escursioni. Il centro benessere disposto su tre livelli con le piscine è completo di ogni comfort. La stanza è tutte le pertinenze dell'hotel pulite in modo impeccabile. Tutti i piatti della cucina ottimi ma una menzione particolare va al dolce...una vera e propria opera d'arte. Che dire, speriamo di ritornarci al più presto.
Eines der besten Hotels, in denen ich je gewesen bin. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit, das Essen ist großartig, die Lage ist ruhig und man kann Pisten oder Wanderwege gut erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Es ist schade, dass die Zeit an diesem fantastischen Ort so schnell vergeht... alles ist AUSGEZEICHNET... Lage, Sauberkeit, Essen, Wellnesscenter, Personal... probieren Sie es aus und überzeugen Sie sich selbst!

Sehr schöne Zimmer. Extrem freundliche Menschen. Die liebenswerte Wanderführerin Kathrin, die schöne Routen ausgesucht und uns kompetent geführt hat.
Wir waren während der Karnevalswoche im Hotel, zwei Erwachsene und ein 11-jähriger Skifahrer. Wir schätzten unter anderem die ausgezeichnete Qualität des Essens, die komfortablen Zimmer (zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer mit viel Platz im Freien), den beheizten Außenpool, die Garage und die insgesamt einladende und gastfreundliche Atmosphäre. Vielen Dank an die Familie Stoll und herzliche Gratulation für die Arbeit, die sie täglich für ihre Gäste leistet. Ein Urlaub hier ist eine Investition in Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden; das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unserer Meinung nach fair.
Familienurlaub im Hotel Stoll im wunderschönen Gsiesertal. Was für ein tolles Hotel. Angefangen von den Zimmern bis hin zum Wellness mit Saunen, Innenbecken und Aussenbecken, sowie ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten. Perfekter Winterurlaub, denn Langlaufloipe ist direkt vorm Haus und nebenan der Skilift. Highlight war die einzigartige, genussvolle Südtiroler Küche mit leckerem Vorspeisenbuffet, passend dazu eine klasse Weinauswahl und der absolut herzliche Service durch Chefin Michaela und Ihrem Team. Oma Maria, die jeden Morgen für uns die Eier frisch zubereitet hat am Buffet und uns abends mit ihren Südtiroler Klassikern, wie z.B. Spinatknödel, Kasnocken & Co. täglich ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert hat. Wir haben uns rundrum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Auf bald. Große Kompliment an das gesamte Team vom Stoll. Alles war super. Super Hotel.
Ich habe mit meiner Familie und meinen drei Kindern (18, 15 und 7 Jahre alt) eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen verbracht.
Das Hotel bietet alles, was einen Aufenthalt einzigartig macht: eine herrliche Aussicht, penible Sauberkeit und etwas warme, aber einladende Zimmer!
Hausgemachtes, abwechslungsreiches und hochwertiges Essen. Herzlichen Glückwunsch!
Fast alle Mitarbeiter und die Familie Stoll waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich hätte nur einen Tipp: Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Vorbereitung auf die Milcheiweißallergie meines Sohnes und etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht.
Die ersten Tage herrschte etwas Verwirrung in der Küche, aber danach wurde es besser.

Einziger Unstimmigkeitsbemerkung: Es kann aber vorkommen, dass ein toskanisches Mädchen im SPA sehr unhöflich ist
Aber das mindert die 5 Sterne nicht
Die Lage des Anwesens ist wirklich wunderschön, eingebettet in die Berge und mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Holzvertäfelung war wunderschön. Schade, dass die Dusche offen ist und einige Zimmer (einschließlich meines) auf den Spa-Bereich und damit auf den Pool- und Ruhebereich blicken, der den ganzen Nachmittag bis 20:00 Uhr überfüllt ist. Die interne Verkehrsanbindung zum Spa-Bereich ist nicht optimal; man muss sogar im Bademantel an der Garage und der Rezeption vorbeigehen – absurd! Das Zimmer war außerdem sehr heiß. Das Essen war gut, die Qualität ausgezeichnet und die Desserts sehr gut, aber vielleicht etwas zu österreichisch, sodass einige Gerichte etwas schwer waren. Das Personal war freundlich, aber etwas langsam.

Hier passt für uns alles! Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, wirklich schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Das Essen ist sehr gut, auch für Vegetarier geeignet. Pasta und Brot hausgemacht und es werden Südtiroler Spezialitäten serviert. Auch der Wellnessbereich hält was er verspricht.
Zu betonen ist die fast familiäre nette Art, wie man als Gast behandelt wird.
We just returned from a 6-day stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was meticulously maintained, from the furnishings to the cleanliness to the always helpful and friendly service. The quiet location makes it easy to reach the downhill and cross-country ski slopes. At the end of the day, being able to dive into the heated outdoor pool and enjoy the surrounding views is priceless.

We spent two wonderful days at this excellent hotel: large, clean rooms, excellent food, superb service, and a beautiful wellness area with a large heated outdoor pool and a small children's pool. There are also plenty of play areas for the little ones.
A very welcoming and comfortable hotel, with meticulous attention to detail. A wide selection of saunas with guaranteed aufguss sessions several times a day. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant offers an excellent selection of tempting and tasty first and second courses. A garage and storage area for sports equipment are available.

Simply fantastic. The hotel is very tastefully decorated, very clean, and the service is very friendly. The food is beautifully prepared and a real treat. The rooms are very comfortably furnished, and the sauna area is also perfect!

We stayed at the Stoll Hotel during the weekend for just one night (my partner and I) in the chalet. Starting from the welcome, we can say that, being in Italy, you would expect the staff to have a little more Italian, and not just the receptionist... apart from that, we were escorted to our room and were informed of the hotel's opening hours and services. The chalet was large, beautiful, and comfortable; there were two bathrooms and it was all wood-paneled. My partner found the pillows uncomfortable; otherwise, everything was fine. We used the spa service, which was very varied and well-maintained! Much appreciated! We also used the wellness center for massages and a pedicure. The staff was more than welcoming; their professionalism and friendliness truly made us feel pampered and at ease. Dinner was sublime! I must say that the quality of the dishes pleasantly surprised me! The breakfast buffet was also very rich and satisfying. We're giving the location five stars because we came to the mountains to be surrounded by nature, and even though the place is a bit isolated, if, as we intend, we wanted to return with our dog, the possibilities for walks immersed in the greenery are endless! Finally, we can say that the quality/price ratio is good.

We spent an incredible week at the Hotel Stoll at the beginning of September. The hotel's location, the amenities in our room, and the entire hotel were perfect. We immediately found peace and relaxation, and a wide variety of activities were easily accessible from the hotel. The cuisine was simply outstanding. In terms of taste, variety, and diversity, nothing was left to be desired. The extremely warm and attentive staff rounded off our vacation. If you have something to complain about here, don't look for the fault of the hotel.

We've been coming to the Pusteria Valley for many years, and this year was our first time at this hotel in the Casies Valley. I must say that overall, we had a good time, but we noted both positive and negative aspects.
Let's start with the welcome we received upon arrival, which, perhaps also due to the young receptionist's difficulty with Italian, wasn't the best... We were simply shown to our room without receiving virtually any information about the hotel, something I'd never experienced in other hotels in the area.
Let's move on to the rooms: we had booked a Nature Room Summit and a Comfort Mountain Room. As for the Nature Room Summit, it's certainly a beautiful room, all in wood, with a large window for the best view. The only things to note are the lack of a kettle in the room and the complete lack of separation between the sleeping area and the bathroom (at least in our room). As for the Comfort Mountain Room, I have to say it was very spacious, but not at the level of a 4-star superior hotel. Furthermore, the shower gel dispenser was completely empty when we arrived. These rooms need updating because they clash with the rest of the hotel.
It should be noted that before our arrival, we were sent an email asking us to specify our "requests" for our stay, including booking beauty treatments, reporting any food intolerances, and specifying the size of the bathrobes in the room. This last step proved unnecessary, as upon our arrival, the bathrobes were all size L, not as we had requested.
As for the restaurant, the dining room was very beautiful, with large windows for admiring the view. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and the dishes were good and well-presented. The starter buffet was also good, although a larger selection would be nice, as it would vary from day to day.
Regarding the pools, the outdoor saltwater one was very nice, although I found the sun loungers a bit limited. The relaxation and wellness areas are lovely, although initially, without a map, it's a bit difficult to navigate the various areas, as they're located in different places and, I must say, not very well signposted. There are several types of saunas: from the panoramic one, with steam infusions, to the Finnish one, to the Swiss pine one, and the Tyrolean-style one.
The fitness area is lovely, where you can work out while admiring the valley, and there are various children's rooms with a variety of games.
The hotel offers free rental of "classic" bicycles, and for a fee, you can rent pedal-assisted ones.
The convenient garage is a great plus, as is parking your car.
In conclusion, I can say that it's certainly a good hotel, but it sometimes lacks small details that could make it even better than it already is.

Hotel in an excellent location. Beautiful facility. A few years ago, it upgraded from a 3-star to a 4-star. The facility is worthy of every rating. However, the services need improvement. Staff is limited. Breakfast often starts at 8:00 a.m. Almost all services are paid for. The food is good, but competition for 4-star hotels in that area is fierce. The menu could be a bit more varied. The desserts could be improved, as they aren't up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Finally, a note: I had booked and paid for a certain type of room a full 6 months in advance, paying the full rate. When we arrived, they gave us a room that, at the time of payment, was of a lower standard than the one I had booked. This certainly resulted in a discount, but you should have let me know. And in my opinion, this is very serious for a 4-star hotel where customer facing should be the foundation of everything.

The only thing that left us a little perplexed was the open-plan bathroom in the room.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Haus wie die wunderschönen Zimmer, sind aus einheimischem Holz gebaut, dass ein sehr angenehmes Gefühl vermittelt und wir haben immer sehr gut geschlafen.
Das Personal verwöhnt die Gäste von A bis Z 👍🏼
Die Familie Stoll ist sehr sympathisch und diskret und immer für gute Ausflugstipps zu haben.
Das Essen ist regional und immer alles frisch gemacht, ein absolutes Erlebnis! Die Weine sind sehr fein und preislich fair!

ist der Pepe, er ist der Mann für alles! Der Hausmeister im Hintergrund, er hat uns inspiriert die wunderschöne Bikerwelt vom Gsiesertal kennen zulernen! So viele tolle Almen konnten wir nur so entdecken😍

The hotel isn't located in a large town, so you can truly enjoy peace and quiet.
Everything as promised and more. Online payment and check-in. Covered parking. Top-notch service and courtesy. Superlative room. Buffet breakfast with sweet and savory options, including freshly prepared omelets. Snack buffet and à la carte dinner with three options for each course and an extensive wine list. Fully stocked lounge bar. The pool, spa, and wellness facilities are excellent, and the availability and service are excellent. You can find all the details on the hotel website.
A beautiful and well-maintained hotel, ideal for a vacation with children. Everything met our (very high) expectations and what we've read in the excellent reviews. I'd just like to point out two things: 1) having a car is essential because the location is very remote and taxis are very difficult to find, while public transportation, while efficient, doesn't allow for easy travel. 2) some of the staff could be more attentive and helpful to guests (even those who aren't regulars).
I stayed there in 2021 and have booked for summer 2023. I can't wait for this moment; the setting is stunning, as is the mouth-watering cuisine. It's difficult to find any criticisms about the structure and organization; the hotel is fully accessible to disabled guests, with specially designed rooms. The pool, while easily accessible, has a few steps to get into the water.

We've just returned from a wonderful vacation at the Alpine Nature Hotel Stoll.
Everything was simply wonderful! You feel at home from the very first moment.
We had the chalet with a forest view – highly recommended, with lots of untreated wood and beautiful bathrooms with large skylights.
The food is delicious, from the first course to the last! And there's always plenty of choice for my son and me, vegetarians!
We'd especially like to highlight the senior manager – a wonderful, warm-hearted woman who diligently takes on all the tasks that need to be done and can be seen in action everywhere and at all times!
The indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful, and you can easily spend a few hours there relaxing.

We weren't familiar with the Casies Valley, but it was a delightful discovery. The 3/4 board restaurant is excellent, the garage is spacious and convenient, and the room has a beautiful living room and two bathrooms. Opening the French windows, we could see the forest in front of us: magical and relaxing. There are several playrooms for adults and children. The two sauna/wellness areas are adequate, and the heated outdoor pool is...spectacular!
The only drawback: an extra €5 for each bottle of water.

We were a family of two adults and two children staying at the Pichlerhof, which is just 300 meters from the hotel. It features modern, fully equipped apartments. There's also a small outdoor playground and a separate playroom in the basement. Our hosts were so accommodating and child-friendly. Our children were allowed to visit the adjacent stable every day, and our hosts never tired of telling them wonderful stories about the animals, their origins, and their peculiarities.
We really enjoyed being able to easily add the hotel's services (breakfast, dinner, and swimming pool). We also felt warmly welcomed at the hotel; the staff is truly very friendly.
We can and will definitely recommend this vacation and would love to come back!

New hotel and the food really good
This is the third time we've come to this wonderful hotel. The food is good and the staff is very friendly. The Casies Valley is beautiful and has a lot to offer for those who like trekking.
A beautiful hotel that has grown over the years. Good in many areas, very good, but still a little short of the top.
Over the past 10 years, we've been here 4-5 times in summer and winter, and we've seen how the Stoll family has transformed this hotel. It was a 5-star hotel 10 years ago, and it's been a 5-star hotel every time. We returned this year, and what can I say? It's even better. Everything was perfect: excellent service, spectacular and spacious rooms, impeccable care, and excellent food. Highly recommended, and we'll be back again and again.
Unfortunately, we only have 5 stars: The first goes to the senior manager, Maria, who waited on our every culinary wish from early morning until late at night (the Kaiserschmarrn is amazing!). The second goes to the housekeeping staff, who worked superbly and surprised us every day with new arrangements for the beds and the kids' stuffed animals. Number three goes to Elena, Josefa... and everyone else we met from the team during those days. Number four is for the handful of ice cubes by the pool for the kids (a little joke from the spa attendant; they squealed with laughter ;-)). Number five is for the kitchen, buffet, daily information, pool, rooms, cleanliness, etc. Also worth mentioning is the guest app with a customer account for food, etc. We went home enchanted and would happily recommend you to others!

An exceptional hotel in every way; the garage with spacious parking spaces is a must. Excellent wine list, equally excellent in quality, imaginative preparation, choice of dishes, and, last but not least, generous portion sizes. Spacious, very well-appointed rooms, cleanliness, and excellent linen supply. The spa, pools, gym, and playroom for both children and adults are fully equipped. It's a shame the Google stars don't include "Full marks."

The facility was completely expanded and renovated a few years ago. Stunning furnishings and high-quality amenities, including two pools, various saunas, and several games rooms. The only thing that doesn't deserve a 4-star rating is the food, which isn't up to par with everything else. The covered garage is convenient.

We've been frequenting this hotel and this valley for years, and we've seen constant improvement: excellent services, beautiful rooms, and delicious food. The Stoll has everything a family with children or romantic couples could need, with plenty of common areas, game rooms, two wellness areas (both brand new), and two splendid pools. It's hard to find a better value for money. Free covered parking is available, still water is always available at no extra charge, and a snack with cakes, tea, herbal teas, and soup is included. Other free services include the use of snowshoes and crampons. Everything in this valley is so well organized, it's impossible to get bored.

We enjoyed four nights at the Wellness Hotel Stoll. The room was large and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The wellness area is lovingly designed. There's a fantastic infusion twice a day. There's plenty of space in the wellness area to chill and relax. We'd especially like to highlight the outstanding cuisine, where you can taste the freshness and quality, as well as the fantastic service and flexibility, which fully accommodates our vegan and gluten-free dietary requirements. The hotel is warmly family-run. Thank you for the wonderful time! We'll definitely be back soon and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

We stayed at the Alpine Stoll in October, a unique time for the Casies Valley and all of South Tyrol. However, we found the real plus in the hotel itself. It's a completely renovated property, with spacious and bright common areas, a well-designed and elegant restaurant, and excellent rooms. They're very well-designed, spacious, and flooded with natural light through large windows. Another highlight of the hotel is the wellness area, with indoor and outdoor pools, two spas, and indoor and outdoor relaxation areas. Last but not least, the food. The menu is varied and suitable for all tastes, from adults to children, and there's a vast selection of wines and local products.
Compliments to the staff are almost obvious, but not to be overlooked. Professionalism, kindness, and courtesy are the order of the day at the Hotel Stoll, where the well-being of the guest comes first.
A personal compliment goes to the Lounge Bartender, a truly attentive, knowledgeable, and professional person in his field... definitely worth a try.

South Tyrol is our second home, and Stoll will always be a part of it.

We spent a week at the Hotel Stoll. The hotel offers everything you could wish for. A great sauna and relaxation rooms, a swimming pool, etc. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, and the evening menu was excellent every night. We had the Chalet Waldblick with an extra toilet, plenty of storage space, and a wonderful view of the beautiful garden. The Stoll family and the team are warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable. The value for money is excellent. We were thrilled and will definitely return.

Io mangio senza glutine e latticini e la cucina mi ha pienamente accontentata. Molto organizzati e ti suggeriscono ogni giorno delle cose da fare con un volantino sul tavolo della colazione (molto abbondante!!!). E poi... Ti senti in famiglia. Fantastici!
This is my third stay at this excellent property. The management is friendly and very attentive to their guests. The hotel has recently been renovated with excellent design solutions and elegant finishes in warm, welcoming wood. There are many amenities: swimming pools, a spa, a gym, and bike rentals. The cuisine is excellent, revisiting traditional South Tyrolean dishes with elegance and a touch of innovation. The buffets are generous. I recommend this experience for a holiday of sport and relaxation.
Being good is nothing - being the best is everything! The Stoll family lives this philosophy in every way. This is our third time staying at this family-run hotel and we are always impressed. The 2021 renovation is a highlight.
Therefore: This hotel is highly recommended in every respect (at least 100 likes). Very friendly and attentive staff rounds off the stay. Grandma Stoll provides delicious omelets, fried eggs, and Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancakes) for breakfast. The food is not only plentiful and varied, but also excellent. Kudos to the chef! Soothing relaxation can be found in the extremely luxurious saunas (with professional infusions and soothing aromas), the indoor pool, and the heated outdoor brine pool. The location for hikes is perfect. Overall, we received top marks.

If I may say so, the only thing I didn't appreciate was the open shower in the room... Maybe it's fine for a couple, but for a family with teenage children, it's not pleasant. However, it was a wonderful stay, and we discovered the Casies Valley, which is spectacular!

Wonderful, very clean, elegant, intelligently structured hotel, the offers are many, the bicycle rental is free, the spas are very beautiful, panoramic and functional, the two pools are enriched with excellent hydromassages especially the indoor one, the room assigned to us was very large, clean, quiet, with attention to every detail, the staff always available and with a courteous and sincere smile, abundant breakfasts and dinners (just a small point, the Nutella in the small packages is also not, an industrial product that you don't expect to find in this type of hotel) the location then immersed in the greenery is fabulous, going to the Hotel Stoll this year repaid us for the disappointment we had last year in a more renowned hotel in Alto Adige famous for a panoramic swimming pool which had managed in a week to undermine the five-year trust in the hotel hospitality of the region, fortunately there was the Stoll that exceeded our expectations giving us beautiful moments together with the extraordinary Val Casies... hotel suitable for children or families, sometimes children should be educated But the problem lies with the parents, not the hotel...
We'll definitely be back this winter, perhaps when the kids are at school...

A truly wonderful experience. Val Casies was unknown to me, and a wonderful surprise. The Alpine Hotel Stoll is a splendid property with incredibly comfortable rooms, an exceptional outdoor pool (perfectly heated), and a superb restaurant. If I may make two comments, the second cot in the rooms reserved for families of five is a bit lacking, and I would have greatly appreciated the hotel organizing walks/excursions directly. The staff were very courteous and helpful, with special mention for Sandra and Elena (I believe that's the name of the waitress, originally from Puglia/Turin).
A beautiful area and a fantastic structure..
The hotel is practically brand new. Spacious spaces and elegant, modern furnishings that blend seamlessly with the local area. A great stay. A four-star hotel that feels like a five-star! As already mentioned to the owner, it would be excellent if they'd replace the yellow umbrellas, and it would be more hygienic to require everyone to dig in their swim caps in the pool. Beautiful spa. Excellent cuisine. We'll definitely be back.

Great hotel! We had a lovely, large room with panoramic windows overlooking the valley. The best part is the warm outdoor pool! The hotel itself is located in a side valley, so you definitely need a car to explore the Dolomites!

....5 unforgettable days.... It was our first time... it was a wonderful experience, especially because of the fantastic pool. The room was cozy and very clean, everything seemed new, it even had a nice terrace overlooking the heated outdoor pool. Breakfast was different than usual due to Covid-19 and was a bit limited... We were brought what we requested, unfortunately there wasn't much choice... Let me be clear, we lacked for nothing, there was both sweet and savory, but the selection was limited... We took 3/4, so in the afternoon there were desserts available with a choice of coffee or tea. Dinner was good, obviously there was also local food like canederli (I don't like them), but the rest was well-made and the presentation of the dishes was also meticulously done. The desserts were paired in a special way. The speck was fantastic...
Where we had the most fun was the pool, or rather the pools... both indoor and outdoor, large, heated and beautiful. I can say that the whole relaxation and spa area was very nice.... We were there have fun and relax....to be done again....
The facility is excellent in every way, offering traditional cuisine with a touch of innovation that makes each dish unique. Breakfast and afternoon snacks are generous and varied. The cleanliness complies with anti-Covid regulations, and the new, tidy spa offers adequate social distancing, supervised by a trained sauna instructor. This is our second visit to this hotel, and we had a great time again. The cuisine is varied, good, and of high quality. Breakfast is more than plentiful, both savory and sweet. Wellness is another plus, as there's a dedicated person who supervises the sauna and specifically performs essential oil infusions at set times. The only downside was a lack of thoroughness in cleaning the room—small but annoying things. The shower gel bottles weren't replaced, and the toilet paper roll wasn't replaced. This hotel offers excellent service overall, considering the excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

I've been there five times already. Great hiking opportunities, including Plätzwiese, Praxer Wildsee, Toblacher See, Monte Elmo, the 3 Zinnen, etc. Also interesting in winter. Highly recommended!

It's hard to ask for more. Four nights, with two children aged eleven and eight. The hotel is in a tiny hamlet, a few traditional houses along the road that runs through the Casies Valley. The villages of Monguelfo, Dobbiaco, Brunico, and San Candido are just a few minutes away by car (or bus, with free tickets provided by the hotel, valid throughout South Tyrol). They can all be reached and visited in half a morning. However, it's hard to tear yourself away from the hotel. A heated outdoor pool and an indoor pool (it's a wonderful feeling to swim in the warmth while a thunderstorm rages outside). Free underground parking. Bikes are always available, and a bike path runs alongside the hotel. A small playground, lawns, and ponds. A Lego playroom for younger children. Billiards, foosball, ping pong, a soccer room, a hockey goal, and basketball hoops. Convincing the kids to go on excursions rather than stay at the hotel is the hardest task. A varied breakfast, a snack from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM with cakes and coffee, and a three-course dinner with a buffet of appetizers. Bathrobes, towels, and pool bags are provided. Friendliness is everywhere. At the restaurant, Peter and Josefa will always be remembered for their hospitality. In short, the Stoll family really does think of everything.
Excellent in every way, fabulous outdoor pool
I spent four days at the Hotel Stoll in the fall of 2018. It was a very pleasant and rejuvenating stay. The food was excellent—I hadn't eaten this well in a long time—and the service was warm and friendly. The hotel has a lovely spa area with a heated outdoor pool where you can admire the sunset (at least in the fall). From the Gsies Valley, you can also easily reach beautiful places like Lake Anterselva or Mount Elmo by car. Highly recommended.
Everything is wonderful, the food is excellent, the area for children and teenagers is very spacious and very beautiful, I recommend it especially to families with children, the wellness centre is splendid, the swimming pools are splendid, I would go back immediately

Very nice hotel! Well-furnished and with plenty of space for children! The restaurant serves good food and very tasty desserts! The rooms are clean and well-furnished. Occasionally, the waiters' courtesy is lacking, but that's okay!

They should have fresh bread in the evening, not leftovers from the day.
The extras are incredibly expensive. A steal!

The heated outdoor saltwater pool with bubble surprises is fun. The sauna is a comfortable size. There's plenty for the kids to play inside and out. The food is excellent. The rooms in the new building are quite nice, but not exactly cheap. In the old building, they're reasonably priced.
We stayed in an apartment within the hotel, nestled in the Casies Valley. A little paradise! Fully equipped, in complete tranquility.
Enchanting! Unique relaxation complete with convenient services. The bio sauna and the outdoor hot salt pool are truly wonderful. Excellent food and lots of friendliness and smiles. Highly recommended also for the strategic position. We will definitely return.

We were here in the third week of September.
Many of the alpine pastures and huts are still open, and there's plenty to do. The weather was wonderful—what more could you want? Your stay includes a card that allows free bus rides.
This hotel offers more. A family-friendly atmosphere yet very modern. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel with very good reception. Its own website provides a wealth of up-to-date information on the hotel's offerings and other amenities. GREAT! Keep it up!
The hotel is bearable. Why else are there so many repeat guests? Everyone loves to come back.
Breakfast itself is buffet style. Scrambled eggs or something similar are freshly prepared. There's freshly squeezed orange juice. At breakfast, you choose from three options for the evening. In the evening, there's an appetizer buffet, followed by a three-course menu.
The wellness area has been expanded. There's now a second swimming pool and a second spa area. For families and nude. The rooms are just what we like: bright, spacious, and clean.
This hotel is worth a visit. Thank you for your hospitality.

A very large and welcoming hotel. Ideal for families due to its play areas and pools. A well-kept atmosphere, in a quiet and beautiful valley. Excellent cuisine.
I had a wonderful holiday here. The hotel staff's attentive management, the outdoor swimming pool, the sauna, the restaurant's meals, and all the services were great. I especially liked the hotel owner's mother, who was full of energy and shuttled around the restaurant every day, from breakfast to dinner, carefully asking every table of customers if they were satisfied... It's worth coming again.

Comfortable hotel. Beautiful spa. Two pools, one with warm and salt water and an outdoor whirlpool. Swimming in the snow is wonderful. Excellent cuisine and an afternoon dessert buffet. Covered parking for all guests, a rare find in the mountains and, more importantly, included in the price. All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful.

Das Hotel war echt super schön. Der Neubau mit Freibad und Saunalandschaft war echt der Hammer. Das Zimmer 220 mit grandiosen Ausblick in Richtung Kronplatz war echt super eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstücksbuffet sowie Kuchen und Vorspeisenbuffet waren echt super schön angerichtet und sehr lecker. Das Personal war auch zuvorkommend.

A typical Tyrolean structure, with plenty of wood, recently renovated, and very good cuisine. All family-run by the Stoll family. Prices are reasonable, considering the services offered, but not exactly cheap.
It is a charming place for relaxation and excellent walks, not to mention the courtesy and hospitality of the staff, all the comforts that Hotel Stoll offers, truly so many... I highly recommend it

A very well-maintained family hotel, with excellent food, always helpful staff, a wellness area with new saunas, a pool, playrooms for children and teenagers, and a bar with board games for both kids and adults. I return every year. I always feel at home. I recommend it to everyone!
The Hotel Stoll is located directly on a man-made cross-country ski trail. The lack of snow is due to force majeure and is, of course, not reflected in the rating. Those who prefer a remote setting would probably give it 5 stars, but that's a matter of opinion. The hotel offers many activities for children, making it ideal for families.

If you're looking for a fantastic, relaxing holiday, this is the place. You'll be spoiled by the food and unwind by the pool and four saunas.
Great food, always asking if you need seconds. Lovely atmosphere, sauna, 100 meters from the forest and swimming pool. Unfortunately, the walk to Kronplatz is quite long. Free ski bus and train. Nice sauna. Small ski slope 200 meters away. Cross-country ski trail about 100 meters away. Quiet location.

Wir waren jetzt zum 3 mal in diesem Hotel nach 2008 und 2009.Es wurde in den letzten Jahren viel investiert um den Gästen noch mehr Komfort bieten zu können. Wir werden auf jeden Fall auch im nächsten Jahr wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen. Man fühlt sich gut aufgenommen und wird gut über alle Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung informiert.

Perfektes Hotel direkt an der Loipe im wunderbaren Gsies.
Modern ausgestattetes Zimmer mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern sowie einem Balkon mit Blick auf die Loipe, wir waren mehr als beeindruckt. Die Qualität des Essens ist unübertrefflich, danke der Küche. Der Wellnessbereich mit sehr großen Außen- und Innen Pools, die Saunen mit den geführten Aufgüssen sowie den wunderbar gestalteten Ruheräumen-herrlich. Vor der Sauna wurde sogar ein Lagerfeuer angemacht. Und das ganze begleitet von freundlichstem Personal. Man spürt die familiäre Harmonie. Danke der Senior Chefin, die uns mit ihrem „latt enk schmeckn „ in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt in diesem Hotel auf jeden Fall .Es gäbe noch viel zu sagen-wir kommen jedenfalls wieder. Danke
