Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gemütlich und makellos sauber. Die Küche zeichnet sich durch ihre Raffinesse aus, mit stets schmackhaften und schön präsentierten Gerichten. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein wahres Paradies, das zur Regeneration von Körper und Geist gedacht ist. Man ist von einer Atmosphäre absoluter Ruhe umgeben, die dazu einlädt, zu entschleunigen und durchzuatmen. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich: Es empfängt Sie mit Herzlichkeit, Professionalität und echter Freundlichkeit. Die Aufgüsse, die mit Geschick und Feingefühl durchgeführt werden, verwandeln das Dampfbadritual in einen aufregenden und zutiefst entspannenden Moment. Patrizia ist stets aufmerksam und fürsorglich, ihre Tochter Zoi ist von einzigartiger Liebenswürdigkeit. Sie tanzen wie Schmetterlinge und schenken Ihnen ein magisches und entspannendes Erlebnis. Stefano ist wie ein Freund: hilfsbereit, lächelnd und immer bereit, jeden Moment zu etwas Besonderem zu machen.
Daniela im Speisesaal empfiehlt die Gerichte mit Fröhlichkeit und Freundlichkeit und macht so jede Mahlzeit noch angenehmer. Ein in jeder Hinsicht makelloser Aufenthalt. Wir werden wiederkommen, denn hier fühlt man sich wirklich besonders.

Ich habe schon mehrmals im Amonti übernachtet. Die Lage ist ideal für alle Unternehmungen. Das Ambiente ist luxuriös und modern, alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum verwöhnt fühlt. Einziger Nachteil: Der überdachte Parkplatz ist nur gegen Gebühr pro Tag verfügbar. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.
Immer ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, mit einem kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag.
Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder in dieses Hotel, weil es für uns ein ganz besonderer Ort ist: eine prächtige Anlage, exzellenter Service, hervorragendes Essen und wunderschöne Pools. Wir wählen es immer wieder und werden es auch in Zukunft tun.
Allerdings möchte ich auf ein kleines Problem im Umgang mit Problemen hinweisen. Während unseres letzten Aufenthalts funktionierte die Badezimmerheizung nicht: Trotz mehrerer Versuche und Zusicherungen blieb der Heizkörper leider den ganzen Urlaub über funktionsunfähig. Und in einem kalten Badezimmer zu duschen ist nicht gerade ideal.
Uns wurde ein elektrischer Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Lücke zu schließen – eine willkommene, aber nur vorübergehende Lösung. Mit unserer neunjährigen Tochter war das weder besonders komfortabel noch sicher, und gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts verzichteten wir lieber auf weitere Anfragen.
Es bleibt ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel, das wir sehr schätzen. Eine kleine Verbesserung im Beschwerdemanagement würde das Erlebnis wirklich perfekt machen, wie es eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung verdient.
Das Hotel entspricht für uns leider keinem 5-Sterne Hotel. Wir sind normalerweise immer in einem anderen 5-Sterne Hotel in Südtirol und dort z.B. werden zuvorkommen die Autos weg geparkt, alle Mitarbeiter (egal wann und wo) grüßen freundlich und man muss im ganzen Haus nicht (er)frieren. Der einzige Bereich, welcher wohltuend warm ist, ist die Sauna. Der gesamte Spa Bereich im 4. Stock, wie auch der Rest des Hotels ist verhältnismäßig kalt. Leider trifft das auch auf die vorweihnachtliche Stimmung zu. Aber vielleicht sind wir hier Mitte/Ende November auch zu früh dran. Zum Service: unser Zimmer wurden bis 12:30 Uhr nicht gereinigt, weshalb wir nachmittags keine neuen Bademäntel hatten. Zusätzlich war auch direkt am Anreisetag das Duschgel leer. Abends wurde uns einfach der Rest der Flasche Wein eingeschenkt, obwohl dies deutlich verneint wurde, nur weil es aus Kellnersicht sich nicht mehr gelohnt hätte, die Flasche aufzuheben. Während dem Abendessen und Frühstück saßen wir gefühlt im Kinderbereich, was die Geräuschkulisse echt oft unerträglich machte. Sauberes Hotel, leckeres Essen - aber das Geld für 5 Sterne für uns nicht wert.
Wir verbringen aktuell unseren Aufenthalt im Amonti & Lunaris im Ahrntal – und es ist schlicht herausragend. Das Hotel bietet echten 5-Sterne-Komfort, und bislang habe ich absolut nichts gefunden, was nicht perfekt wäre.
Die Spa-Landschaft ist beeindruckend groß, modern und unglaublich entspannend. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und durchdacht. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.
Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, hochwertig ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Auch kulinarisch ist das Hotel auf Spitzenniveau: das Essen ist exklusiv, kreativ und auf allerhöchstem Niveau zubereitet.
Kurz gesagt: ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der im Ahrntal einen luxuriösen und erholsamen Aufenthalt sucht.
Wir waren mit unsere 4-jährigen Tochter und meinen Eltern eine Woche im Amonti. Von der ersten Minute hat man sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen Adult-Spa-Bereich und einen tollen Bereich für Familien sowie ein extra Rutschenbereich. Wir kommen wieder!
Wir haben hier spontan einen traumhaften Kurzurlaub verbringen dürfen, nachdem unser eigentlich reserviertes Hotel sich als Horror ohne Ende herausgestellt hatte... Glücklicherweise konnten wir die erste Unterkunft noch vor Ort stornieren und erreichten die Rezeption des Amonti&Lunaris per Telefon. Die Rezeptionistin stellte sich als überaus hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent heraus. Sofort wurde uns ein traumhaftes Angebot per Mail zukommen gelassen, welches wir direkt bestätigt haben. 2Stunden später kamen wir mit unseren übernächtigten Kindern(3&5) im Hotel an und wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Zimmer wurde bereits vorbereitet, wir durften mit den Kleinen in den Schwimmbadbereich und bekamen Handtücher, Bademäntel und alles gestellt. Nicht einmal eine Stunde später, war das Zimmer auch schon bereit und wir konnten final einchecken, das Mittagsbuffet, die Showküche und alles genießen was das Hotel zu bieten hatte. Das Frühstück und die Abendessen waren köstlich, das Buffet reichhaltig und die Weinkarte wies erlesene Schätze aus allen Regionen auf. Die Kinderbetreuung war abwechslungsreich und unsere Kinder waren ebenfalls mehr als glücklich... In diesem Sinne möchten wir uns erneut bei dem tollen Team des Hotels bedanken für diese tolle Zeit Vielen Dank euch allen, wir sehen uns auf jeden Fall wieder für einen längeren Aufenthalt

Ein Hotel, das einen Besuch wert ist, allerdings mit einigen Einschränkungen.
Das Anwesen liegt eingebettet in einem der schönsten Täler des Trentino, einem Ort, der durch seine Natur, Stille und Liebe zum Detail besticht.
Das Restaurant ist wirklich erstklassig: Man schmeckt die Qualität der Zutaten und den sorgsamen Umgang mit Abfall, was sich nicht nur in den ausgewogenen Portionen, sondern auch in der durchdachten und respektvollen Speisekarte zeigt.
Das familienfreundliche Angebot ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Es gibt viele Bereiche und Aktivitäten für Kinder, aber auch Bereiche nur für Erwachsene – perfekt für alle, die Entspannung und Ruhe suchen.
Die Zimmer sind, wie das gesamte Hotel, sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber.
Das Personal ist äußerst professionell, freundlich und stets aufmerksam: Selbst als wir um einen anderen Tisch baten, wurde unserem Wunsch umgehend und zuvorkommend entsprochen.
Nur zwei Aspekte haben uns etwas irritiert:
• Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir einen unangenehmen Geruch im Zimmer fest; das Problem wurde zwar schnell behoben, aber eine kurze Rückmeldung oder zumindest eine kurze Notiz der Besorgnis wäre schön gewesen.
• Eines Abends, nach dem Abendessen im Restaurant, hatte ich starke Magen-Darm-Beschwerden und musste mich übergeben. Wir informierten die Rezeption, wo man mich sofort fragte, ob ich Hilfe benötige. Niemand erkundigte sich jedoch nach meinem Befinden, was man in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie eigentlich erwarten würde. Während es mir schlecht ging, überlegte ich, ob ich einen Arzt aufsuchen sollte.
Insgesamt ist es aber immer noch ein wunderschöner Ort mit vielen Vorzügen und enormem Potenzial. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit im Umgang mit kleineren, unerwarteten Ereignissen wäre es wirklich perfekt.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wundervollen Hotel gerade beendet. Was soll ich sagen? Vom ersten Moment an war alles makellos, und man fühlte sich rundum verwöhnt. Das Personal ist kompetent und freundlich, nie aufdringlich.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig und blitzsauber. Die Küche ist abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität, insbesondere die Fleischgerichte sind hervorzuheben.
Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr groß, sauber und bietet alles, was man sich wünscht.
Abends waren die Cocktails hervorragend, und der Barkeeper war sehr kompetent.
Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Entspannung suchen. Vielen Dank für diese schönen Tage!
Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Sehr ruhige Lage, ideal zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Das Essen war hervorragend – echte Gourmetqualität auf hohem Niveau.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Tiefgarage kostet zusätzlich. Aussenparkplätze stehen zu verfügung. Bei diesem Preis könnte man das eigentlich im Gesamtpaket inkludieren. Trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!
Absolutes Lieblingshotel!
Bereits seit vielen Jahren kommen wir immer wieder gerne in`s Amonti zurück. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und haben Funktionen wie eine private Infrarot Sauna. Der Wellnessbereich ist großzügig gestaltet und bietet für jedermann genau das richtige. Ein paar mehr Liegen im Innenbereich (Wintermonate) wären noch ideal. Das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren spitze. Der Lunchbuffet bietet auch genug Auswahl, könnte jedoch etwas häufiger noch aufgefüllt werden. Alles im allen immer wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel hat eine angenehme Größe und verfügt über einen tollen Wellnessbereich.
Auch das Spa ist toll, ich hatte zwei mal eine Gesichtsbehandlung gebucht und war mehr als zufrieden.
Man hat viele Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung, die Umgebung und das gesamte Ahrntal ist einfach sehr schön.

Hatten auch einen Ladeplatz in der Garage gebucht. Leider funktionierte die Ladesäule nicht, aber man konnte sich mit dem Nachbarparkplatz arrangieren

Die Zimmerreinigung ist etwas verbesserungswürdig, insbesondere die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, das in einem 5-Sterne-Haus arbeitet und daher aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter sein sollte. Das Essen und der Empfang waren jedoch hervorragend. Meiner Meinung nach eines der schönsten Resorts in der Region. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, selbst mit unserer Wunschcharlèt- Suite Family mit Balkon ( Wunsch-suite 443) im Lunaris mit absoluter ruhiger Lage und wunderschöner Aussicht.Das Personal war stets aufmerksam und hervorragend im Service sowie Buchungen im Spa wurden bestmöglich bearbeitet...selbst bei Wandertouren waren tolle Angebote für uns dabei....auch wurde sehr darauf geachtet, welche Lebensmittel man nicht vertragen konnte und die Menükarte darauf abgestimmt...toller Barservice am Abend...sehr gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten
...auch der Fahrradverleih vor Ort war hervorragend...
Was soll ich sagen... Alles war perfekt... wir kommen wieder...
Eines der besten Resorts, in dem ich je gewesen bin. Es gibt zwei Gebäude: Amonti (das größere mit direktem Zugang zu den Pools und dem Spa) und Lunaris, mit separaten, aber intern verbundenen Eingängen. Um zu den Pools im Lunaris zu gelangen, muss man einige Gänge entlanggehen und einige Treppen hinauf- und hinuntergehen (tatsächlich ist es etwas günstiger). Im Lunaris habe ich für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind 750 € pro Tag mit 3/4-Pension bezahlt. Das Standardzimmer ist 36 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über eine riesige Terrasse, einen spektakulären Kamin und ein Badezimmer ohne Bidet, aber mit angeschlossenem Wasserspiel. Es gibt ein Kinderbecken mit zwei Rutschen und ein Becken mit Zugang von außen. Die beiden Bereiche sind nicht miteinander verbunden; man muss Treppen hinaufsteigen und einen internen Gang entlanggehen. Beide Pools haben sehr bequeme und geräumige Doppelsofas. Handtücher und Bademäntel werden auf Anfrage täglich zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und gut. Es gab einen kleinen Raum nur für Säfte und einen nur für Käse, also war es sehr viel davon. Von 13:30 bis 16:00 Uhr gibt es ein Snack-/Mittagsbuffet mit Vorspeisen, Snacks und Desserts. Getränke sind kostenlos. Abendessen wird serviert, Getränke nicht inbegriffen; sogar Wasser muss bezahlt werden.
Der Junior Club ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet; ich hätte mehr Spiele erwartet. Die Einrichtung ist im alpinen Stil gehalten, aber supermodern. Die Sauberkeit ist phänomenal.
Negative Aspekte oder Verbesserungswürdigkeiten:
- Ich kann 30 Euro für einen Char mit dieser Soße und diesen Pommes bezahlen, aber man kann nicht 4,50 Euro für 50 cl Wasser verlangen, ohne dass es auf der Karte steht. Kaffee kostet 3 Euro, ein Schnäppchen, aber wenigstens steht es auf der Karte.
- Aufzüge: Ich bin dreimal in drei Tagen damit gefahren, immer war viel los. Er ist nicht so programmiert, dass er erkennt, ob er hoch oder runter fährt. Wenn man also von 0 auf 3 will, muss man wahrscheinlich zuerst auf -2 fahren.
- Es gibt keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Und es gibt kein Bidet. Zwar gibt es den Autowasch-Gag, aber das Bidet ist heilig.
Die Grünflächen im Freien sind nicht sehr gepflegt. Sagen wir einfach, der Rasen war nicht das, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde.
Zum Schluss das absolut Beste: das Personal. Housekeeping, Rezeption und Catering – 10!
Wir waren für ein paar Tage im Wellnesshotel Lumaris und sind absolut begeistert! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir super freundlich empfangen, und das hat sich den ganzen Aufenthalt über so fortgesetzt – egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder im Wellnessbereich, alle sind einfach herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten: ein traumhafter Wellnessbereich (befindet sich im Partnerhotel "Amonti", über einen unterirdischen Gang erreichbar) mit Pools, verschiedenen Saunen und genügend Ruhezonen zum Abschalten. Das Essen war ein echtes Highlight! Zubereitet von einem Koch, der definitiv auf Hauben-Niveau kocht – geschmacklich perfekt, optisch ein Genuss und mit einer großen Auswahl, die keine Wünsche offenlässt. Erwähnenswert ist zudem die stilvolle Bar, in der der Bar-Chef Max mit viel Können und Leidenschaft Cocktails mixt, die sowohl optisch als auch geschmacklich überzeugen. Ob klassisch oder kreativ – hier findet jeder seinen Lieblingsdrink, perfekt für einen entspannten Ausklang des Tages. Auch Familien mit Kindern sind im Lumaris willkommen. Dadurch kann es manchmal ein wenig lebhafter zugehen, was aber insgesamt nicht stört. Wer Entspannung, exzellentes Essen und herzlichen Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns im Amonti rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Herzlichkeit des Personals, das stilvolle Ambiente und die außergewöhnliche Wellnesslandschaft lassen keine Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war modern, sauber und mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das fantastische Essen – vom Frühstück bis zum Abendmenü ein kulinarischer Genuss auf höchstem Niveau. Der Spa-Bereich ist großzügig, vielfältig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen!

Kurz gesagt: Ein Doppelhotel. Ich kann zwar größtenteils für das Lunaris sprechen, aber das Amonti scheint mir ähnlich. Ein wunderschöner Ort im Ahrntal (mehr Natur als urbane Infrastruktur). Geeignet für Familien und Paare/Singles.
Zimmer: Geräumig, sauber, luxuriös. Großes Badezimmer, Balkon, Minibar. Reinigungsmittel und ein ordentlicher Föhn sind vorhanden.
Restaurant: Einfach herrlich. Hervorragendes Essen: Frühstück und Mittagessen gibt es als reichhaltiges Buffet, und abends kann man aus einem mehrgängigen Menü wählen. Gut sortierte Weinkarte.

Wellnessbereich: All das findet im Amonti statt. Leicht über einen unterirdischen Gang zu erreichen, ohne das Gebäude verlassen zu müssen. Großer Familienbereich im Erdgeschoss und das gesamte Obergeschoss ist ein „Adults Only“-Bereich mit wunderschönen Saunen, Pools und Ruhezonen.

Sono stata davvero bene! Camere bellissime, pulite e curate nei dettagli. Ottima anche la comunicazione per i preventivi: risposte rapide e precise. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che il proprietario si sia presentato di persona. Cibo gourmet e attività esterne comprese davvero piacevoli. Le saune e le piscine sono bellissime, sempre in perfetto ordine e mai affollate. Un soggiorno rilassante e di qualità!

Das Spa im obersten Stockwerk (nur für Erwachsene und im Tiroler Stil) ist ein fantastischer Ort zum Entspannen nach einem Wander- (oder Ski-)Tag.
Definitiv ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt … sogar ein drittes Mal!

Was ein tolles Hotel! Also wer hier nicht glücklich und zufrieden ist, den kann man nicht glücklich machen. Angefangen vom Service, der überall top war. Vom Zimmerservice, die alles möglich gemacht haben, damit wir erholsame Nächte mit unserer kleinen Tochter haben, bis hin zu Rezeption, die tolle Vorschläge und immer freundlich sind und natürlich das Servicepersonal im Restaurant und und und! Nun wollen wir mal auf dieses unfassbare Genusserlebnis eingehen. Das ist der absolute Oberhammer! Beim Frühstück kann man sich seinen eigenen Saft pressen, Eier werden frisch und sogar noch aus echten Eiern zubereitet, jegliches frische Obst, sogar Beeren, was man in fast keinem Hotel findet. Das Vitalbuffet mit jeglichem Salat, täglich wechselnder warmen Speise, ein Kuchenbuffet vom Himmel und und und. Abends gibt es immer eine Mischung aus a-la-carte und Buffet mit Salat, kleineren Vorspeisen und einem zusätzlichen warmen Gericht. Die Desserts sind nicht von dieser Welt. Also wer sich hier nicht körperlich betätigt, der rollt mit +10kg nach Hause. Die Zimmer sind super schön und sauber, der Spa mit extra Bereich und Rutschen für die Kinder, der indoor und Outdoor Spielplatz. Also es gibt schlichtweg nichts was es nicht gibt um einen glücklich zu machen. Für uns ist das Hotel die perfekte Balance für Familien mit Anspruch an tolles Essen und dem gewissen ‚Luxus‘ um vom Alltag zu entspannen. Die Umgebung ist auch wunderschön und hat super viel zu bieten. Wir hatten nicht das beste Wetter, aber es hat dem Urlaub in keinster Weise geschadet, weil so viel geboten wurde. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen, sehr modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich – perfekt zum Wohlfühlen. Das Essen war jeden Tag ein echtes Highlight: abwechslungsreich, frisch und einfach köstlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service – vom Empfang bis zum Restaurant-Team haben wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Auch für Familien ist bestens gesorgt, mit Angeboten für Groß und Klein.

Werden dieses Jahr zum 5. Mal dort sein und wir lieben es einfach. Es ist unser absoluter Lieblingsort. Man fühlt sich ab der 1. Sekunde so wohl. Die Mitarbeiter dort sind unfassbar freundlich. Das Essen eine absoluter Wahnsinn! Da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind ein Traum. Generell das ganze Hotel wunderschön mit Liebe zum Detail und alles sehr sauber. Es wir dort mehrmals am Tag überall geputzt. Die Lage ist auch top. Man kommt super schnell zu den schönsten Wanderungen, Bergen oder Sehenwürdigkeiten. Es gibt super süße Hofläden in der Nähe.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit einer hochwertigen Struktur, einem herrlichen Spa sowie der Küche. Sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer und tadelloses Personal, sicherlich das schönste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Und dann ist das Ahrntal immer wunderbar, wie ganz Südtirol. Ich vermisse es schon, ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Absolut traumhaft !
Der Eingangsbereich ist schon der Hammer. Wir waren im Lunaris, hatten ein Bergfeuer de Luxe Zimmer. Top ! Sehr sauber, hochwertige Ausstattung, mega gut geschlafen in kuscheliger Bettwäsche. Das ganze Hotel (unterirdisch mit dem AMONTI verbunden ) ist Luxus Pur. Mit Liebe ausgestattet, alles sehr hochwertig, viele schöne Details und Accessoires.
Der Wellness Bereich ist getrennt für Familien und Erwachsene. Für Kinder ist das ein Traum, eigene Pools, Rutschen, Mini und Junior Club.
Der Spa für Erwachsene auf der 4. Etage. Zwei mega große und schöne Panorama Saunen, Skypools, Dampfbad. Unendlich viele Liegen, sowohl drinnen wie draußen. Der Beste Spa overall !
Das Essen hervorragend. Das Nachtisch Buffet voller Kunstwerke, leckeres immer top frisches Obst. Am Mittag Showküche und Kuchen. Meist gab es aber Pasta mit Tomatensoße oder Bolognese.
Ein klein wenig fehlte der Bezug zum Gast beim Service. Geht man jedoch in die Bar entschädigt Barmann Max alles. Er macht super Cocktails und spricht mit allen Gästen.
Die Bergbahn direkt vor der Haustüre und im Mai und Juni fährt man umsonst. Tolle Wanderwege, der Bus fährt alle 15 Minuten um im Tal unzählige Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen zu erreichen.
Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder in dieses tolle Hotel !
Ein Aufenthalt der Extraklasse – einfach Weltklasse!
Was soll man zu diesem Hotel noch sagen? Vom stilvollen Design bis hin zum herzlichen und professionellen Personal stimmt hier einfach alles. Was der Inhaber auf die Beine gestellt hat, ist bemerkenswert – mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität.
Besonders schön war, dass der Chef persönlich anwesend war – eine unglaublich sympathische und bodenständige Persönlichkeit, die man sofort ins Herz schließt. Auch Patricia und ihr Kollege waren großartig. Die Saunaaufgüsse wurden mit großer Leidenschaft durchgeführt, stets mit dem Wohl der Gäste im Blick.
Das Spa war komfortabel und bot ausreichend Platz, sodass man sich nicht „auf der Pelle saß“.
Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Jedes Gericht ist mit Liebe zubereitet, kreativ angerichtet und geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Man spürt einfach, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Vukasin, der seinen Job als Kellner hervorragend ausgeführt hat.

Cadipietra ist ein kleines Dorf im Südtiroler Aurinatal, und das Hotel Amonti, in dem ich vom 30. Mai bis 2. Juni wohnte, ist ein wunderbares und unglaublich komfortables Haus. Die Vital Suite verfügt über eine Infrarotsauna. Der beheizte Skilift bietet eine herrliche Aussicht und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Der Außenpool ist bei Familien beliebt, und für die Kleinen gibt es ein Hallenbad. Es gibt zwar nicht viele Saunen, aber die Aufgüsse sind wirklich außergewöhnlich! Gutes Essen, Halbpension. Schloss Taufers in Campo Tures und Klausberg sind definitiv einen Besuch wert und bequem mit dem Skilift vor dem Hotel zu erreichen.
Ich kann in diesem nur Lunaris bewerten. Service und Zimmer sind erstklassig. Das Essen hat Sterne Niveau. Es hat seine 5 Sterne mehr als verdient. Zugeben, es ist schon jochpreisig, aber sein Geld wert.
Das beste Hotel, wo ich jemals war. Alles hat gepasst. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Essen ein Traum, für Jeden etwas dabei. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch toll. Kommen sicher wieder.
Meine Frau und ich verbrachten vom 19. bis 23. Mai (vier Nächte) drei Nächte in der Aurina Suite im Amonti und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Alles war perfekt. Das Hotel, die wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete und geräumige Suite, die herrliche, saubere Dusche, das Kingsize-Bett, das spektakuläre Sofa mit Blick aufs Fenster, das Personal an der Rezeption, in der Bar und im Restaurant (insbesondere Claudio) sowie die Zimmerreinigung – alle waren stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet war exzellent mit einer riesigen Auswahl an süßen und herzhaften Speisen. Das Abendessen bot Gourmetgerichte, die immer wieder überraschend und köstlich waren. Die Atmosphäre war entspannend, mit sanfter Beleuchtung.
Der Spa-Bereich im Erdgeschoss und im vierten Stock ist wirklich wunderschön: die Pools, drei Saunen, ein türkisches Bad und Ruheräume. Alles war auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau.
Die Bar und die Entspannungsbereiche im Freien im obersten Stockwerk sind ein Traum.
Und dann die Ausflüge, selbst die vom Hotel selbst organisierten, mit ihren atemberaubenden Ausblicken. Ich hätte stundenlang im Infinity-Pool sitzen und das majestätische Panorama vor uns bewundern können. Es war ein wahrgewordener Traum, und ich empfehle es bereits meinen Freunden. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr ganz bestimmt wieder.

Wir beschlossen, in dieses Paradies zurückzukehren, um die ersten Tage unserer Flitterwochen dort zu verbringen.
Wir haben das Paket „Kurzurlaub“ gebucht und uns für eine der brandneuen Suiten des Hotels entschieden, die mit einer privaten Sauna und Terrasse ausgestattet sind … und mit einem Sternengewölbe an der Zimmerdecke!!!
Alles war perfekt romantisch, wie wir es erwartet hatten … inklusive Frühstück auf dem Zimmer und Wellnessanwendungen für Paare!
Wir fanden die Sauberkeit, die Ordnung, die Freundlichkeit, die Qualität des Essens und die Aufmerksamkeit für alle Details und für alle unsere Bedürfnisse.
Wir können dieses Stück Paradies jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der sich eine Auszeit zum Entspannen, Verwöhnen oder für die ganze Familie gönnen möchte, auch wenn es nur für ein paar Tage ist.
Natürlich planen wir bereits unseren nächsten Kurzurlaub im Herbst …
Wir waren mit Freunden über den 1. Mai für ein verlängertes Wochenende im AMONTI & LUNARIS Wellnessresort – und es war einfach Weltklasse! Alles war absolute Spitzenklasse: Die herzliche Bewirtung, die modernen und top gepflegten Zimmer, die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit und der Humor des gesamten Teams – so etwas erlebt man wirklich selten.
Das Wellness-Angebot ist ein absoluter Traum – Entspannung pur. Auch die Lage ist ideal für Abenteuer aller Art: Ob Biken, Rafting oder Wandern – hier kommt jeder auf seine Kosten.
Ein besonderes Highlight am Abend war die stylische Sky Bar mit ihren mega leckeren Cocktails – ein großes Lob an Lukas und sein großartiges Team, die den Tag perfekt haben ausklingen lassen.
Ein riesiges Dankeschön an alle – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
Nachtrag: Das Dessert-Buffet (Entschuldigung, aber wow) war einfach next level! So etwas Geniales habe ich wirklich noch nie erlebt – jedes Teil ein Kunstwerk. Mein absolutes Highlight: der Apfelstrudel 2.0 und die Paprika – himmlisch! Das muss man einfach probieren. Ich war so begeistert, dass ich sogar einen Gast am Nachbartisch überzeugen konnte, sich Nachschlag zu holen!

Der Service, das Essen, die Lage und die Zimmer sind erstklassig! Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich mir allerdings etwas mehr für Kinder gewünscht. Der Kinderbereich war zu klein und schlecht organisiert, obwohl ein Kinderclub vorhanden war. Es gab nur wenige Spiele.
Ich hätte mir mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Kleinen gewünscht – etwas, das einem 5-Sterne-Hotel angemessen ist.

Dieses Resort bietet elegante Zimmer, außergewöhnliche Wellness-Einrichtungen und atemberaubende Infinity-Pools. Wir genossen die Gourmetküche, die Spa-Bereiche und die individuelle Betreuung von Körper und Geist.

Die Lage ist super, da es in der Nähe der Skischule und der Seilbahnstation liegt, mit der man auf den Gipfel des Berges gelangt.
Wir haben Frühstück, Brunch und Mittagessen probiert.
Dieses Hotel ist definitiv eine 10/10. Mehrere Urlaube dort verbracht und immer wunschlos glücklich gewesen.
Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit professionellem und freundlichem Service und Personal. Der Wellnessbereich und die Pools mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Anlage ist gepflegt. Der obere Bereich ist Erwachsenen vorbehalten, das Erdgeschoss ist für Familien mit Kindern gedacht. Wir empfanden es als sehr komfortabel und einladend, sauber und mit einem herrlichen Panoramablick auf die Berge. Es war ein wunderbares Wochenende. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön, mit liebevollen Details, sehr sauber und mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Bett war äußerst bequem – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, es blieb kein Wunsch offen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gross und sehr vielfältig. Mittags gibt es ein leckeres Schlemmeressen mit Salatbuffet, warmen Speisen und feinem Dessert. Am Abend wartet ein umfangreiches Salat-, Dessert- und Käsebuffet, dazu abwechslungsreiche und sehr feine Menügänge – hier findet wirklich jeder etwas Passendes.
Der Abend in der Skybar war ein schöner Ausklang, die Cocktails waren richtig lecker. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass der Wellnessbereich im 3. und 4. Stock sowie die Skybar „adults only“ sind – ein echtes Plus.
Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und lädt mit Pools, Saunen und Ruheräumen zum Entspannen ein. Auch die Spa-Behandlungen sind sehr zu empfehlen – sie werden individuell abgestimmt und professionell durchgeführt.
Ebenfalls ein Vorteil: Das E-Auto kann kostenlos geladen werden.
Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Es sind viele Kinder im Hotel, was gerade beim Essen teilweise etwas turbulent und laut sein kann. Familien und Paare essen gemeinsam, was nicht immer für Ruhe sorgt.
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel – wer jedoch absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier vielleicht nicht ganz optimal aufgehoben.

Ein schönes Hotel, Restaurant extrem gut, tolle Auswahl mit hoher Qualität. Service im ganzen Hotel super, besonders aber im Restaurant. Elmar ganz besonders! Auch sonstige Dinge wie Badebereich etc., alles super. Man merkt, hier stimmt das Management. Klare Empfehlung.
Allgemeine Struktur
Unfassbares Hotel. Die Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich, die Lage und vor allem das Essen absolute Extraklasse und jeden einzelnen Cent wert. Werden definitiv wieder kommen
Nicht täuschen lassen von den absolut unverständlichen und unverschämten 1/5-Sterne-Bewertungen. Die Küche und die Qualität der Speisen zu beanstanden grenzt an eine Frechheit und kann nur entweder von der neidischen Konkurrenz oder von traurigen, armen Menschen kommen, die sich normalerweise nur eine Bruchbude leisten können und immer noch verbittert sind, dass sie "so viel Geld" ausgegeben haben und jetzt noch paar Monate trocken Brot essen müssen.
Als wir im Hotel ankamen, begleitete uns niemand auf unser Zimmer oder zeigte uns die Einrichtungen, die einem 5-Sterne-Hotel angemessen sind. Auch erklärte uns niemand, dass man zum Parken auf dem Hotelparkplatz auch einen Zimmerschlüssel braucht, um die Bar zu öffnen. Also musste mein Partner zurück in den fünften Stock des Hotels, um den Schlüssel zu holen.
(Das Zimmer war schön und recht geräumig, mit einer großen Terrasse und einem Whirlpool, den wir sehr mochten.)
Allerdings wird das Bett abends nicht gemacht; man kommt nur morgens zum Putzen.
Das Essen hat uns nicht geschmeckt, aber die Kellner waren recht gut.
Das Spa ist groß und bietet eine Auswahl an Saunen und Pools für Kinder und Erwachsene.
Leider glaube ich nicht, dass wir wiederkommen werden.
Das Zimmer was sehr großzügig mit einem schönen Balkon und tollem Bergblick. Der Adult Spa Bereich war ruhig und edel gestaltet.
Leider war der Sky Pool relativ kalt.
Die Aufmachung des Hotels sowie die Inneneinrichtung war sehr elegant und Modern.
Leider war das Essen ein großer Reinfall.
Die Suppen waren wässrig, das sogenannte Wienerschnitzel war eine Katastrophe, matschige fettige Panade welche am Fleisch geklebt hat.
Das Filet war roh statt Medium und voller Sehnen.
Der Kaiserschmarren war noch nicht durch und nicht sonderlich Geschmackvoll.
Alles in Allem leider nicht so gut wie erwartet

Sehr schönes Hotel und Personal, aber das Hotel riecht zu stark nach Parfüm, besonders die Zimmer, und die Zimmer sind sehr heiß, ohne dass man die Temperatur senken kann, aber ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Spa, aber sie müssen mit dem Parfüm aufhören

Zum dritten Mal in dieser Gegend. Aber dieses Hotel ist das Beste. Wir haben wunderschöne 5 Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Personal, insbesondere im Restaurant, war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben den Wellnessbereich jeden Tag nach dem Skifahren mit Eintritt nur für Erwachsene sehr genossen. Wunderschöne Umgebung und vor allem Ruhe... ein großes Dankeschön an die Küche, tolle, ehrlich zubereitete Gerichte. Und für die Mehlspeisenkunst, die wir jeden Tag hatten, geben wir 10 von 10 Punkten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel. Super freundliches Personal, insbesondere Andrea im Speisesaal, die sich hervorragend um uns gekümmert hat. Das Zimmer war geräumig und makellos sauber. Dem Wellnessbereich muss ich eine niedrigere Bewertung geben. Ich würde empfehlen, den Bereich während der Hochsaison zu beaufsichtigen, da Kinder trotz deutlicher Markierung an Tauchwettbewerben teilnahmen und Lärm machten. Dies dient dem Wohlbefinden und der Sicherheit aller Gäste. Die Lage ist nicht die Stärke des Hotels, da es in einem Tal mit wenig Sonnenlicht liegt und eine nahe gelegene Straße stark befahren ist. Dies wird durch die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und die Architektur des Hotels wettgemacht.
Eine besondere Erwähnung verdient die Küche, die im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels derselben Kategorie in Südtirol wirklich überraschend ist. Die Skilifte zum wunderschönen Skigebiet Klausberg sind ganz in der Nähe, nur über die Straße. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Danke.
Wir waren für 5 Nächte im Amonti mit unserer 3-jährigen Tochter und können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen :-) sehr kinderfreundlich, schöner Wasser- und Spielbereich mit Miniclub und gleichzeitig mit wunderbarem Adults-only Bereich im kompletten 4. Stock und tollem Essen. Gutes Ski-Depot im Hotel, ca. 50m zur Talstation. Einzig die direkte Lage an der Straße sorgt für den einen Stern Abzug. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wir sind nun schon zum 3. mal hier Gast und es ist einfach ein Traum Absolute Entspannung auf maximalem Niveau! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam, egal ob an der Hotelbar, beim Essen oder im Spa. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist und bleibt der Spa Bereich mit Patrizia - Sie sorgt immer wieder für wunderbare Momente in der Sauna und ist sehr bemüht und wahnsinnig engagiert dabei. Wir lieben es hier zu sein und genießen jedes Mal unseren Urlaub hier sehr. Das Essen ist ebenfalls ein Traum, egal ob Frühstück, Mittagessen oder Dinner, es ist und bleibt das wohl beste Hotel in dem wir jemals waren. Wir freuen uns immer sehr hier zu sein und werden auch wieder kommen Danke für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende da und sind absolut begeistert. Der Service ist sehr gut, alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und der Wellness und Spa Bereich ist einfach Weltklasse! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.
Zum dritten Mal hier und so schön, wie beim ersten Mal. Als Familie mit drei Kindern können wir behaupten, dass dieses Resort auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten ist. Von Rezeption bis hin zum Restaurant alles top. Die Massage möchte ich an dieser Stelle extra erwähnen: Gabriella du bist einfach Spitze!

Es war absolut traumhaft. Eingebettet in eine wunderschöne landschaftliegt Ein top wellness-resort. Angefangen vom frühstück bis zum abendessen sind keine wünsche offen geblieben.
Wir lieben dieses Hotel (es sind eigentlich zwei miteinander verbunden). Wir sind mehrmals in Lunaris gewesen, diesmal in Amonti. Wirklich sehr schöne Suites, Lage perfekt an der Talstation. Freundliches Personal. Hundefreundlich. Das Essen ist absolut Top. Eine tolle Erfahrung vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Wellness gut, leider sind die Wellnesskunden nicht immer so perfekt, Handtuchwerfer und Leute die Angezogen in der Sauna gehen. Sehr praktisches Skiraum und Garage. Für mich war die Sahnehaube dass die dedizierte Ladestationen in der Garagenpreis drin sind. Das ist gut für Kunden und Umwelt. Wer hier nicht zu Recht kommt soll dringen eine passende Therapie aussuchen

Die Fahrt nach Italien lohnt sich!
Das essen ist toll. Live Klaviermusik. Der Blick nach draussen beim essen leider zum Hang hoch. Mehrere Pools, angenehm warm mit sehr sehr tollem ausblick. Die sauna hat denselben tollen ausblick. Der aufguss in der sauna war uns fast zu heiss, aber war ein erlebnis. Ansich ist das Hotel etwas schlauchartig aufgebaut und leicht verwirrend aber sehr stilvoll mit schöner Kunst. Schöne Bar im obersten Stock. Kinderbereich mit Rutschen ist abseits der pools für die Erwachsenen. Das gesamte Dach ist mit sonnenbetten ausgestattet. Es waren nie zu viele Leute da. Personal sehr freundlich.
Es ist und bleibt das Beste Wellnesshotel in Südtirol und hat uns zurecht zu Stammgästen gemacht.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Anwesen. Schade um ein paar Details, die es makellos machen könnten.
Das Poolwasser ist kalt (27 Grad Celsius).
Einige Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr hilfsbereit oder gehen nicht auf Wünsche ein.
Im Zimmer fehlen die üblichen Toilettenartikel; es gibt nur drei Stück Seife.
Das Housekeeping kümmert sich nur ums Aufräumen, aber die Böden werden nicht gereinigt.
Die Rezeption schließt um 22:00 Uhr und öffnet um 7:30 Uhr; ein solches Hotel sollte einen 24-Stunden-Concierge haben.
Der Spa-Bereich im vierten Stock ist Erwachsenen vorbehalten, da es sich um einen FKK-Bereich handelt. Es ist unangenehm, dies erst vor Ort zu entdecken. Daher haben wir nicht alle Spa-Angebote genutzt, da wir uns dort nicht wohl fühlten, und haben nur im Familienbereich (Stockwerke -1 und -0) übernachtet.
Unvergessliches Erlebnis! Ein toller Ort zum Übernachten und Entspannen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Update Dezember 2024: Ich war 10 Tage dort und es war fantastisch! Spa-Bereich, Sauna, Aufguss mit Patrizia und Stefano waren fantastisch! Das Beste am Tag nach dem Skifahren!

Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön, groß, sehr sauber und gut geführt.
Was die Wellnessangebote angeht, gibt es wirklich viel Platz, gut getrennt zwischen Erwachsenen und Familien. Die kahlen Bereiche sind gut abgeschieden und bieten wirklich Privatsphäre, die man richtig genießen kann.
Die Räume für Teenager/Kinder sind schön und geräumig. Ich denke, dass ein wichtigerer Animationsvorschlag für den Preis von 5 Sternen angemessen ist. Ich denke, wir müssen ein echtes Animationsteam integrieren, das ein ganztägiges Programm für verschiedene Altersgruppen bietet: Das macht einen Familienurlaub in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel wichtig.
Küche: Meiner Meinung nach muss das Konzept der Speisekarte und des kulinarischen Angebots überprüft werden. Gerichte der zweiten Ebene. Die Desserts sind dem Landesdurchschnitt wirklich überlegen. Wichtiges Weingut, unterbewertet mit geringem Einfluss des Sommeliers an allen Tischen (legen Sie nicht nur dem Durchschnittswert der Flasche, sondern der gesamten Lieferkette vom Angebot an größere Bedeutung bei).
Spa: große Räume, hochwertige Behandlungen, sehr gute Produkte, allgemein erstklassiger Service. Top-Qualität und Service.

Unsere Highlights waren:

-Gute Lage mit nur 3 Gehminuten vom Lift Klausberg
-Sehr freundliches Personal im Service; Bar& Rezeption
Unsere Lowlights:
-Wir fanden das Publikum tlw. nicht angemessen gekleidet; unsympathisch und nicht rücksichtsvoll. Da kann das Hotel zwar nichts dafür, wir hätten jedoch mehr Regeln und Durchsetzung in dieser Kategorie erwartet (bsp sind: Leute im Schlafanzug beim Frühstück; Badeschlappen beim Abendessen; Kinder im Fitnessberscih für Erwachsene; Lautstarke Gespräche in Ruheräume….).
-Getränke waren insgesamt sehr teuer (bsp. 18€ für einen Gin Tonic). Leider gab es nur Weine aus der Region.
-Das Bett war nicht besonders bequem
Insgesamt ein gutes Preis/Leostungsverhältnis und der Angebotswoche vor Weihnachten.

Spektakulär. Das Zimmer war ausgezeichnet, mit separatem Bad und WC, schallisoliert und einem bequemen Bett. Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön und bietet Aktivitäten, aber das Beste ist das Essen: köstlich. Man kann sein Auto getrost stehen lassen, denn es gibt eine ausgezeichnete Busverbindung, die einen in 15 Minuten in die Stadt bringt.
Das Hotel Lunaris im Ahrntal beeindruckt mit modernem Design, großzügigen Zimmern, einem erstklassigen Wellnessbereich und hervorragender Kulinarik. Es bietet eine perfekte Mischung aus Luxus und Gemütlichkeit inmitten der wunderschönen Südtiroler Bergwelt.
Ausserordentlich!! Aufmerksamer, liebevoller Service, sehr gute Küche.

Eines der besten Hotels, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Hier ist alles erstklassig. Zimmer, Essen, Spa, Gastfreundschaft, Barservice und Garage. Das geht natürlich ins Geld, aber für diese Qualität muss man etwas mehr ausgeben als üblich. Wer Geld sparen möchte, dem empfehle ich die 3/4- oder 7/6-Angebote, bei denen man einen Tag „gratis“ bekommt.
Einfach 5 Sterne, vom Anfang bis Ende alles perfekt, bis auf jede Kleinigkeit. Personal ist sehr höflich und aufmerksam und das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden mit größtem Vergnügen das Hotel wieder besuchen.

Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Worte können unsere positive Erfahrung kaum beschreiben. Das Zimmer war wunderschön (Sky Suite), die Küche erstklassig und die Liebe zum Detail erstklassig. Das Spa und die Pools sind ihren Preis wert. Ein Aufenthalt hier ist ein einmaliges Erlebnis.
Ich möchte in dieser Rezension vom Aufenthalt im Amonti berichten wo meine Lebensgefährtin und ich 4 Nächte verbracht haben und da wir beide selbst im Hotelwesen tätig sind fielen uns einige Punkte auf die ich erläutern möchte. Wir haben eine Amonti Suite Ende November gebucht. Check-In recht kurz und knapp gehalten und Begleitung auf das Zimmer gab es auch nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde das Gepäck auf das Zimmer gebracht und wir durften unser Auto im Freien parken (Parken in der Hotelgarage durch Aufpreis, auch wenn die Temperaturen unter dem Nullpunkt waren und Dieselfahrzeuge evtl. einen gefrorenen Tank vorfinden, ob das vertretbar ist bei 5 Sternen und einem doch stolzen Zimmerpreis sei jedem selbst überlassen). Zimmer war bei Erstbetretung sauber, jedoch war die Dusche nicht mit farbigem Licht ausgestattet wie auf Website vorgezeigt, was einer der Punkte war wieso wir uns für das besagte Zimmer entschieden hatten. Wir begaben uns in den Spa-Bereich im obersten Geschoss des Hauses. Ruheräume schön, leider reservieren immer noch Gäste die Liegeflächen über Stunden, selbstverständlich nicht dem Hotel anzuschulden, es wurde sogar deutlich darauf hingewiesen dies zu unterlassen. Vor dem Verlassen wollten wir unsere nassen Handtücher deponieren, jedoch war weder angeschrieben wo diese Möglichkeit geboten wird noch waren irgendwelche sichtbaren Körbe in der Nähe der Ruheräume bereitgestellt was uns stutzig machte und wir sie mit auf das Zimmer nahmen. Bar war an den ersten Abenden einladend! Tisch beim Abendessen auch toll -direkt am Fenster-. Schade ist dass Familien mit Kindern im selben Saal wie ein Paar sitz! Es gab Momente wo wir am Tisch unser eigenes Wort nicht verstanden und dies entspricht nicht der Atmosphäre von 5*! Nichts gegen Kinder, aber man möchte auch entspannen. Unser Kellner am ersten Abend war Giuseppe, ein richtiger Fachmann! Am zweiten Abend erfuhren wir erst von der Skybar und dass auch diese abends geöffnet hat, auch dort super Atmosphäre! Nach der zweiten Nacht hatten wir an der Rezeption gebeten einen härteren Topper für unsere Matratze zu bekommen mit der Zusatzinfo
wir würden nach Bruneck fahren. Nach ca. 3h fanden wir das Zimmer mit Topper am Boden und Bezugswäsche daneben aufgestapelt wieder. Auf Nachfrage in der Rezi hieß es täte ihnen leid und dass wir härtere Matratzen bekommen hätten. Nach dem Mittagessen war dann alles bezogen. Ich möchte keinem vorwerfen man hätte uns das Beziehen und Aufräumen überlassen wollen, jedoch machte es doch den Eindruck als wäre dies angebracht gewesen! Massagen
waren super entspannend und alle Spa-Mitarbeiterinnen hochprofessionell, Lob an unsere Masseurinnen. Service am Abend war durchwachsen was die Qualität angeht, je nachdem wer einen grad bediente, möchte keine Namen nennen außer Hannes der einen S U P E R Job macht. Was den Rest anbelangt war ich teils schockiert mit welcher Hast einem das Essen serviert wird, als ob der Kellner schon mit einem Bein im Feierabend war, Teller wurden teils abgeräumt obwohl einer noch aß und nach Pausen wurde sich nicht erkundigt, sehr angespannte Stimmung und Eile! Was ich positiv betonen möchte ist die Qualität des Essens, alle Gerichte vom Feinsten! Das Früstücksbuffet war auch in Ordnung bis auf die Eierspeisen, Rühreier vom Grill waren Staubtrocken und lieblos. Auswahl 3/4 Pension auch OK. Der Punkt der uns am meisten gestört hat waren die "Day-Spa-Gäste"! Wir sind selbst Südtiroler aber ein dermaßen präpotentes und lautes Auftreten wie einige an den Tag gelegt haben habe ich noch NIE erlebt, schon gar nicht in einem 5* Haus mit ihrem Ruf(!!) zudem waren am Wochenende vermehrt Südtiroler Familien samt Kinder im Hotel welche laut und einfach ungehobelt waren, einfach unpassend und nicht nachvollziehbar in so einem Hotel wie ihrem und keiner vermochte etwas zu sagen, ich als Gast sicher nicht! Alles in Allem ein schönes Hotel aber nicht wirklich das was man sich erwartet wenn man den Ruf kennt, bereit ist einen gewissen Preis zu bezahlen und ein paar Tage Auszeit möchte.

Wir waren letztes Jahr 3 Tage im Lunaris nach einem ganz tollen Aufenthalt und nun 4 Tage im Amonti. Auch dieser Aufenthalt hat uns nicht enttäuscht. Bereits beim Check-In wurden wir äussert positiv überrascht als wir ein Upgrade unseres Zimmers erhalten haben. Das Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen, war gut ausgestattet und bot eine schöne Sicht. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gross und bietet viele Saunen und div. Bäder. Das Wasser dürfte lediglich ein wenig wärmer sein. Das Essen war wieder hervorragend. Auch der Service beim Essen oder an der Bar war Spitze! Auch hat uns die Piano Begleitung am Abend sehr gefallen. Das Hotel bietet unterschiedliche Aktivitäten, wo für jeden was dabei ist. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich habe in diesem Hotel übernachtet, weil es als Familienhotel empfohlen wurde. Ich finde, es ist ganz anders als die anderen 5-Sterne-Familienhotels in Südtirol. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig, und der Wellnessbereich für Erwachsene ist toll. Das Essen fand ich nicht besonders gut, obwohl es reichlich war. Eher international als italienisch. Wenn man nicht extra bestellt, bekommt man ein wirklich hervorragendes Filetsteak.

Wunderbares Hotel mit einem 6.000 Quadratmeter großen Wellness- und Spa-Bereich. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Innenpool mit Zugang nach draußen. Im vierten Stock gibt es einen Dachpool, einen FKK-Pool, eine Sauna, ein Türkisches Bad und weitere Ruheräume. Wir haben zwei Nächte dort verbracht, Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen waren inklusive. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Empfehlenswert – je nach Budget.

Wir waren zu zweit für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu Gast. Es war wirklich absolut traumhaft. Die Kulisse, das Essen, der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind einfach absolut spitze. Man merkt dass Familie Steger hier viel Herzblut reingesteckt hat. Wir wollten am Ende gar nicht mehr weg und kommen bestimmt wieder

Alles war bestens. Wir wurden für 3 Tage Aufenthalt mit Kind eingeladen. Ich persönlich hätte mir mehr Aufgüsse in der Sauna gewünscht sowie längere Öffnungszeiten um dort zu verweilen.

Abendessen im schönen Restaurant mit selten so tollem Service, sehr liebevoll umsorgt mit wunderbaren Speisen und sehr guter Weinempfehlung verwöhnt. Besonders die Patisserie sucht ihres gleichen.
Beim Mittagsbuffet wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt, da ist noch Luft nach oben, da fehlt es an der Liebe zum Detail.
Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Beim Check out lief einiges schief. Bereits bezahlte Unterkunft und Massage (immerhin 2094.-€) wurden erneut berechnet. Fehler Unterkunft wurde nach einer Stunde bemerkt und ich wurde benachrichtigt, Fehler Massage wurde erst zuhause bei der Rechnungskontrolle bemerkt und anstandslos erstattet. Solche Fehler dürfen nicht passieren und trüben die sonst makellose Erinnerung.
Tolles Hotel, alles neu und modern. Unser Kellner war herausragend gut! Pool warm. Tolles Angebot für die ganze Familie. Ich persönlich mag keine Adults Only Bereiche in Hotels. Leg vom Hotel super.
Hotel,das wohl nur für äusserst finanzkräftige Klientel gedacht ist, aber ,meiner Meinung nach, nichts mehr mit dem Südtirol,das ich kenne und liebe, zu tun hat.
So ein riesen Tempel, unnatürlich, pools am Dach in so einer berglandschaft, geschultes Personal, lächeln wird aufgezwungen, leider nur importierte ware, lebensmittel ecc. Der nächste geld geil entsteht in sand in taufers, schlimm solche hotelierswahnsinn
Der perfekte Ort zum wohlfühlen und abschalten. Wir verbrachten drei Tage hier und konnten wirklich vom Alltagsstress runterfahren.
Das essen war hervorragend. Schöne, geräumige Zimmer, netter Service und ein toller Wellnessbereich! wir kommen wieder und sagen danke!
Wir hatten einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem 5-Sterne-Wellnesshotel. Es liegt am Fuße der Skiwelt Arhntal und bietet die Möglichkeit, auf den Klausee (2162 m) zu wandern. Das Personal war freundlich, unser Zimmer wunderschön, die Dusche toll und der Spa-Bereich mit Panoramapools, Saunen etc. (nur für Erwachsene) und Familienpools sehr schön. Auch die beiden Bars, die wir besucht haben, waren sehr ansprechend. Wir hatten Vollpension gebucht und wurden von Riccardo zum Abendessen und Frühstück betreut – er gab uns gute Weinempfehlungen. Die meisten Gäste schienen Deutsche zu sein, daher wurde im Spa manchmal alles auf Deutsch erklärt – zum Glück können wir uns aber etwas auf Deutsch verständigen, obwohl Italienisch einfacher wäre. Wir fanden es gut, dass wir die meisten Mahlzeiten am selben Tisch einnahmen, und das Essen war von guter Qualität, wenn auch manchmal etwas zu deutsch (das Schnitzel war aber köstlich). Die Brotauswahl war großartig und die Desserts überraschend gut. Wir haben den frischen Orangensaft zum Frühstück und die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer sehr geschätzt. Wir überlegen nun, zur Skisaison wiederzukommen, da das Skigebiet zwar nicht groß ist, aber gut vom Hotel aus zu erreichen scheint.

Das Amonti und Lunaris sind zwei Häuser mit eigener Reception aber gemeinsamem Spa Bereich.
Das Haus ist relativ gross und bietet gerade für Familien wunderbare Suiten, viel Badespass für die Kleinen und Betreuung ab 2 Jahren inklusive Indoor Spielanlage. Das Zimmer ist spitze, man kann den Wohnbereich mit dem Kinderzimmer trennen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, es wird alles geboten, der Kaffee kommt aber aus dem Automaten. Schade. Der Spa Bereich ist grosszügig und schön gestaltet. Bei Regentagen kann es aber durchaus zu wenig Liegen haben und eng werden. Die Aufgüsse könnten besser sein (hier sind wir von anderen Fünfsterne Häuser im Südtirol mehr überzeugt). Die Küche im Amonti ist gut, unserer Meinung aber nicht unbedingt Gourmet. Im Lunaris durften wir für drei Tage essen. Hier ist die Qualität und optische Präsentation der Speisen hochwertiger. Gastgeber halten sich im Hintergrund. Achtung: Zimmer zur Strassenseite sind mit Lärm verbunden. Ruhige Lage hinten (allerdings kein toller Ausblick). Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Familienurlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen gegenüber anderen Häusern im Südtirol
Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum! Alles top organisiert, sehr sauber und vor allem wohltuend.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam und das Essen einfach super lecker! Ich kann allem 5* geben. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Wir waren zum allerersten Mal im Hotel Amonti aber definitiv nicht zum letzte Mal! Diese Herzlichkeit die von jeglichem Mitarbeiter aber besonders von Mimi und der dunkelhaarigen lockigen Bardame ausgestrahlt und einem entgegengebracht wird ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Wir haben uns noch nie so wohlgefühlt in einem Hotel. Wir haben jede Speise und jedes Getränk mit Genuss zu uns genommen. Das Auswahlreiche Frühstücksbuffet hat das Herz am morgen höher schlagen lassen. Es wurde so viel geboten. Ein wahrer Frühstückstraum für jeden, der gerne frühstückt. Der Spa und Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen, ganz besonders sind uns die Saunaspecials mit der Tanzmaus in Erinnerung. Die umliegende Bilderbuch - Gebirgswelt lädt zum Hike`n und Bike`n ein.
Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch, der bestimmt nicht lange auf sich warten lässt!

Wir haben uns auch auf verschiedenen Bewertungsportale die Rezessionen durchgelesen und können die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen.
Zu uns wir sind eine 3 köpfige Familie mit einem 5 jährigen Sohn (waren 1 Woche) und kommen selbst aus der Gastronomie und wissen daher was es heißt Service, Sauberkeit, Kulinarik und Wellness zu bewerten.
Der Service ist in jedem Bereich zu loben, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten bis auf einen Abend Riccardo als Kellner und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihm.
Die Küche ist hervorragend, wer da noch mosert sollte zuhause bleiben. Es wurde immer auf frische und Sauberkeit am Buffet geachtet. Der Teller Service immer schön und warm angerichtet.
Das einzige was wir jetzt als Kritik Punkt haben ist, trotz vorher angesagter Allergie, waren doch noch Desserts auf dem Menü gestanden mit Nüssen. Ein essen kam mit Nüssen sogar :(
Das Zimmer was sehr schön und mit Aussicht auf den Klausberg echt top. Der separate Schlafbereich für unseren Sohn super.
Trotz Lage zur Strasse war es immer ruhig.
Das Badezimmer großzügig und die Dusche ein Traum.
Der Wellness Bereich ist sehr schön, was wir hier schade fanden, dass nur im Saunabereich eine Softgetränke Bar war und nicht auch im Normalen Bereich. Denn nicht jedes Kind mag Tee.
Wenn das Wetter schlecht war musste man oft im Saune Bereich Kreisen dass man einen Platz im Ruhebereich bekommt, sind dann oft nach unten wieder weil man keinen Platz mehr bekommen hat.
Die Kinderbetreuung wurde auch genutzt und unser Sohn hat sich wohl bei den Mädels gefühlt.
Super ist auch das man mit der Bergbahn auf den Klausberg fahren kann und auch mit kleinem Kind eine kleine Wanderung machen kann.

Unsere Reise durch Südtirol begann mit einem Aufenthalt im Hotel AMONTI & LUNARIS im malerischen Ahrntal, und was für ein wunderbarer Start es war! Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt. Trotz unserer früheren Ankunft durften wir unser Zimmer sofort beziehen, was wir sehr schätzten.
Das Hotel ist beeindruckend groß und bietet die Möglichkeit, auch die Annehmlichkeiten des benachbarten Fünf-Sterne-Hotels AMONTI zu genießen. Die beiden Hotels sind unterirdisch miteinander verbunden, sodass man bequem im Bademantel von einem zum anderen spazieren kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die angebotene Dreiviertel-Verwöhnpension, die ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, einen Mittagssnack sowie Kaffee und Kuchen am Nachmittag und ein exquisites Sechs-Gänge-Abendmenü umfasst. Die Auswahl war beeindruckend vielfältig und das Personal durchweg freundlich.
Ein besonderes Lob verdienen die Abendessen, besonders hervorzuheben ist hier unsere Bedienung Verena. Ihre freundliche, unaufdringliche Art machte unsere Abende besonders angenehm.
Der großzügige Wellnessbereich des Hotels ist in verschiedene Zonen eingeteilt, was eine entspannte Atmosphäre ohne Überfüllung schafft. Mehrere Pools stehen zur Auswahl, und die exklusive Adults-Only-Zone auf der vierten Etage am Rooftop ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Ruheräume sind weitläufig und bieten perfekte Bedingungen zur Entspannung.
Zusammenfassend war unser Aufenthalt im Hotel AMONTI & LUNARIS ein voller Erfolg. Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel, das alle Erwartungen erfüllt und eine echte Empfehlung für jeden darstellt, der eine entspannende Auszeit in Südtirol sucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Fantastische Lage. Alles ist gepflegt, von den geräumigen, sauberen und einladenden Zimmern bis hin zum freundlichen Service und der Gastfreundschaft des Rezeptionspersonals und der Bar/Restaurant. Eine Oase der Entspannung inmitten der Natur.
Dieses Hotel verzaubert einen sofort und man möchte am liebsten gleich wiederkommen. Zu seinen Stärken zählen die traumhafte Landschaft des Harinertals, der exklusive Erwachsenenbereich im 4. Stock, der absolute Entspannung verspricht, die erstklassige und raffinierte Küche, die makellose Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen sowie die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals.
Sie sollten sich entscheiden, ob sie ein Familienhotel oder ein Hotel nur für Erwachsene sein möchten. Beides ist mittlerweile unvereinbar. Der Spa- und Wellnessbereich, die Bars und Restaurants sind alle wunderschön. Aber ihre Atmosphäre darf nicht durch die Anwesenheit von Babys oder Kleinkindern, Kindern von Eltern, die nicht in der Lage sind, sie zu erziehen oder zu betreuen, beeinträchtigt werden. Bei der Buchung sollten sie angeben, welcher Zeitraum je nach ihren Bedürfnissen für das eine oder andere am besten geeignet ist.
Ein Paradies, es gibt wirklich keine Mängel. Essen, Zimmer, Lage. Perfektion.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, allerdings mit einigen verbesserungswürdigen Problemen beim Zimmerservice, wie z. B. dem nicht funktionierenden WLAN im Zimmer. Man würde erwarten, dass so etwas in einem Hotel wie diesem nicht vorkommt.
Das Hotel ist schön, aber zu weitläufig, und die Pools sind weit vom LUNARIS entfernt.

Everything was perfect, the room was spotless and very large, tastefully decorated, nothing was missing, not to mention the common areas like the various pools and the spa, a dream..!! I spent a week on vacation between July and August. It's a beautiful place, with nature offering a dreamlike panorama. The hotel is very beautiful, with a very impressive reception, but once you get to the rooms, you'll find dirty carpeting and some walls need some work. The staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The food completely met our expectations. If you're looking for a place to stay as a couple, this isn't it. At times, it felt like we were in a preschool, with too many kids running around. It's worth noting that the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, and on some days the heat was relentless. I find this a major flaw, considering it's a hotel, even in the summer.
We arrived with great expectations and were looking forward to the five stars.
However, for us, that wasn't quite met. It falls a bit short when compared to other hotels.
The wrong dish was served for dinner, and the correct meal was unfortunately incorrectly prepared.
Unfortunately, the service again brought the wrong order the next day.
Unfortunately, the buffet kept dirty plates; guests might have left them back, but it's rather unlikely. Unfortunately, there were a lot of "crumbs" everywhere in the dining area at the afternoon meal.
The staff always tried very hard, but the execution was a bit lacking.
Unfortunately, in the wellness area, guests were often on their cell phones—even in the nudist area or sauna. It just doesn't work.
Entertainment, bar good.
The rooms were also good, but sometimes lacked that certain something.
For us personally, the price/performance ratio wasn't quite right.

My wife and I already treated ourselves to a little break here at the beginning of the year, and we had a truly wonderful time. The overall concept, including the location, amenities, service, and wellness offerings, is absolutely outstanding. We would love to come back.
We love going to the Lunaris with our kids (4 and 6). Great rooms, fantastic dinners, and the pool and wellness area make it easy for us. But what we like best is the childcare at the Lunaris, which our children really enjoy. This allows us parents to enjoy some peace and quiet now and then. The only thing that bothers us is the lack of storage space in some rooms.
We spent five days at Lunaris. Everything was perfect: great service, lovely rooms, and a fantastic bar. There's a children's area with slides, an indoor and outdoor pool for everyone, and a large adults-only area (with pools). We'll definitely be back.

This was our first time as a family (children 3 and 1) at the Lunaris in the Family Chalet Suite. Check-in was smooth, and there was nothing to complain about with the room either (great with a large bed for children in a separate room attached to the bedroom). The "adults-only" spa area was very large with plenty of opportunities to relax. The children's area (baby slide, tunnel slide, and regular slide) was a bit lackluster in comparison. The Mini and Junior Clubs seemed great. The outdoor pool was too small for the size of the whole family (one pool for all guests), and there were far too few loungers. The food was very good, but nothing exceptional. What bothered us and other guests the most was the loud music during dinner. Even after repeatedly speaking to the staff, we were only told that nothing could be done (our son was allowed to watch YouTube, but at a reasonable volume). As a result, we couldn't enjoy the meal and even had dessert in our room twice. Other guests were moved. The backpack we rented for hiking was completely unstable and unsuitable (you'd expect a bit more quality from a family hotel). There's also no hiking backpack in the room (which is something you'd normally expect). All in all, a nice hotel, but the price/performance ratio isn't right. We won't be coming back.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for five days. We had a fantastic time in the natural paradise of the Ahrntal Valley. The hotel offers everything you could wish for in a wellness hotel. The room was a dream, the food outstanding, and the adults-only area on the fourth floor with saunas, pools, and relaxation rooms couldn't have been better. As a vegan, my wife was also delighted with the very diverse vegan options (a separate vegan menu in the evening and many vegan options at the buffet). A particular highlight was the way our two dogs were treated. The fact that you can bring two fairly large dogs (Labrador Retrievers) to a hotel of this class without any problems is fantastic in itself, but the absolute flexibility with which housekeeping reacted to the dogs' presence and absence in the room was truly outstanding. (We were out with the dogs for about two to three hours every day, and the room was always spotless afterward.) We would love to come back again!
We stayed at the Lunaris. It's a simply beautiful wellness hotel in a fantastic location. Super-friendly staff, excellent food, and a fantastic sauna and spa area (on the 4th floor with a huge roof terrace). Perfect relaxation. 100% recommendation.

The staff was very kind and attentive, ready to accommodate all our requests. They truly make you feel like royalty! Excellent facility, worthy of its 5-star rating. Contrary to what I'd read, we ate very well. The food was excellent, varied, and plentiful. For the branch, you can eat until 4 p.m., which is rare in hotels. The room was fantastic and spotlessly clean. We'll be happy to return. Thanks to all the staff, they're truly professional. See you soon!

For me personally, however, the price-performance ratio isn't right. The pools in the wellness area were a bit cool, and the food (except for dinner) could have been more varied. Here, they served the same salads, etc., every day.
I've stayed in hotels that were cheaper and could easily compete with the Amonti.
Perhaps my expectations were too high due to the price.
One incident really annoyed me. When we returned from breakfast, the caretaker was in our room. He was standing in the bed to replace something on the lamp. We weren't informed about this, and I can't imagine it was that urgent.
Other than an apology, there was no response from the hotel... which was a real shame.
We stayed at this beautiful hotel the first week of May. It was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back. The restaurant was excellent, the room was very welcoming and romantic, and the spa was one of the best we've ever experienced. Finally, a shoutout to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff!

This was our first time at the Lunaris. Our conclusion: a good hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff – however, the restaurant wasn't particularly attentive. The hotel areas and rooms were very clean. The food was disappointing for us and unfortunately not up to the standard of comparable hotels.
Recommended for families looking for the complete package. If you value a great dinner, we don't recommend it.
The hotel is very tastefully and stylishly decorated. All areas (reception, restaurant, bar, spa, fitness studio, etc.) are very clean.
The hotel caters to both adults (including a dedicated adults-only spa area on an entire floor) and families (childcare/playroom area, pool, water slides in a separate area). However, some of the individual areas are far apart, meaning they are accessible via a long corridor and stairs, where it's very cold.
We highly recommend the massage. It was excellent and one of the best we've had.

The food was exceptionally fresh, varied, wholesome, and extremely tasty! A pianist also created a lovely ambiance. The seating arrangements were cleverly arranged. It felt like families with children and adults were sitting together, so no one was bothered by noisy children. We were assigned a table for breakfast and dinner for the entire duration of our stay, which we found very relaxing.
Everything was spotlessly clean, down to the smallest detail, and very hygienic! Everything was thought out down to the last detail for the benefit of the guests! Non-alcoholic drinks were always available on tap during meal times. The wellness area also offered non-alcoholic wellness drinks on tap throughout. A beautiful and appealing interior and spatial concept.
We travel a lot, including to 5-star hotels, but so far none have had a spin dryer for swimwear in the spa, which can spin them almost dry in about a minute! Fantastic.
We sleep on Tempur mattresses at home. This actually makes every trip a real ordeal for us in terms of sleeping comfort. This was the first hotel in years where we've had a truly good and restful sleep.
What you hear isn't the road, as described in some reviews, but the rushing of the mountain stream right outside! We found it so romantic that we tilted the window open every night. We hardly noticed the cars.
The view directly onto the nearby mountain and into the lush greenery was indescribable, as we enjoyed sunbathing on the roof terrace in comfortable, high-quality outdoor furniture.
We recommend booking a massage; the quality and intensity are far from the usual average hotel massage. Many thanks to Magdalena, one of the best massages I've ever had, who also addressed my individual tensions.
The entire staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating! We had a wonderful and relaxing time!
Anyone who dares to give tips to such a professional hotel simply has no idea about traveling and is complaining at the highest level!

The only thing that could be improved is the balcony lighting at night, as it penetrates the room despite the curtains. The location is ideal for hikes and excursions. Top location. A very friendly welcome. It's a busy hotel, though. Meals are half-board, self-service, and the food was delicious. The rooms are large and tidy, with some rooms having a shower.
Upon arrival, you'll receive a ticket to take the ski cart up.
Great hotel overall. The location is also very good—across the street from the cable car. Plenty of parking. Excellent food and service. Massages and infusions highly recommended.

In June 2023, my husband and I spent a few wonderfully relaxing days at the AMONTI. We followed a recommendation from friends.
The hotel is beautifully situated in the Ahrntal valley. It's not exclusively an adults-only hotel, but there are separate areas for families and adults (though not exclusively), so everyone can enjoy themselves. We also gladly took advantage of the option to plant a tree for each day we had our room cleaned free of charge, contributing to the reforestation of the Ahrntal's tree population, which had been damaged by windbreaks. We also loved the selection of solid, regionally produced toiletries provided alongside the liquid options.
Without exception, all the staff were very friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt completely at ease. We would especially like to commend Andreas, who took excellent care of us during breakfast and dinner.
The food was consistently delicious and of high quality. I had informed the hotel in advance about my vegetarian dietary requirements.
We were delighted to receive the food. At dinner, I was offered a vegetarian menu with three choices each for the appetizer and main course, which I was very happy about. The rest of the menu was already vegetarian.
At the afternoon buffet (savory/sweet), I had the best Kaiserschmarrn I've ever eaten. However, some of the salads and antipasti that were supposed to be vegetarian had fish or meat as a topping, which I would have liked to try without it. I also would have appreciated clearer labeling of the individual dishes at the buffet, as it wasn't always immediately obvious whether a dish contained meat or fish. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. They even had the mini Weisswurst that my husband loves.
We're already looking forward to our next stay, this time for a whole week! ️

Wow! The hotel management seems to be doing everything right. The staff are friendly, courteous, and motivated throughout, and always find time to chat with guests. You can't fake it; it's genuine. South Tyrolean hospitality at its best.
Restaurant, Food:
The breakfast buffet is generous with fresh, regional products. The selection leaves nothing to be desired.
At lunch, the Vitality Buffet fills the energy levels of active guests with hot and cold delicacies. Of course, lovers of sweet treats are not left out either. Delicious!
Dinner impresses with a large selection of fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Everything is served charmingly at your table by friendly staff.

Work off those pounds here in a pleasant setting with a great view. Good-quality treadmills, plenty of free weights, and well-chosen TechnoGym machines are available. A little oil here and there would do them good, though.
Surroundings
The Ahrntal Valley has a lot to offer. Hikes, bike tours, and excursions are advertised in the various brochures. At the beginning of May, there is still plenty of snow at higher elevations. Nevertheless, there are plenty of paths for walking. The hotel staff are happy to provide tips.

We returned to the Amonti the week before Christmas for another wonderful skiing, wellness, and culinary holiday, and as always, we were not disappointed. The staff are still extremely friendly and accommodating, the food is outstanding, and the wellness area on the top floor is absolutely gorgeous.
What always stands out about the food at A&L, in our opinion, is that vegetarians and vegans are also offered a full menu every evening with choices for each course. This isn't a given, even in hotels of this standard.
In addition to the many strengths of the hotel and its staff, skiers should also note the excellent location directly opposite the valley station of the Klausberg ski area and the wonderfully empty lifts and slopes before Christmas. We are already looking forward to our next ski holiday at the Amonti or Lunaris. :)

The hotel's location is fantastic if you love skiing; it's right next to the lifts to a beautiful and extensive ski area. The spa is large and luxurious. Just like all the facilities and rooms, they're all incredibly well-maintained and definitely 5-star. We found breakfast, lunch, and dinner disappointing in comparison to the facilities.
Excellent hotel with a spacious spa and wellness center. Completely satisfied with the food service (international cuisine with strong local roots). Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Convenient location across from the ski lifts. Having your own transportation is recommended for exploring the valley.
Wonderful and relaxing. Every wish is fulfilled. Breakfast, I didn't miss anything; there was a rich selection. We often skipped lunch. Dinner, the food, was very, very tasty and not too much. If you want more, you can always ask for another plate, but it was also offered. Sports: I went on a bike tour, doable even for inexperienced riders. We passed a waterfall, stopped for photos, and included a short break.

Wellness: Excellent, sauna night with themed infusions. Superbly done. The sky bar, not far from the wellness area, has a beautiful view all around. Perfect for enjoying a cold drink after an infusion. Service is courteous, no matter where you are. Even the lobby invites you to linger. Bus rides are free with the guest card.
Our room overlooked the ski lift toward the parking lots, which were on the other side of the street. Very nicely furnished, and the street wasn't a problem since the hotel is set back.
Conclusion: I'd go back anytime.
My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The sauna and wellness facilities offered perfect relaxation. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable experience that I can highly recommend.

There's no childcare for children under 2. During our vacation, I had to ask the bar for soup for the evening and had to feed my baby on the sofas in the bar, without a high chair or napkins, which was very inconvenient because dinner opens at 7:00 PM. The same goes for feeding him lunch at 12:00 PM, because their buffet opens at 1:30 PM, and for very young children, it's an inconvenience because it's too late for them. We asked to let my 8-month-old baby play with appropriate toys at the mini club, but adults aren't allowed (neither me nor the babysitter we had), so we had to use the junior club room, which doesn't have any age-appropriate toys. I've been to other family-friendly facilities, and in this respect, I've found them better... there was much more attention paid to very young children.
The sauna area is very nice and well-stocked; it would be nice to find some chopped fruit or dried fruit instead of just plain apples (we're still in a 5-star hotel, damn it).
The restaurant offers vegan meals, but they're cooked on the same grill as meat (I'm sure of it) because the smell from the food is nauseating (I've been vegan for 13 years and I recognize it immediately).
The waiter Dario is truly attentive; the others we had in his place a couple of days didn't even know what a cloche was (I'd asked for one to cover my husband's plate, as he had come up with the baby) and they didn't even bring one. It would take a maître d' with balls to straighten out all those young men who don't know what they're doing. That's a real sore point, in my opinion.

A truly beautiful, well-kept, and elegant hotel. The location is excellent, especially for athletes, as it's right in front of the ski lifts.
The room was gorgeous, not to mention the bathroom with a panoramic window in the shower area: a true picture of the mountains!
The amenities were excellent, though perhaps a "recreation" room for the kids, perhaps with a pool table, table football, and some music for them, is missing, given that there were plenty of them anyway (at least during this Carnival week).
The entire staff was excellent.
A round of applause for the pianist who accompanied the aperitif hour. The cocktails were also exquisite, perhaps among the best I've ever had!

Excellent resort for its services, cleanliness, spa, and pools. Why only 3 stars? It's very trendy, and many guests (I've noticed during my three stays) only stay 1 or 2 nights, and their sole purpose seems to be taking photos or videos for Instagram. This is not only annoying, but bordering on harassing, and it's absolutely not reduced, even in the sauna and naturist pool areas, where privacy should be guaranteed. To be fair, the sauna staff does what they can; I've witnessed more than one argument in which extremely rude people demanded bathing suits in the pools, where it's expressly forbidden. What can I say? It's poorly attended, and despite the stars, it's not a classy place—a real shame.
Our recent stay at the Amonti 5-star hotel left us with mixed feelings. The Romantic Suite, which we booked for a special occasion, was undoubtedly a highlight: stylishly furnished, spacious, and truly romantic—a dream come true.
However, the rest of the hotel's service couldn't match the quality of the suite. A striking example of this was our experience at the lunchtime vitality buffet, which was offered from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. To our disappointment, the popular Kaiserschmarrn (sweet pancakes) was already sold out by 2:50 p.m. A question to one of the waiters led to a rude interaction in which the elderly gentleman simply walked on during the conversation and later walked past us without any response. In a 5-star hotel, I expect such situations to be handled with more professionalism and hospitality.
Furthermore, many employees left a demotivated and gloomy impression, which greatly dampened the overall impression. A friendly smile seemed to be the exception rather than the rule, which simply shouldn't be the case in a hotel of this category.
There was, however, one commendable exception: the bartender at the rooftop bar. His professionalism, friendliness, and excellent service were outstanding. He masterfully knew how to delight us with his creations, and his commitment to the guest was exemplary. All employees should take a leaf out of his book, as he embodied the standards one would expect from a 5-star hotel.
Unfortunately, we weren't asked about our satisfaction at the end of our stay, which represented a missed opportunity for the hotel to obtain direct feedback. Given our experience and the lack of value for money, this was unfortunately our first and last visit. Despite the positive moments, we cannot recommend the hotel in its current state.
Generally speaking, this is a poor value for money for a 5-star hotel. We paid €1,350 for two nights and booked a spa treatment and a bottle of wine with dinner. However, it didn't feel like a 5-star experience at all. I suspect many of the reviews are fake.
The entire hotel is new, and the wellness area is very nice. However, it's starting to get rancid in many places. For example, in the room, where the mattresses are completely saggy and have a hollow in the middle.
The food was the most disappointing, as it felt like a cafeteria. Even at dinner, you have to get your own starter. This is probably due to the proximity to the ski slope directly across the street, which gave the food more of a cafeteria feel, and the focus is on ski tourists. Dinner also took an extremely long time to arrive, and the food was mostly lukewarm.
The food is also not suitable for vegetarians, and no consideration is given to vegetarians. At breakfast, for example, the eggs and bacon were cooked in exactly the same place as the requested vegetarian options. Furthermore, almost the entire menu is meat-heavy, and vegetarian options aren't labeled. A vegan would be completely lost here.
The staff was friendly everywhere.
However, we won't be coming back and can't recommend the hotel, as it's simply not worth the extra money, and you really only get what feels like a solid 3-star hotel.
The Amonti & Lunaris is tucked away at the end of the Ahrntal valley, which makes the journey a bit longer – but the peace and quiet more than compensate, and it's not as crowded as other places.
The staff are consistently friendly, and you always feel welcome. Everyone gives the impression of giving 100% to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
The rooms and suites are very stylishly furnished, perfectly matching their respective ambiances, and leave nothing to be desired.
Everything was very good, especially the food and drinks, which were amazing.
A week in Trentino that was nothing short of fabulous, excellent structure, location, spa, everything was truly beautiful, the only flaw was the room for 5 people and only 1 bathroom.

Stayed at the Lunaris on New Year's Eve the 23rd. The two hotels are comparable, being identical and under the same management. Excellent, elegant and refined hotel.
In front of the cable car to the ski slopes. Spa, pools, and food are superb. Haute cuisine, so for palates who understand quality and differences. Everything was magnificent. It's just a shame some guests were rude.
It's with great regret that I'm writing this review because this is our second time at this hotel, the first two years ago, and we were thrilled. This time, the biggest disappointment was the restaurant, especially the dinner. The menu was truly dismal; not even in a guesthouse have we had such a bad meal. Dishes were rambling and lacking a shred of logic, a jumble of seemingly unrelated ingredients. Even the buffet, while seemingly generous at first glance, turned out to be remarkably lacking in both product and creativity. The cleanliness of the common areas was somewhat lacking. The spa, again, is remarkable for its offerings and size, and the helpfulness of the staff, who go out of their way to accommodate guests' requests. Honestly, given the prices, I don't know if we'll return. With great regret, The Livi family.

We rented a 82m2 family suite with 2 bedrooms and stayed 10 days over New Year. The rooms are well designed, cosy and clean but pleasantly minimalistic. Bathrooms and showers are top notch. The staff is generally young , local and extremely friendly and helpful. The Spa and wellness area is world-class. The food and wine selection is of high quality and is always well presented. Lunaris fully deserves the 5 star rating.

We stayed at the Amonti from December 7th to 10th, 2023. The facility was truly beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the rooms were gorgeous (we booked a suite).
On the top floor, there are saunas, a Turkish bath, two heated pools, each more beautiful than the last, a cold-water pool, numerous relaxation rooms, and a bar, all accessible to adults only.
On the first floor, there's a gym and a heated indoor pool where you can swim and swim outside, which is also accessible to children...what can I say? It's a dream place! So much so, that we immediately booked another stay in a few months. I highly recommend it because, as far as I'm concerned, I can't find any flaws, only positives!

A 5-star hotel, but in my opinion it doesn't deserve it.
Everything was spotless, but the rooms were very small (ours was a Balance Suite), aesthetically pleasing but not very functional.
The spa was beautiful, as was the children's pool area, but the spaces were extremely small.
The worst part of our stay was the food: the combinations were unlikely, nothing really suitable for children, and everything was terribly presented.
A pleasant note: the excellent waiter who looked after us during dinner was very kind and empathetic.
We were very impressed by the professional communication beforehand. My partner and I are both vegan. Accordingly, finding accommodation with half or full board that offers us an alternative is quite a challenge. Unfortunately, we were disappointed in this area in the past and had to find an alternative. Fortunately, we stumbled upon the Lunaris Wellness Resort. We're very much looking forward to our stay.

For me, however, there are two major flaws: the pools are small and, more importantly, they're cold. It wasn't pleasant to be in the water; I came back with a fever!
As beautiful as it is, I honestly wouldn't go back.
Very nice and modern hotel. Lots of activities for children from about 3 years old. Right next to the valley station. There are also several attractions for children on the mountain, including a trampoline, a water park, and a sandpit.
One star deducted because the premium all-inclusive package hardly includes any drinks. Only one free drink on the day of arrival. Ordering apple spritzer in the evening costs money, but it's free from the vending machine at the buffet (where the waiters also serve drinks).
Finally, the surprise came when checking out. It cost more than booked. Why? The hotel includes insurance, which you have to actively cancel. Even though nothing about it was mentioned during the booking process or in the booking confirmation. It's a shame. It tarnishes the hotel's good impression.
We were very satisfied and experienced quite a few "wow" moments. A very beautiful and comfortable house, and very friendly staff in all departments. Highly recommended, keep up the good work! Thank you and best regards from Kleinwalsertal.

The rooms are breathtaking. The hotel is large and very modern. It features glazing on all sides. The modern designs are insulated with plenty of wood and wooden accents. The designer did a wonderful job. We have an apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, three bathrooms with a private sauna and jacuzzi.
The hotel offers a children's pool, gym, wellness area, adults-only area, rooftop pool, children's playground, and all other amenities. I am impressed with the design and workmanship.
The staff is friendly and professional.
The hotel's location is a 3-minute walk from the ski lift. Perfect.

The room was top-notch, clean, service unbelievably good, and the buffet was amazing. Everything was signposted (lactose-free & gluten-free)! The entire staff was incredibly accommodating. I had a pretty bad stomach ache on the first evening and we were immediately given a hot water bottle. Really great. The only small drawback: for those who aren't so open-minded, a few hours in the "textile sauna" would be really great. :) Go and experience it for yourself. The price is a bit high by "normal" standards, but it's worth it, and there's so much included. I'd love to come again with my partner. :)) Greetings to everyone!

2. The afternoon snack could be improved compared to other 5***** hotels,

3. The spa on the 4th floor, when it's busy, has far too few loungers, etc., as they are reserved by people and are only cleared after an hour!!!!!! Furthermore, it would be a good idea to allow children aged 12 and up to be taken to the spa for 1-2 hours once or twice a week in the early afternoon (when the spa isn't that busy yet).
4. If you're willing to leave a large amount of money at the hotel, then a free underground parking space including car service (available in many 5-star hotels in South Tyrol) should be included, and not an additional €10 per day.

All in all, it was a very nice stay with my family, and we will book there again sometime...

I booked a weekend at the Lunaris for my birthday and was beyond thrilled. I arrived at the hotel on my birthday itself, and almost everyone congratulated me. That evening, a gift awaited me at dinner, and at the end, I was treated to a cake with a candle on it – so welcoming! The wellness area is very nice and clean. The views are simply beautiful – enveloping in the idyllic South Tyrolean atmosphere. I would love to come back!

Simply a fantastic hotel – beautiful rooms, a fantastic wellness area, top-quality food, and beautifully presented! Outstanding service! A nice gym, and everything was very clean – just one wish: the rooftop bar should be open to children for two hours a week. I would have loved to have a drink with my son and enjoy the view! I never made it up there :-( which is a shame… just one point, but they should consider being a bit more flexible for families with children who want a gin and tonic and a view :-)

We booked the Vital Suite for three nights and were our first-time guests at Amonti.
Unfortunately, the reception was marred by the fact that our room wasn't ready until 3:45 PM instead of the stated 3:00 PM. We spent the wait taking a walk and waiting for the promised call, which never came. After we returned, our room was already ready. When we asked why we hadn't been called, we were told that it must have been missed during the shift change. This shouldn't happen at a resort of this level and with this level of service, and unfortunately, it somewhat dampened our arrival.
This is where the negative reviews end, because from that moment on, our stay was an absolute dream vacation, which is why I'm happy to forgo a deduction in the rating.
Our room was very spacious, clean, and modernly furnished. The shower was very large and comfortable, and our infrared sauna was fantastic.
The food was incredibly delicious and prepared with love. Almost without exception, every course tasted excellent, and every wish was happily fulfilled by the very well-trained and attentive staff.
The wellness area is located primarily on the roof and essentially features two saunas, a steam bath, and two pools, one nude and one clothed. The infusions are well-organized and were always on our daily schedule.
We booked again for next year during our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The buffet was fantastic, offering a wealth of delicacies. I stayed for one night in the south-facing Romantic Suite 324. The wellness center, especially the adults' area, was beautiful.
A very cozy and well-maintained hotel. In this beautifully situated valley, almost every wish remains unfulfilled. A wide range of bathing and relaxation options are offered here. There's a special area for children with slides to keep them entertained. Adults are also well catered for with the huge sauna area, including an infinity pool, on the roof terrace.

Normally not in our price range, because as a family it's just too much luxury, so it was only a short weekend trip for one of our kids' birthdays.
I specifically read the negative reviews and can only say that they're full of exaggerated complaints about things I can't understand or consider minor or irrelevant (small cracks in some of the loungers by the pool. So what, or rather, sensible and sustainable, the same goes for the soap bars. Long walk to the pool? Well, it's a big hotel, of course there are transfer routes) or can't understand (someone wrote about inferior furniture??? I thought our room looked classy, lots of real wood, gimmicky lighting, a chaise-longue-style couch, and next to it a heated toilet with an illuminated vanity mirror...)
This is what we experienced:
Very friendly staff at the reception, bar, and in the restaurant (we had no other interactions).
Delicious welcome drink, also non-alcoholic for the kids, friendly bartender.
The food was very fine, lovingly prepared. There was a large buffet, but soup, main course, and dessert were served. Show cooking, for example, with pasta, was stressful for the chef behind it, as it sometimes involved queuing. Free soft drinks from the tap with meals. The restaurant had a nice decor, but few tables with a view.
The room was chic (Mountain Living), well-equipped, but a bit dark due to the north-facing slope behind the building. It was nice that the hotel assigned us three rooms next to each other. It was also a luxury that everyone had their own, clearly labeled beach bag. I think having beach shoes at reception is a good solution, so only the person who needs them gets them. Children's bathrobes were also available. However, they weren't in the room to begin with.
Hotel location: You can see the road and lift system, including the parking lot; it's not a dreamy valley location in idyllic isolation. But especially from the roof, you have a beautiful view of the valley towards Sankt Johann. You could also start hiking directly from the hotel (or use the included bus ticket; cable cars are not included).
Parking is across the street, but you could park at the entrance to check in.
The pool and saunas met all our needs; our two teenagers would have loved to have a look at the roof (adults only), which I could understand because it was really beautiful there.
And finally, a big thank you for the wonderful decorations, cake, candles, and even a gift (3 bottles of juice) for our child's birthday. We had a wonderful weekend.

Starting with our arrival at the hotel. A friendly and warm welcome. No unnecessarily drawn-out check-in, just a short and sweet briefing with the most important information. I highly recommend that. The hotel facilities are fantastic and of very high quality.
Arriving in the room, we were surprised by the size and modern furnishings. On the balcony, you could read on two loungers or just relax. The bed was super comfortable, and the private infrared sauna was great. Many thanks to the housekeeping staff; everything was spotless! Thanks also for the heart-shaped duvets.
The spa area is stunningly beautiful! We basically only used the upper spa area and wished we never left. There are several saunas and a relaxation pool, as well as a small nudist pool. The bar is also impressive! Cheers!
We were able to rent the Boxer GTS for a day and had a wonderful and unforgettable day in the Dolomites. It was so beautiful, I still often reminisce about that day. If you can, rent a Porsche and have a magical day with it.
My favorite place in the hotel is definitely the restaurant. The huge selection at breakfast alone, wow! The lunch buffet... wow! But dinner... a total disaster. Dreamy flavor combinations and beautifully presented. Refills of all courses are offered again and again.

But what really makes it special are the staff. No matter which department they were in, everyone was warm, friendly, and always committed to providing the best for their guests.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, the first time perhaps in 2005 when it was still called Alpenschloss and had not undergone the expansions and renovations that led to its current name, Smonti&Lunaris. Our 2022 stay lasted almost three weeks ((Lunaris) in the Mountain Suite. The introduction was necessary.
The structure is gigantic but well-maintained, well-kept, and spotlessly clean, with a truly beautiful wellness area. Let's get to the sore points, which in my opinion are unacceptable for a 5-star hotel.
Poor bed linens; when we changed the bed, we even had a worn-out bottom sheet. The sheet itself was not cotton, but a synthetic blend. Inadequate mattresses (lumpy and dated).
Room cleaning was sometimes sketchy, with toilets left uncleaned twice.
Despite there being a large and beautiful children's area with a pool and water games, the large pool on the ground floor was overrun with children, even very young ones, making it impossible to relax. No big deal; the area reserved for over-16s on the top floor, with two small outdoor pools, was a nice refuge. I think the worst experience was dinner. The food was good compared to the South Tyrolean average (a little (Repetitive) but in an environment we had to escape as soon as dinner was over. A multitude of uncontrolled children were crying, screaming, and running around everywhere (poor waiters, constantly in danger of tripping). The problem is certainly not the children, but their rude parents, just as the organization is inadequate. No reminders for noisy families, no separation between adult couples and families with babies and small children. We would have liked to have a completely relaxing stay after a difficult year, but it wasn't possible. I'm sorry, but more than a 5-star hotel, it felt like a summer camp with neurotic and rude children and adults. It's normal for there to be some glitches in August due to the high number of guests, but considering the cost of a 5-star hotel, I expect adequate service. I don't think we'll be returning. What a shame.

I read negative reviews first to see what wasn't right in this hotel.
So we spent 4 nights in the Amonti with friends, celebrating 2 birthdays.
Later our friend came over for 1 night and he was in Lunaris. Both hotels are very nice, very clean, modern and well equipped. From Lunaris there is a good connection to Amonti. The wellness area and pools are in Amonti and you don't have to walk long, as someone wrote here.
Suites are very modern, views of the mountains and the river are fantastic. I realized that someone had posted photos here at night and with the view of the parking lots. I really had to laugh. If he took the photos during the day, everyone would see that there are beautiful, big mountains in the background and the gondola station and parking spaces at the bottom of the station, of course, but it doesn't make the view any worse!
Suites are well insulated, we never heard the street or the neighbors when the door was closed.
Food was very good. Staff super friendly. Our table was beautifully decorated for birthdays.
Pools were very pleasantly warm.
All paths are well labeled and very clear for us, who were in the A&L house for the first time.
In the Aduls only area, we were able to relax in the pools and relaxation rooms and enjoy the view of the mountains.
Small negative points:
Towel stations! Down by the pool, we didn't find a station at all. There was a station upstairs in the sauna area.
Bathrobe swap! We would have gladly swapped the wet bathrobe. Because it didn't dry overnight. Since we didn't think it was that bad, we didn't ask. We went through the rooms a few times and didn't see any signs for these stations, so we kept the coats as they were.
Swimsuit dryer! We liked that, we found it great in other hotels that you could dry the swimsuits in a special box. We missed this box here, or maybe we just didn't find it))))
But conclusion: we will definitely come back.

They even gave us unlimited rides on the nearby Klausberg cable car to enjoy the Aurina Valley in all its splendor, even at high altitude! I stayed at this beautiful family resort with a spa for adults and children in December. Everything was impeccable, from the delicious food to the extensive wine selection from their well-stocked cellar. The in-house bar also offers high-quality cocktails, but what makes this hotel special is the family atmosphere and, above all, the smiles of our children. They never tired of having fun with the entertainers and the pools designed for them. I highly recommend it.

The hotel didn't meet our expectations in this price range. We will continue to stay at a competitor 100km away.
Where do you even begin to rave about such a beautiful hotel? Everything is simply beautiful, elegant, and tastefully decorated. The layout (children downstairs - adults upstairs) is perfectly and clearly signposted. The wellness area offers everything we could wish for, and it was a dream for the kids. The indoor playground, the mini club, and the baby and children's pools are simply fantastic. But I'd like to highlight a few things: The water is the perfect temperature everywhere. For us, a holiday can easily be ruined if the water is too cold, but that wasn't the case here! It was wonderfully warm everywhere, and the baby and children's areas were especially warm. You could leave the children in the water as long as they wanted without worrying about them getting cold. I think that's one of the most important points of all, because it makes water fun for a long time! There were lovely, varied, and sometimes quite strong infusions in the sauna. There was something for everyone! If you're a little organic fanatic, you'll find plenty to enjoy. There were organic teas in the wellness area, organic jams, organic yogurts for breakfast, and even organic butter. The salad buffet even had organic vinegar and organic oil. This is particularly important to me personally. Dinner was incredibly delicious and varied. You could always choose between three starters and three main courses, and each buffet included a main course and starters. You also got the feeling that a lot of care was taken to ensure there wasn't too much in excess, so that not much was thrown away. I personally think this is good and sustainable! Speaking of sustainable: You receive an email before your arrival asking you to bring your own slippers to save on disposable ones and thus avoid unnecessary pollution. Since sustainability is very important to me and it fits the current zeitgeist, I think this is a great idea. I've rarely seen solid shampoo in a hotel room. Zero plastic. Absolutely fantastic, and a very high-quality solid shampoo at that. Sustainable, environmentally friendly, and even locally produced by a South Tyrolean manufacturer. It couldn't be better, and perhaps it will even encourage some people to avoid plastic shampoos at home! Very responsible!

The hotel is very modern, and we had a wonderful two-night stay. The spa area offers everything you need to relax. The room was beautiful, and the staff were always friendly. As far as we could tell, there are also a wide range of activities for families and children (childcare, children's pool/slides, etc.).
Contrary to the negative points:
-Location: Directly on a main road and across from the ski lift. Our view directly overlooked the parking lot.
-Spa opening hours: They are only open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Earlier spa opening hours would be welcome, as would longer opening hours, such as until 10:00 p.m. Upon departure, you have to pay extra for continued use on the day of your departure. We've seen this differently at other wellness hotels.
Rooms for improvement:
Food: They advertise seasonal and regional products, but they don't live up to them. Less (offerings) would be more here!
There's no vegetarian main course to choose from among three options, and this in 2023. Sure, there's a dedicated vegetarian menu, but there should really be a vegetarian option on the regular menu as well.
Besides, the appetizer and dessert buffet would be perfectly sufficient and wouldn't require an extra à la carte option -> overkill.
We've been visiting this hotel for several years now. It offers a full range of wellness facilities for families and couples alike. There's a completely separate adults-only area. We're consistently impressed by the food and wine list. The range of activities could be expanded.
We will definitely return. A fantastic, family-friendly resort. Excellent service and delicious food. A lovely warm, child-friendly pool. The spa is spacious with plenty of room to relax.
Upon entering the lobby, you immediately get the impression of a high-end, refined, and elegant hotel. The scenic impact is remarkable. A structure that catches your eye wherever you are. The spa area is clearly divided into family and adults-only areas. The latter is truly impressive for its order, beauty, cleanliness, and overall organization. Events abound: every hour, from 3 PM onward, there are sauna infusions alternating with exfoliation treatments in the Turkish bath. The adjoining bar is also a real treat. The pools are clean and well-heated. The staff is very professional and competent, if a bit cold and aloof. The food, unfortunately, is a sore point. The lunch buffet is clearly recyclable and full of ready-made salads: pasta, farro, and rice, all topped with pickled vegetables. The hot soup, however, is prepared with a cream base six days a week. I'm not opposed to these tastes and I believe that on vacation you always have to adapt, even in a 5-star hotel. However, I would have greatly appreciated more authentic flavors. Dinner tends to be ostentatious, a constant stream of experimentation, with dishes perfectly presented but sometimes overly sophisticated. Desserts, on the other hand, are truly delicious, always balanced, refreshing, and never cloying. The risottos are also excellent, while homemade pasta is virtually absent. Another disappointing aspect is the weekly activities program. The official website, the lobby displays, and the morning paper all feature snowshoe excursions, which are effectively unavailable due to lack of snow. So why include them in the program, creating false expectations? Or, wouldn't it be more appropriate to organize a valid alternative? "Dear Sirs, we're sorry, there's no snow this year, and instead of the snowshoe hike, we've organized a beautiful trek to the mountain hut." The same goes for bicycles, which should be available but in reality won't be until May. Finally, the room. Perfectly soundproofed, warm and welcoming despite not being brand new. There were plenty of decorative pillows, certainly too many, so much so that I had nowhere to put them. For hygiene reasons, I recommend limiting their use. There's no second curtain (the thin one), so for privacy reasons, you're forced to always use the blackout curtain. The mattress is clearly sagging, in need of replacement—unthinkable for a 5-star hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay, with plenty of light but also a few unexpected shadows. The ostentatious luxury of the property is remarkable, but all that glitters is undoubtedly not gold.

- The food! As vegans, we had a choice of three different dishes for both the appetizer and main course every evening, just like the omnivores. Wow! We've never experienced anything like it. The breakfast buffet was also incredibly extensive.
- Fantastic sauna and spa area.
- The clever layout of the spa and dining areas makes it more relaxing for families as well as couples (without children).
- The surroundings - 15 minutes to the Reinbach Waterfalls, 1 hour and 50 minutes to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo (Three Peaks).
- Modern, great design and spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel.
A very nice wellness area, good food, and top-notch rooms with a beautiful view in the suite.
However, the service at the dining room was more in line with a 4-star hotel. It must be said that we occasionally had unusual meal times, but there's a reason why we go to a 5-star hotel like this. When we wanted breakfast at 10:45 a.m., it was only possible after asking three times and pointing out that it was available in any comparable hotel without hesitation.
Also, at 5 p.m., it was impossible to get anything other than chips and nuts anywhere in the hotel.
This could have been improved.

As first-time visitors, we were impressed by the Hotel Amonti & Lunaris, which provided a truly perfect vacation experience. The rooms are tastefully and luxuriously furnished, and the entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Michele from the restaurant and Max, the bartender, were particularly noteworthy and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel's spa area is very spacious and offers a wide range of treatments. We thoroughly enjoyed the professional spa treatments. The two rooftop infinity pools are real highlights and offer breathtaking views.
Our only criticism is the absence of a concierge at the entrance of this 5-star hotel. We would have appreciated a concierge to greet us upon arrival and assist us if needed.

This was our second time staying at AMONTI, and we have to say: Everything is just right here! A fantastic wellness area, outstanding and friendly service, delicious food, and beautiful and super clean rooms! We'll be back!
A truly spectacular place, with a refined, essential and simple design (all in wood).
The rooms are truly spacious and well-appointed; ours had an in-room sauna and a shower separate from the "standard bathroom," including a bidet.
The relaxation areas are very well-appointed, even with heated armchairs for relaxing and reading.
The heated outdoor pools are wonderful; if you're a couple, like me, choose the one on the hotel's rooftop, as the one on the ground floor is full of children playing.
The staff is extremely friendly, both at reception and in the dining room.
Dinner is a mix of buffet and table service.
It was truly a surprise, with sushi as an appetizer and the option of reordering dishes from the menu.
Breakfast had a perfect selection of sweet and savory options, with the staff even making scrambled eggs on demand.
At checkout, the management also gave us a cookbook featuring various recipes from the Lunaris restaurant.
The location is perfectly in line with the price paid; it's certainly not cheap, but you pay for quality.

Very spacious and clean rooms (suites). The wellness center is well-maintained and equipped with every comfort. However, being a 5-star, the service is not quite up to par; there are some shortcomings that may seem minor to some, but for those who frequent 5-star hotels, they're standard, especially considering the price.
No parking, no toiletries unless requested, and the same goes for room/spa slippers. The suite doesn't have a coffee machine, as is often the case in many hotels. The staff is very friendly, but perhaps too young and inexperienced to provide adequate customer service.
In my opinion, it could be an excellent 4-star, but not more.
Overall, it's a very pleasant property with a few details that could be improved.

Beautiful hotel, meticulously maintained and, above all, spotlessly clean. Before leaving, we were a little worried by a couple of reviews written in December. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. The room was wonderful and spacious. The ski slope (and what slopes and facilities) was just 80 meters from the hotel. The spa area for adults was truly beautiful, as was the one for the little ones (my kids had a blast). Given that we're restaurateurs, I can assure you that the food deserves a lot of praise for the staff. Anyone who criticizes the buffet should ask themselves: did we behave like a 5-star hotel? They can criticize later. We know that the rudeness of some guests knows no bounds. Our waitress Lisa's service was professional and impeccable. Congratulations! We'll be back next year.

The only flaw is the massage treatments, which I didn't find professional. Otherwise, the facility is truly beautiful.

I don't even know where to begin to express my disappointment with a 5 star hotel....
Let's start from the arrival where a 5-star hotel makes you sit down and offers you a welcome drink until they unload your car and take your luggage to your room, which obviously didn't happen here... We requested hard pillows due to neck problems, we were told three times that they would bring them to our room, which didn't happen until an outburst at 11.30pm then at 12.00am the bartender knocks on my door with two hard pillows, honestly I felt cheated.... Let's not talk about the SPA being undersized compared to the number of rooms and customers (a mess).... As if that wasn't enough, we ask for information about going snowshoeing, where a 5-star hotel takes you with a transfer and gives you a free guide, here instead you take your own car and even pay for the equipment and the guide.... Let's leave aside the fact that there isn't a pen in the room or pegs to recognize the bathrobes!!!
We are talking about a 5-star HOTEL where detail and customer care (given what they pay) should be the most important thing.
The only positive thing is a beautiful location (with terrible service) and good cuisine.

My husband and I are visiting the Lunaris Wellness Resort for the first time and are absolutely thrilled. We booked through Secret Escapes and are more than satisfied. I casually mentioned in an email that we wanted to spend a lovely weekend for our wedding anniversary, and a lovely card with congratulations was waiting for us in our room And that evening, our table was very romantically decorated with hearts ️, etc. Mr. Steger also personally brought us to our table. No matter what you need, you'll be helped immediately and in a very friendly manner. The food was exceptionally delicious. Especially in the evening, every course is a culinary delight . Everything is very clean and lovingly furnished and decorated.
The wellness area is easily accessible underground. It's located in the Amonti. Everything is clean here, too. Our partner treatment, with a peeling, massage, and subsequent treats with Prosecco, was simply amazing

We (a family with our 4-year-old son) enjoyed wonderful days at the Amonti. We wanted a wellness holiday and to celebrate Mom's 40th birthday.
We enjoyed it so much that we spontaneously extended our stay by another night (five in total), which involved a room change, but this was arranged seamlessly and without any problems.
The spa area, divided into adults-only and family sections, was fantastic. The sky pool and panoramic saunas were particularly noteworthy. Simply amazing! Our son loved the spacious pool and can now actually swim on his own without any aids! The food was also excellent. A huge compliment to the chef! We were also incredibly lucky to have Mirela in the service! Absolutely professional, yet so friendly and genuine. Her sister Sabrina has an excellent role model from whom she can learn a great deal for her future career, for which we wish her all the best! :) Thank you so much for the beautifully decorated birthday table, which I hadn't specifically requested, but is certainly to be expected in a hotel of this caliber.
On December 6th, St. Nicholas visited the hotel, much to the delight of the many children, and the kids' club staff did a fantastic job, allowing us, as stressed-out parents, to relax in the mornings without a second thought. Suggestions we made at check-out were met with open arms. We didn't participate in any winter sports. However, there is a large ski area with a lift and gondola directly opposite the hotel. The Amonti is also perfect for simply relaxing and is certainly worth a visit in the summer as well. In short: Our expectations were 100% met. We wholeheartedly recommend the Amonti to discerning travelers!

A fantastic sauna area, with a wonderful sauna master (Patricia) who guarantees an entertaining stay with her infusion ceremony. The rooftop pools are a lovely place to relax and enjoy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fitness equipment needs some maintenance and repairs (the bearings on the ergometer bikes and spin bikes are worn out and noisy, and some of the pedal baskets are missing). Otherwise, the hotel makes a good overall impression and is definitely recommended.

We spent our wedding anniversary at this hotel; it was recommended to us! Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly, and our suitcases were brought to our room! The breakfast buffet had a huge selection, and of course, they also offer great long drinks. You simply feel very comfortable in this hotel. We will definitely be back! And the wellness area is beautiful and clean! On the first day, you don't know where to start... simply AMAZING!

Nestled in the heart of the Aurina Valley, an enchanting location with breathtaking views (the only flaw is that the property is built practically on the main road, fortunately with little traffic, but that takes away a bit of magic).
The rooms are spotless and spacious; our romantic room on the third floor had a spectacular view. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with the latter also available à la carte.
Delicious desserts and cakes, an excellent lunch buffet, but I think dinner could be improved. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and extremely helpful.
A small tip: we understand that the property also welcomes families and children (with a dedicated area for them, which is also wonderful), but since the property allows it, just as there is an adults-only spa, with a little forethought, a dining area could be dedicated exclusively to families with children, so that they can enjoy complete relaxation even while dining. A 5-star hotel should do this without guests having to point it out once they arrive. Little things that make a difference!
The spa and relaxation areas on the fourth floor offer peace of mind, with breathtaking views of the valley.
Overall, a great experience. Would we return? Definitely, but we prefer to always change, given that Trentino offers wonderful facilities and places in every corner!

A few days ago, we stayed at the Amonti for the second time this year, and we'll definitely be back. Rarely does one experience such a completely perfect vacation. The rooms are tastefully and exquisitely furnished, certainly not easy to clean, yet still as clean as an operating room. The food and service are absolutely top-notch. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great, which isn't something you can take for granted these days. The wellness area is unparalleled, and not only in the surrounding area. Real investments have been made here to ensure guests feel at home. Thank you, and see you next time!
P.S.: For personal reasons, we had to arrive a day later than planned, but we were kindly not charged for the night we had booked. Nevertheless, we were allowed to have breakfast. Thank you very much for that! None of this is to be taken for granted!

Pure Relaxation - Excellent Design - Great Service
This was our first time at the Amonti & Lunaris Wellness Resort. We booked the "Four Sense" SPA Suite for two nights. Arrival was seamless; we had already been served a lunch buffet on the day of arrival, along with two welcome drinks. The suite is hard to describe in words: pure luxury on 110 sq m. A bathroom including a Finnish sauna, a large shower, and a separate toilet. The bedroom, with its wonderful beds, also has a very large bathtub. The large living room impresses with its elegant feel and fantastic lighting design. The large balcony has two loungers and seating. The closed doors block out any outside noise. Breakfast offers everything you need and much more. Dinner was sensational, with fantastic creations beautifully presented. Starters and main courses are served at your table. There's also a show kitchen where you can order the third course. I would especially like to mention our waiter, Iija from Macedonia. A very attentive and friendly staff member made our stay in the restaurant even more enjoyable. The wellness area is second to none. The pools are perfectly temperate and the "Sky View" area is beautifully designed. We were truly impressed. The best hotel we've ever stayed in. We definitely want to come back!

As a lover of small boutique hotels, it's rather surprising that we ended up here because this hotel is really big. The entrance area and dining rooms are so well laid out and divided that it never gives the impression of being huge and is never noisy. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Design and materials are great. Since the hotel (at least the Amonti part) is right on the street, it is recommended to get a room at the back. The only thing you can hear there are the suppliers who come early in the morning.
The food is very good. There could only be a few more vegetarian options in the dishes served. The wine list is also good.
But the highlight is the spa. We enjoyed extensive massages (normal massage, foot reflex, Balinese temple massage, hammam with massage) and they were all sensational. Absolutely no comparison to any other hotel massage we have ever had.
What I didn't like so much was the sauna and bathing area. The pool is firmly in children's hands and therefore cannot be used by adults who want to swim without children screaming. The sauna area is huge, but somehow not cool. It only has wipes in one place and no additional features such as ice or water jets. And the sauna is also the only place where the staff isn't quite as friendly as elsewhere in the house. The fact that I didn't like the sauna that much is probably simply because there are far too many people there due to the size of the hotel and the landscape is simply too big.
Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

I expected a bit more from a 5-star hotel.
The service upon arrival was poor.
The reception was staffed by only one very friendly lady, but she already had a guest.
After a while, a second lady finally came over, looking as if we were disturbing her peace.
We stood there with our suitcases, then she said, "Welcome drink?"
Then we would have to take our suitcases to the bar, because she made no move to have them brought to our room.
So we postponed the welcome drink until later.
The lady went with us to the room, but we had to carry the suitcases ourselves.
Since the hotel is very spacious, we looked around a bit aimlessly, then she said, "You'll have to keep reading for the next few days, otherwise you'll end up somewhere."
The room is very nice, but there's so much frills that they could have done without a bit of extra work. After we stuck a note on the mirror (a great idea) saying that the towel warmer wasn't heating up,
The next day, the room was spotlessly clean, but the towel warmer still didn't work.
Service at dinner and breakfast was 5 stars.

A great hotel, and above all, very friendly, reliable, and courteous staff. The rooms are very nice, bright, and welcoming. The food in the morning, afternoon, and evening is perfect. Unfortunately, if you want to use the wellness area, you have to go through the hotel a bit.

Where to begin? Everything was perfect from A to Z. From the food to the hotel, the location, and the staff, everything was excellent. This was our second stay with a child and not our last. Our every need was met.
Superb hotel! Clean and quiet room, large and comfortable bed (reviewed for a bio suite), sauna/pool area, and spacious relaxation area, always clean and staffed by qualified and helpful staff. The food is excellent, although I remembered it being more sophisticated. There's ample private outdoor parking, or a paid indoor one. Only two negatives: we found a dirty blanket, which fortunately wasn't needed, and the bathroom was poorly lit, even for a lady! Prices are obviously high, but they're in line with the standard. Despite this, the five stars are well deserved.

Very nice hotel with an excellent spa. The food is good, but overly revisited. The wine list is excellent, but the markups are excessive.
Introduction: The 4 stars are based on the quality-price ratio; if you pay a lot, I think you can expect a lot. Having said that, I can say that the hotel is definitely excellent, with very large, spacious, and well-appointed rooms; in some areas, a ventilation system (or air conditioning) is missing, which would have been helpful. The food is very good, but at this level, you can expect more.
Where excellence is achieved, in my opinion, is the spa area.
In this case, the staff really makes the difference, and I wanted to thank Patrizia and Zoe, who made the aufguss a pleasant and relaxing daily ritual: I've never found a hotel where the sauna/Turkish bath area was so well managed.

The Hotel in 1 word: Wonderful. Beautiful and spacious rooms with great view. Delicious breakfast, buffet and dinner, and many hiking and cycling routes start from the hotel.
The professional and friendly service completes the experience in this hotel. Leonie and Hannes in particular, the friendliness and joy in work is very special and makes you happy.
Finally, the nice infusions will ensure that you completely relax during your stay.

The only downside is thw choice of food for children, pasta and fried chicken are not great options.

As a couple without children, we stayed at the Amonti Wellness Resort for four nights in June 2022 (offer: four nights for the price of three). This was our third visit, following our first stays in January and October 2017. Back then, the hotel was still called Alpenschlößl & Linderhof.
Our goal was relaxation/wellness, hiking, and biking. Just like before, we felt very comfortable this time as well. The renovations in 2018 have done the complex a world of good. The significantly expanded wellness area with its adults-only section and the well-defined separation between families and couples are particularly well done.
Our room, number 310, was beautifully, modernly, and practically furnished. Despite its location directly on the main road, we didn't hear a thing thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. The food was delicious and varied. We remember that in 2017, in addition to dinner, the selection at the buffet and the show kitchen was larger and more elaborate. Nevertheless, nothing was lacking; the dinners were very tasteful and creative.
... One great thing is that bus service in the Arnthal valley is free for tourists, and during our stay, so was the Klausberg cable car. This allowed us to enjoy a short hike and some shopping in Bruneck without needing our own car. Highlights included a guided hike to the Tauernalm at the end of the valley and a guided e-mountain bike tour with our guide, Sepp. The bikes were rented from the hotel for €35 per person per day and were perfectly fine. Many thanks again to our guide, Sepp.
We also had a lot of fun in the sauna area with Patricia and Zoe. The sauna infusions were very atmospheric and perfectly complemented by the music. Thanks again for the wonderful time!
The staff deserves special mention; they were always friendly and attentive. We had several questions, which were always answered thoroughly. We never felt rushed and always felt welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for improvement:
We were lucky with the weather this time, and every day was fully planned and packed with activities. Since we're early risers, we probably would have used the gym in bad weather and the saunas after our workout. Unfortunately, the sauna area doesn't open until 11:00 AM.

There's a lot on offer for parents of children: a baby pool, a spa pool (accessible to everyone), water slides, an indoor and outdoor playground, a kids' buffet, a mini club (for ages 2 and up), and easy access for day trips. You can also borrow almost anything for your child on-site for free: e.g., a stroller, diaper pail, crib, changing mat, etc.
A small suggestion for improvement from us:
- A play area/painting area or toys in the dining room so the kids can keep themselves busy. Five courses do take a while... ;-)
- Changing facilities near the restaurant. Unfortunately, I always had to go up to my room to change.

We stayed at the Amonti for 5 days. The hotel is beautifully situated. There's a large parking lot, free of charge, where the barrier can be opened with your room card. Alternatively, there's an underground parking garage, but I don't know the prices.
The food is very good and varied. With the 3/4 board option, everyone gets their money's worth. Breakfast has everything you need when you need it.
In the afternoon, there's a large buffet with a wide selection, plus a show kitchen.
In the evening, there's a 5-course menu, always delicious. The service was always very friendly and attentive.
The wellness and pool facilities are top-notch.
There's a very nice sky bar on the roof.
A magnificent, unique hotel.
Everything was perfect: the room was gorgeous, the food was truly delicious with top-quality gourmet dishes, compliments to the chefs, and the staff was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.
There are no words to describe the uniqueness of the spa, truly marvelous with beautiful outdoor spaces framed by the fantastic mountains... the view is unique.
Not to mention the massages; I found the staff to be excellent, expert, and friendly.
And finally, the hotel is in an excellent location: right in front of the hotel is a ski lift that takes you to a beautiful place—I believe it's called Klusen—and about an hour away you can visit the stunning Lake Braies, Lake Dobbiaco, Lake Misurina, and the splendid Brunico.
My only advice is to ask for a room with a panoramic view of the mountains, because my room was one of the nicest but it was on the second floor and didn't have a very nice view. It's my fault, I should have asked for a change. But it doesn't matter because it was a perfect, unforgettable stay, and I will definitely be back.

As a structure, nothing to say, but as far as the restaurant is concerned, I would review some things, it is not a four-star superior... it does not offer much for families, few excursions and as far as mini and junior clubs are concerned, you only stay in the hotel, few activities.
From the beautiful suites to the excellent service, friendly staff, the stunning hotel grounds, and the culinary delights – we were simply thrilled.
The perfect spa area offers complete relaxation, idyllic views, and pure tranquility.
A special highlight was definitely the 12-course "LUNARIS 1964" menu. A culinary masterpiece in a modern, homey atmosphere.
The countless cycling and hiking trails in the surrounding area invite you to explore nature, and various mountain huts enchant with traditional and seasonal dishes – a truly perfect stay that we will definitely repeat!
I've stayed in several 5-star hotels with wellness areas, but the Amonti&Lunaris surpasses them all. Unbeatable value for money. Absolutely everything was thought of in the planning and implementation of the hotel complex. Modern and luxurious furnishings, leisure activities, and even a large children's area for parents with children (pool and games club). This is very pleasant for the other guests. I haven't seen free bike rentals at any hotel in this category before. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The view from the sky bar and sky pool is magnificent. Several times a day, live piano playing takes place at the sky bar and indoors, which is broadcast throughout the hotel via the sound system. So, you won't miss a thing here.

We stayed for a short stay at the Amonti in a suite; the room was gorgeous, impeccably clean, and the decor was modern and welcoming.
The staff were friendly and helpful, obviously native German speakers, but that's certainly not a problem...we're in South Tyrol after all!
Very good food, a wonderful spa and pools, and a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Of course, access to the wellness area, including the sauna, Turkish bath, and some pools, is reserved for adults only, and requires no clothing or swimsuits. A second area is shared and features additional pools, including children's pools, and a sunbathing area.
The prices are obviously high given the 5-star rating of the property, but the experience at the Monti e Lunaris is definitely worth it.
We spent five days at the Lunaris. We were absolutely thrilled. From the extremely attentive staff, to the exceptionally delicious and lovingly prepared food, the fantastic spa area, and our wonderful room, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We took a 3-day mini-vacation at this resort in the Aurina Valley on the recommendation of an acquaintance. The property has parking for those arriving by car, which is super convenient. The staff, from the front desk to the maids, were all very kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was truly lovely! The rooms are just like the photos: large, spacious, and clean. It was a truly wonderful discovery. I recommend it to both families with children and couples! Excellent value for money!
This hotel is fantastic. In summer, you can hike to your heart's content, and in winter, the ski lifts are right nearby.

The spa area is wonderfully designed. The staff (Katja and Magdalena) are excellent at massage and were very helpful. The others could probably do it too.
There are two pools for children. One has a large slide.
There also seems to be some kind of childcare service.
In short: a superb hotel and fantastic staff!
Maintenance work in the rooms during your stay... Impossible?
General:
The hotel is beautifully situated in the Ahrntal Valley, directly opposite the Klausberg lift. From the roof terrace (adult wellness area), you have a fantastic view down the valley. The hotel is in a very quiet location with direct hiking access. There are plenty of free outdoor parking spaces opposite, just a few meters from the hotels. While the Lunaris and Amonti have separate receptions and restaurants, Lunaris guests have access to the amenities of the Amonti wellness area – connected by an underground passage.
Pre-check-in is possible in advance, so there are no waiting times when checking in. A welcome drink is available via a voucher that can be redeemed at any time at the bar.
We rented electric bikes for a day; it was very easy to use and in good condition for rental bikes. A lock and helmet are included.
The hotel also reserved tennis courts for us at the neighboring tennis club in advance. It was also very easy to use and, at €14 per hour, not very expensive considering the excellent courts.
Well, there is one criticism – the elevator. There is one, but it's always running one after the other, which is difficult when it's busy.
All the staff, whether at reception or in the restaurant, are very friendly and attentive.
We had perfect spring/summer weather during our stay.
Room:
We booked a Deluxe Suite. The bedroom and living room/daybed could be separated by a partition wall. Both rooms have a large TV. The bathroom is very large, very stylish, but also very dark. The lights, heating, and cell phone can be controlled from the mirror. The walk-in shower is large enough for two people to shower in. We had a large terrace with its own whirlpool tub, including an electric pergola. Everything was great; perhaps the huge terrace could use a parasol, but you can also retreat to the shade under the pergola at any time. The view of the Ahrntal Valley from the terrace is fantastic. The closets are very large; you can certainly fit clothes for two people and four weeks in there. Unfortunately, there's only one armchair in the living room; there would have been plenty of room for a second one, but it worked just fine.
The room was very quiet; all in all, a perfect room.
Wellness:
Very nice wellness area with plenty of relaxation rooms, enough pools, and enough sun loungers. The lower wellness area and the Kids' Fun Park are designed for families. A timed slide, a wide slide, and a paddling pool—everything is there.
On the terrace, which is accessible to those over 18, there are two more pools, one of which is in the nude/sauna area. Both are very large with great views, and if it's not too busy, you can also swim. The bar in this area is great, with friendly service and everything your heart desires. The selection of massages is extensive; the "regular" massage was excellent.
Restaurant:
Contemporarily furnished, all seating is well spaced from your neighbors. Very attentive staff. 3/4 board includes breakfast, afternoon snacks, and dinner. There's a chef on hand at all times to prepare everything for you, and it's very delicious.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m., and everything is available: sparkling wine breakfast every day, sometimes white sausages, and always freshly squeezed juice – you can make your own juice in a cold room.
In the afternoon, there are delicious cakes, salads, and pasta, and always a special dish from the live kitchen. A very extensive selection, perfect, basically a complete replacement for lunch.
Dinner consisted of only truly delicious courses, absolutely excellent. A very good wine selection. We also ordered a steak with two side dishes once – that too is highly recommended.
You can notice the influence of the Michelin-starred restaurant Lunaris 1964, which was unfortunately closed during our stay.
Staff were very attentive, and the food was exceptionally good overall.

Very child-friendly hotel with many options for parents and children.
Overall impression: OK, but only adequate for a five-star hotel.
Reception: Impersonal; there wasn't even a welcome drink to help us recover from our journey.
Rooms: The rooms are modern, but very noisy. We could hear our neighbors watching videos and coughing. Unfortunately, there was no shower gel in the room.
Food: The first evening, the service was abysmal. After that, we had a different waiter, who was very friendly. The food is good, but not up to five-star standards. The wine glasses were never clean, and unfortunately, neither water nor wine was refilled. Allergies were well taken care of and noted on the menu.
Wellness area: Unfortunately, there are only two Finnish saunas, a steam bath, and the infrared loungers. The shower fittings were a bit worn. There are no snacks, only water and tea. The waterbeds in the relaxation area are located in the basement, right next to the pool, where many children play. Unfortunately, the handwritten information about the times of the infusions at the tea and water corner in the sauna area didn't match the information on the screens in the sauna area, and some people waited in vain in the wrong sauna.
Location: Ideal for skiers. There are beautiful walking trails a few minutes away by car. The road isn't too much of a nuisance.
There are some details that aren't accurate, but they're what distinguish a 4-star hotel from a 5-star hotel.
The service and friendliness at the Alpenschlössl are unique. "Welcome home" was the warm welcome this year. They know our preferences and habits, and we appreciate that very much. The hotel's wonderful ambiance and the huge spa area with a rooftop pool are evident from the pictures on the website and need no further documentation. Last but not least, we were impressed by the culinary offerings, with dinner always being the absolute highlight of the day.
It is the genuine customer service that sets the Alpenschlössl apart from other hotels of this type. We'll be back. We promise!

The only advice I can give is to improve the staff and the quality of the buffet! Other than that, everything was perfect.
We stayed at the Lunaris for a week with a toddler. The hotel is very nice, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the children's pool area is fantastic.
The spa area for adults is also very nice and inviting.
However, the meal times weren't ideal for us with a toddler. Dinner from 7-9 pm was unfortunately too late for us, and the lunch buffet was also too late. Thankfully, they always cooked something for our little one. It would also be helpful if they had children's plates and cutlery available.
We were generally very satisfied with the food. However, we had the impression that the selection at the buffet (fresh rolls, appetizers, etc.) was significantly reduced because we were there during the "off-season." This was a bit disappointing.
We had booked a suite with a sauna and whirlpool. Unfortunately, the sauna couldn't be heated up properly. The maximum temperature was around 60 degrees Celsius, which wasn't really a "sauna" for us. We also noticed that the après-ski area and the traffic from the valley station do generate a certain level of noise, at least on weekends. We were there in the off-season, so we don't want to imagine what it's like in peak season.
All in all, we were satisfied, but we think there's still room for improvement.

I would have given 5 stars for the wellness area, spectacular indoor and outdoor pools, complete with massage, perfect temperature, top sauna, satisfies even the most demanding, let's move on to the suites, I had a truly spacious, comfortable and clean 64 square meter room, plenty of food and all in all good, only some dishes could have been done better, sore points well not many but that's why I didn't give it 5 stars, drinking water 5.20 per bottle, hospitality as in a very banal business hotel, only water in the room at room temperature, mini bar at the minimum terms, they told us at the reception if we wanted a hand with the luggage... honestly these are not questions to ask, in fact in a 4 star in Madonna di Campiglio they even parked the car for me... quite high prices, 2005 euros for 3 people for 2 days are not cheap then the 5 euro discount was mandatory not for the value but for the gesture, in any case I will return and I hope they will have improved this nonsense but it makes the difference
The hotel, the amenities, the rooms, and the food were absolutely amazing! But the real highlights of our 6 days were the sauna infusions from Patricia and Zoi and the yoga class with Zoi! I've never had such an experience before, so a huge thank you!

I've stayed at this wonderful hotel five times already (twice at the Lunaris and three times at the Amonti). It's a fabulous property: gorgeous rooms, always spectacular showers, and impeccable cleanliness. The food is truly excellent and perfectly commensurate with the 5-star standards offered. The staff is truly friendly and helpful: the buffet is plentiful and of excellent quality. The only flaw is the pool, which in my opinion is a bit too small for the guest-to-lounger ratio; in fact, there isn't much seating in the pool. The rooftop spa (pool for guests over 16) is truly stunning. Highly recommended hotel!
It's paradise! I love this place. I've been there many times, taking the all-inclusive option. Everything is truly exceptional: the modern, clean atmosphere, fantastic design, fabulous gourmet food. I'll never forget the breakfast featuring all the local products, various types of bread, honey, cheeses, etc.!

The facility is new and has a modern style.
There's plenty of choice for activities, with various relaxation rooms, saunas (with steam baths), Turkish baths, and heated pools.
We also enjoyed the treatments, which immersed us in total relaxation.
The cuisine is excellent and the dishes are refined (we recommend the 3/4 board option).
Parking outside the facility is free.
The staff is super helpful and friendly.

A superb hotel with a fantastic wellness area. We spent two nights at the Amonti and thoroughly enjoyed it. The suite was fantastic, everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly. We would especially like to thank Mariella, who enhanced our dinners with her warm hospitality.

Modern hotel, extremely friendly staff, spacious rooms and breathtaking wellness facilities
We were only there for two nights but we would have preferred not to go home at all the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating, whether it was the reception waiter or the wellness area, everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable and looked after. Our rooms were so clean that you couldn't even see a limescale or water stain and the food was so beautifully prepared and we really enjoyed it too you could get as much food as you wanted, no one said anything and even asked us not to shy away and get more. During the meal we were asked several times whether everything was good, whether we needed anything and we were even allowed to take something from the breakfast buffet with us for the long journey home. Very, very attentive. So this hotel has really very very good staff especially the waiters were worth their weight in gold! The massages were also heavenly and the infusion saunas were a dream for a little break from everything just thank you and I would love to come back and next time for sure a week and not just 3 days

We stayed at the Amonti several times. The hotel, and especially the food, hasn't lost any of its class even during the coronavirus pandemic.
With Patricia, however, the sauna and wellness area was greatly upgraded. The infusions were an absolute highlight.
A small request for Mr. Steger:
Perhaps there will be a week with "long sauna nights" every now and then. For families with children, this would be a great opportunity for parents to relax after the kids have gone to bed. Patricia would definitely come up with something great :-)
Children & Family:
Above all, the hotel has a great area for kids. Lovingly designed and has everything they need. The separation between children (even with a sauna) and "adults only" is ideal. You can quickly switch between the two areas.
Surroundings:
The Klausberg cable car, including the ski area, kids' area (on the mountain), and après-ski at Hexenkessel, is directly across the street. Less than a 5-minute walk. The only downside to the Klausberg: In December, there's simply no sun on the mountain (don't be fooled by my picture... it's only briefly in the afternoon and really only at the very top :-)).
What else is worth mentioning:
- the service is excellent
- the rooms were really clean and everything was lovingly tidied every day
- skis can be stored/locked in the depot

We were there for a short trip in the summer of 2021.
We're usually always looking for new hotels, but it was clear to us
that we'd be making a second visit.
We arrived yesterday, checked into our room, and then headed off to the water park.
Unfortunately, our time there was very short, as our little one broke his foot through his own fault, and we had to go to the hospital.
When we returned with the cast, we unfortunately had to announce our departure.
The hotel was very accommodating and only charged us for that one day, even though we would have stayed for five days. I hope we'll be back in spring 2022!
Overall, the hotel is very new and has been renovated to a very high standard.
There are a lot of staff on hand, all of whom are very friendly and accommodating!
There's plenty to do for everyone at the hotel, and the food is also top-notch!
We're already looking forward to seeing you again and thank you again for your understanding.

We've been coming to Cadipietra for several years, first to the Hotel Linderhoff, now to the Amonti & Lunaris. Same ownership, wonderful services, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean rooms. The spa and pools are beautiful. The food is decidedly gourmet.
We had booked a 3-night stay in a suite. As soon as we arrived, we knew these 3 nights at the amonti would be special. The hotel has a special atmosphere; the exterior itself is a positive draw. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and modern, especially the Belvita Suite we had booked. We simply cannot fault this hotel; we were extremely satisfied from check-in to check-out! The hotel well deserves its 5 stars. Simply pure luxury! We would be happy to stay again anytime.
A hotel that absolutely lives up to its 5-star standards, where comfort and luxury shine through in every detail.
Staff: This is a crucial detail, as kindness and helpfulness are priceless. The staff here are top-notch, and they take care of every guest's need.
Food: Breakfast and dinner are excellent. The buffet offers a wide variety, with a delicious selection of desserts. The lunch buffet exceeds all expectations. From 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM, there's an unlimited supply of hot and cold dishes and fantastic desserts. Water is included, which is usually always paid for separately.
Room: Very spacious, good bed, superb bathroom. Kudos to the toiletries. The only downside is the view. Unfortunately, some rooms overlook the road I pass in front of me and the parking lot. You have to go out onto the terrace and lean out to enjoy the mountain view.
Spa: Both the pools and saunas are excellent. The selection and availability of treatments is also excellent.
Services: Many activities are available for guests, with a variety of hours.
Families or couples: it's so big it's perfect for both. There are separate areas so you never meet.

Nice hotel, great staff
The amonti lunaris Wellness Hotel was recommended to us by a booking website, with a particularly good or rather affordable price. Accordingly, the pricing is not the subject of this review. About the hotel: The hotel is located in the Tauferer Ahrntal, directly opposite the small but fairly snow-sure Klausberg ski area. The hotel complex consists of two large, interconnected hotels. The spa and sauna facilities are mostly located in the amonti section of the complex, located further forward. The complex is very modern, with a consistent style featuring plenty of light and open wood. No Alpine frills, but rather understated, luxurious and pleasant. There are three bars that are very similar in style and appearance, several saunas, and several pools. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished with nice touches, such as a beautiful daybed or sofa in the room. We appreciated the excellent soundproofing from neighboring rooms. This is well above average; we didn't stop even though the hotel was almost fully booked. The quality of the room service is above average, even for a hotel of this quality. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even for a hotel of this quality. However, there was no specific situation in which the staff were challenged in any way. The general burden of wearing masks and adhering to hygiene measures is something that everyone has to live with equally. In the "Amonti Lunaris" (amounts of money), the entire hygiene situation was handled with the necessary seriousness, without making customers or guests feel restricted to a greater extent than necessary. Regarding the food: the food, both breakfast, snacks, and dinner, was excellent. Different and above the standard of comparable hotels, the breakfast offerings were excellent, as were the options for children, for whom a separate dinner service with potato fries, spaghetti, and Vienna schnitzel was introduced. The wine list is extensive, befitting the hotel, with a broad range of regional, national, and international offerings. In conclusion: for a hotel of this quality and class, it was in no way less than expected and in some respects slightly exceeded the expected standard. We will most likely visit this hotel again.
When checking in, it is advisable to clarify which of the two hotels you will be staying in. Furthermore, especially in winter, it would be a good idea to book a garage space when booking to avoid your car icing up. It is also a good idea to ask the room staff to bring you a shower cap, shampoo and shower gelwhich were missing in both of our rooms. The hotel itself is ideal for families with children, but also offers separate areas just for adults. The food is upscale and the service staff are friendly and competent.
All in all, a very nice and modern hotel. The room (Panorama Suite) is very luxurious and spacious, and has a large bathroom with a lovely shower and bathtub.
The food was exceptionally excellent.
The staff, with very few exceptions, were also friendly and accommodating, especially at dinner. Our room was on the second floor, and unfortunately, it felt like a herd of elephants was staying above us, trampling back and forth nonstop until late at night… But that's not the hotel's fault.
The wellness area, while very nice and modern, is a bit too small for the number of rooms, so you had to be lucky to find free loungers.
Despite these minor drawbacks, we felt comfortable and would come back anytime!
We were thrilled. Everything was perfect: the service, the extremely friendly, attentive staff. From breakfast to the afternoon vitality menu to the 6-course dinner, everything was top-notch. Nothing was left to be desired. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and very luxurious. The wellness area is very generous, and everything was very clean, tastefully decorated, and varied.
I absolutely cannot understand how anyone could give this wonderful hotel only one star. Such reviews should not be taken seriously; the author is making a complete fool of himself. We will definitely come back. Respect to the Steger family for what they have created.
Beautiful and super quiet location, a private, clean, and well-equipped resort.
The spa, relaxation, and pools are truly worth it. The room was top-notch; even though it wasn't a suite, it felt like one! Good service in the evening, and very good, plentiful food. A week to repeat.

Excellent cleanliness and service, excellent buffet, and exceptional wellness center! The only flaw was the gourmet dinner, which certainly wasn't up to par with the hotel.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Pools sind toll und der Saunabereich sind gut. Die Sonnenterrassen sind wirklich super mit tollem Ausblick und sehr schönen und vielen Liegen. Die Freundlichkeit des ganzen Personals sind wirklich hervorzuheben. Es werden prompt alle Wünsche erfüllt. Bedienungen erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch. Fön mit Aufsatz für Locken wurde super schnell ausgetauscht.
Das Essen ist reichlich und sehr gut. Auch wirklich sehr schön dekoriert.
Der Barmann Max hat uns einiges an Cocktailvariationen gezeigt und sagenhafte Cocktails gezaubert. Man merkt wirklich das ihm seine Arbeit Spaß und Freude bereitet.
