The Dorner is truly a fantastic hotel with great attention to detail, a relaxed atmosphere, a wonderful spa area, and excellent food. Thank you for giving us such a lovely honeymoon weekend. We will definitely be back.
Simply wonderful: the hotel, the treatments, the surroundings, and the excellent service.
We spent a wonderful day at the hotel's day spa. The spa area with its infinity pool is stunningly beautiful, as are the stylish relaxation rooms. The entire hotel is very tastefully decorated, and the staff impresses with their friendliness and attentiveness. The two hosts are also extremely warm and accommodating. We felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. The location is also excellent – the train station and shopping center are just a five-minute walk away.
At first glance, being South Tyrolean, I thought, "How come?" Near the Algocenter, along the road, there's a wellness center. And instead? Fantastic... 4 saunas if I'm not mistaken... From Turkish baths to steam baths, everything. I don't know how to swim, but my wife does, and she immediately dived into the infinity pool. Breathtaking views of Merano. And then the gourmet dinner? I don't want to give too many spoilers. Come and see for yourself, and give me a like if I was right. We'll be back. P.S. If you have the Gaudi Card, use it, but mention it when you book.

We last visited "Das Dorner" almost 10 years ago. It was great back then, and now they've added real highlights with the infinity pool on the roof and the additional sauna. It was simply fantastic! The price is high, and you have to be able to afford it—of course—but it's simply worth it! All the best for the future—may the family-run business stay together and continue to develop. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel again, and I can say it was once again a simply extraordinary experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with professionalism and warmth by attentive, kind, helpful, and always smiling staff.
The rooms are very elegant, spacious, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, the view breathtaking, and every amenity was present (sets of towels and bathrobes cleaned daily, a coffee machine, etc.).
The breakfast was excellent, a generous buffet with fresh products; we also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant, which proved to be classy, with meticulously prepared dishes and excellent food.
The spa and wellness area deserve a special mention: relaxing environments, massages performed by qualified and always friendly staff. A true haven of well-being.

We spent a few days there last year, and I can only agree with the positive reviews already posted. The hotel is very modern with very tastefully decorated rooms. The outdoor area is like a small oasis, and the rooftop pool is spectacular. The food is very good and the service is super friendly. I would gladly come back and recommend the hotel.

Friends recommended this hotel, so we joined them for a two-night stay. Our room was great—cozy, with a small balcony and everything we needed.
After a stressful work week, I really appreciated the new fitness center which is open until 10pm—it had everything I needed, and I LOVED it. The 360 rooftop pool and Aufguss in the panorama sauna were also highlights.
They also sent us the Südtirol Guest Pass, which gave us free access to the Seilbahn Aschbach—great to enjoy with friends.
Breakfast was the standout: fresh juices, homemade granola, amazing bread selection—better than what I’ve seen in some five-star hotels!
The only small detail that was missing was body lotion and a few basic toiletries in the spa area, but that’s a minor point. The staff were all very friendly, and overall, I can highly recommend this hotel!
The food is amazing!! So delicious! Anyone who prefers milder spices and wants to taste every single ingredient will be in heaven here

This is my third time booking a room at the Dorner. The breakfast impressed me so much that I still tell people about it, and I've even managed to convince some couples I know to vacation there. The spa area is wonderfully quiet, and the view from the sauna and infinity pool is breathtaking. A highly recommended place all around.

We stayed at DAS DORNER for a week. It was a fabulous experience. The hotel was modern, welcoming, and meticulously maintained, with truly outstanding spa services and three pools, one outdoor, one indoor, and one on the rooftop—my favorite—with a breathtaking view. Not to mention the panoramic sauna and relaxation room, where you can unwind with an unparalleled view.
But what struck me most was the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, who were infinitely attentive and caring for their guests. As for the food, we spent six days of pleasant and delicious culinary experiences. Everything was truly excellent and delicious, with a wide selection. We hope to return to this paradise soon. ️

Outdoor parking and a garage with assigned spaces corresponding to your room number. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms, with views—in my case, of the apple orchards that invade the entire valley and are truly a sight to behold.
A beauty center and spa are available for guests.
An indoor pool, an outdoor pool in the
wonderful garden with palm trees (which almost makes you think you're in an exotic location), and a rooftop pool that opens as early as 7:00 in the summer. The gym is new and equipped with top-notch equipment.
The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful.
Good food and an excellent breakfast.
Some things I didn't particularly like were the fact that the dinner buffet (vegetables, etc.) wasn't available every evening (which is usually the case in all hotels), and some of the evening waiters weren't the most helpful and friendly.
Overall, highly recommended.
Beautiful family-run hotel. As a family with a child, we spontaneously spent a long weekend at the Dorner.
The "Relax Garden Suite" room is tastefully and modernly furnished, with everything from the bathroom to the garden furniture being top-notch. The USB lamp on the garden table could have been charged upon arrival.
Cuisine: Typical South Tyrolean 4-star offerings. Breakfast and the evening menu aren't overly fancy, but a good selection of high-quality ingredients are expertly prepared by the kitchen team.
Clientele: Whether with friends for a sports or wellness vacation, or as a family with children, the Dorner caters to a wide audience. Quite rightly, there are many young families among the guests, and the hotel offers a lot for children, from a beautiful garden with a great sandbox under the trees to a children's menu in the restaurant.
Service / Staff: Some employees exude warmth and hospitality. Unfortunately, this is rather the exception.
We didn't always feel comfortable, especially at dinner. One service employee in particular managed to overshadow our stay with incredibly rude behavior and explicitly displayed displeasure. Nonstop snarky comments and plates slammed on the table were the most harmless things. We tried to ignore the behavior and not let it spoil our stay. We even tried to be particularly friendly and not express any special requests, etc. – unfortunately, to no avail.
Managing a large team for a hotel is certainly not easy, but we would have preferred a different reaction from the junior manager when we raised the issue. It's a shame.

A feeling of well-being from the very first minute.
You're greeted with a glass of Prosecco, which is truly a very nice touch. The room was a dream, extremely clean, and there was everything you could need. The best part, however, is the sky pool, with a pleasant 35 degrees Celsius, a dream even in cool weather. Breakfast and the evening menu are the highlights of the day. Truly fantastic. We found the chef very nice; he goes from table to table every evening, greeting his guests. DAS DORNER has so much to offer; you feel at home from the very beginning.
The pool was a bit dated. And Algund isn't the prettiest village.

We spent a few wonderful days at the Dorner. We received a warm welcome at reception and were immediately invited to a welcome drink. Shortly after, we moved into our Corner Suite with its own private Jacuzzi.
The room was stylishly furnished and had a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains.
The selection and quality of all the dishes was outstanding and second to none.
The little touches made our stay at the Dorner truly special, from the excellent service at reception and in the restaurant to the thoughtful attention, starting with the welcome drink, to the bathrobes that were specially prepared for us (even 5* hotels require special consultation), and all the activities offered for the coming days.
Here, the hosts are heart and soul; we're already mentally planning our next visit ;-).

If a "well-being place" could have a name, we agree... The Dorner far exceeded our expectations! This wellness hotel, run with love and family, completely transported us away from our sometimes hectic everyday lives every second of our stay. Whether it was the panoramic sauna infusion event designed and led by Carolin or the incredibly delicious food served to us... All in all, it was more than perfect. Every single employee deserves our utmost respect. From the Maldives to Oman, I've been able to experience a lot. But the highlight of it all was clearly a recommendation from a very important person in my life.
Grateful, satisfied, and happy, we now check out with a final cappuccino and are already looking forward to another visit to "Das Dorner."

The Dorner is 1000% recommended! EVERYONE is extremely nice and helpful, from the owner family to the entire staff. The food is excellent, the rooms and the wellness area offer something for everyone. The interior is modern and yet cozy, very tasteful. Even with children you don't feel out of place, there is a playroom in the dining room, a playground with a trampoline in the garden - what more could you want!!!!
The location is also great, a few minutes from Meran and all free with the included Meran Card.

We were on vacation here for 8 days and I can only say my expectations were exceeded, the whole hotel is extremely well organized and we felt very comfortable, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and the roof pool was a hit after a bike tour, conveniently located, you can get anywhere by bus right outside the front door and you can start all kinds of bike tours or hikes from here. You can shop directly in the center. Absolutely recommended, not just for a weekend...we'll definitely be back

If you want the Top, choose Das, with an out of the ordinary SPA with heated swimming pools, relaxation area and saunas with an excellent SPA centre. Excellent service, helpful and courteous staff, bar, aperitifs, fruit and juices during rest, nothing is missing from the sauna ritual, aperitifs, yoga and live music in the evening, all top notch like breakfast and dinner. The rooms are always clean, tidy every day, nothing is missing, only other holidays to return to.

Four of us, including two children (2 and 4), stayed here for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our time. From the initial inquiry to departure, everything was uncomplicated and to our complete satisfaction. The suite with a whirlpool was quiet, and everything was thought of for our children (bed rails, diaper pails, bathrobes, etc.). The rooms are very comfortable and chic, with high-quality furnishings. Everything is super clean. The service was excellent and friendly. The food was excellent. The children's meals from the children's menu were always served promptly. There are three pools—we always used a suitable pool depending on the weather. There is a beautifully furnished playroom and a lovely playground for the children. The location was excellent for us, not far from the towns we wanted to visit. We particularly enjoyed the wide selection of very good wines and the excellent, beautifully presented breakfast buffet. The entire hotel is harmonious in design, planting, and colors, which is a feast for the eyes. You can see that great importance is placed on sustainability and environmental awareness. We booked the hotel for two days of relaxation and recuperation after our hiking tour (crossing the Alps). The complex has two buildings (main building/annex). Several wellness areas are integrated into the complex. Everything is very spacious, including a sauna area, several pools (free to use), and a wonderful spa/beauty area (for an additional charge) for absolute relaxation. We made good use of them. Our rooms were in the main building. They were okay, but very small and definitely in need of an update. Therefore, they were much cheaper than the ones in the annex, but perfectly adequate for our short stay, despite still only being "only" 3 stars. Excellent service, super-friendly staff. You feel absolutely at home here. The location is actually quite good, right on a main road, with a panoramic view of the mountains (truly amazing). A bus stop for Merano is right outside the door. However, this can be a bit noisy at night if you have a room facing the main road. Certainly not the cheapest hotel in terms of price, but highly recommended.

We stayed at the Dorner for 7 nights and had half board, which included breakfast and a 5- or 6-course dinner.
All in all, we had a very nice stay. As you can read in the reviews, the hotel's decor is very nice. We stayed in the Relax Suite, so we can only comment on that room category. The bed was super comfortable, with plenty of storage space for our suitcases and clothes. The bathroom with underfloor heating was large, but a bit dated and not as modern as the room itself. The lighting wasn't particularly bright either. The only real criticism of the room was that it was very noisy when the neighbors were in the bathroom. The shower was extremely loud, and you could hear every faucet opening and closing.
The sauna (we only stayed in the adults-only area) and the sky pool are great. The infusions with musical accompaniment were also great, and the view was fantastic. The availability of loungers in the relaxation room wasn't so great. We were also there during a cooler time of year, meaning that lying outside or on the rooftop wasn't possible most days. We also brought this up when we left, but apparently we were the only guests who felt this way . For me, it definitely helps to relax when I don't have to fight for a sunbed, Mallorca-style, and half the sunbeds are occupied by towels .
After reading the review, we had very high expectations regarding the friendliness of the staff. The friendliness was absolutely normal, but nothing special. Some of the breakfast staff spoke neither German (which is perfectly fine) nor English. This made communication a bit difficult at times.
On the subject of food: if you like to eat a lot of animal products, you definitely have a good selection for breakfast. There are at least 5 different cheeses, 4 or 5 cold cuts, salmon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, 5 different honeys, and 5 different butters. Vegan alternatives include hummus, a honey alternative, and jams. Muesli/fruit and other items are also available, as well as plant-based milk. Neither of us is vegan, but if you are, it could certainly get a bit repetitive after two days, as even the one pastry they served (a braided loaf most days) wasn't vegan. The juicer is amazing, though!
The evening menu was delicious 80% of the time! And it's also great to try new foods. It was a shame that on some days there were no vegetarian alternatives for some courses, and you had to ask again. Of course, you can always ask for anything, but sometimes you feel silly when you constantly have a special request.
The evening menu is certainly sufficient for a wellness vacationer. However, if you're a bit hungrier after long days of hiking, you unfortunately had to eat a bit of bread. We once reordered an appetizer, but the waiters didn't really ask if you wanted anything else, and asking every day was a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, I understand the approach of omitting the salad buffet for sustainability reasons. However, the days when they did offer the antipasti buffet, for example, I actually enjoyed it better, and I went to bed much more full and satisfied ;)
We had the antipasti buffet on two evenings. One time, we were there very early and therefore knew the actual selection; the other time, we went out a little later and unfortunately only had a small selection because they didn't refill the items. Yes, sustainability, but for a dinner menu at that price, I expect the full selection, even if I'm not standing at the buffet until 7:30.
The fitness room is, as described, small but nice. Luckily, there were only two of us in it at any one time, as there really wasn't room for more people – maybe three. However, since the clientele seemed to be on the older side, there's a good chance the room wouldn't be too crowded.

Fantastic hotel with great, modern rooms and excellent spa areas. The view from the infinity pool is amazing. The complex is well protected from traffic noise, so you can sit and relax in the garden in peace. The culinary offerings are fantastic and varied. Furthermore, the staff are always courteous and friendly.
The only drawback (but deducting points would be unfair to the team): It's unacceptable for the boss – Mr. Götsch Senior – to scold his employees in front of the guests during dinner. Unfortunately, this didn't just happen once, but on several evenings. I'm sorry to say it like this, but the employees behave much more professionally than the boss, thus creating a more pleasant atmosphere.

A big compliment to the kitchen and the staff. All in all, the Dorner is highly recommended.

We stayed at the Hotel "Das Dorner" for seven nights in July 2022 and were very satisfied with our stay. We booked a Garden Suite. This room category is located on the ground floor of the new building and features a lovely, large terrace with comfortable armchairs, as well as a "sharing garden" extending further forward, with a large sun lounger for each room.
In general, the hotel's garden and pool area is beautifully landscaped. Almost breathtaking. With so many palm trees, you sometimes feel like you're in the Caribbean. The two outdoor pools and the sunbathing areas are also very well-maintained and wonderfully designed. One is located in the hotel garden and is (presumably) not heated, while the other is on the hotel's roof and is perfect for those who tend to get chilly. From up there, you can see all the way to Merano and also have a great view of the surrounding mountains and apple orchards.
The hotel's location is very convenient, as a city bus stops directly on the street in front of the entrance, which takes you to the center of Merano in 10 minutes. The food was always delicious. We especially enjoyed the pasta and fish dishes.
Overall, the service at the hotel was always first-class. The young, dynamic team in the restaurant was always very attentive and friendly.
We were also particularly impressed that every guest is still escorted to their room by a member of the reception staff upon arrival. Beforehand, there is a welcome drink in the restaurant and a thorough and very friendly explanation of the hotel and its procedures.
The only two things we might have preferred to be different are:
1. The afternoon buffet would certainly be well-received if one or two savory snacks were also offered. Some guests may not like or be able to eat sweets. The hotel could perhaps use this as an opportunity to utilize leftover food from breakfast.
2. The à la carte lunch service could be extended by half an hour. We sometimes had trouble planning our day with the hikes and excursions so that we would still get back to the hotel on time, and therefore only managed to stop for lunch once, and even then it was just barely enough.
Otherwise, there's absolutely nothing to complain about, and we'll definitely be back :)

Das Fitness Studio ist zwar klein, aber für die Größe des Hotels vollkommen okay. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dieses Haus ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Super nice hotel! The Skypool is beautiful, has the perfect temperature, and great views. The relaxation rooms are modernly furnished and invite you to relax. The food is very good (cake buffet and 5-course evening menu). The saunas in the lower area are small but nice, the panoramic sauna is mega. The staff is very friendly, as are the hosts who stop by for dinner.

The hotel deserves its 4-star rating. The spa area leaves nothing to be desired. The price is correspondingly high – unfortunately, the double rooms in the main building are of the standard of a budget hotel. Very small, old furniture, mini-TV... we expected more for the price!

You receive a very warm welcome upon arrival. A great hotel. Very friendly staff. The rooms are clean and nice. The hotel has three pools, but the most beautiful is the rooftop pool with views of Merano and Tyrol. You can book great massages in the wellness area. The location is also ideal. The bus station and shopping center are very close.

Es ist mehr als ausgezeichnet. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Besonders die fantastische Küche , ist zu erwähnen. Da ich sehr viel reise und viele gute Hotels kenne , kann ich sagen, dass ich mich selten so aufgehoben gefühlt habe, wie im Dorner.
Bei "Lage" habe ich ein "sehr gut" gegeben, da es für mich als Bahnreisender ohne PKW optimal in Nähe des Bhfs liegt - und doch sehr ruhig durch den schönen, geschlossenen Innenhof mit Park und Pool. Der Sky Pool und die Panorama Sauna sind ein secret place mit Blick auf die Berge und Schloss Tirol.
Bis 20.30 h kann man zum Dinner erscheinen - das finde ich sehr gut !
Ein wunderschönes, familiengeführtes und neu renoviertes Hotel! Alles sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail modernisiert! Es zieht sich durch das ganze Haus eine Linie durch (Stil,Farbe...) sehr sehr schön! Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute hat alles perfekt gepasst! Die Damen des Hauses aber generell das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedes Anliegen/Anfrage wurde ernstgenommen und sofort bearbeitet. Wir hatten die „Penthouse Suite plus“ gebucht und das Zimmer/Suite war ein Traum! Von der privaten Sauna bis hin zum Whirlpool auf der Terrasse, die Aussicht vom Bett/Zimmer aus gigantisch schön (panoramaverglasung) der Sonnenaufgang am Morgen, die Terrasse an sich und die gr. Doppelliege zum Flanieren, das riesige Bett und das Bad alles neu, modern, stilvoll und natürlich picobello sauber!! Der infinity pool am Dach auch wunderschön!
Alle coronabestimmungen wurden umgesetzt und man fühlte sich „sicher“
Das Frühstücksbüffet bot eine umfangreiche Auswahl und lies keine Wünsche offen, zudem wurde auf kleine Mengen geachtet und dafür wurde es ständig frisch aufgefüllt, dass uns wiederum sehr gefiel! Auch zu Ende der Frühstückszeit war alles noch vorrätig und frisch (Wurst/Käse/Lachs ohne Ränder...)
Das Nachmittags Kuchenbuffet „klein und fein“ und vor allen hausgemacht, lies auch keinen Wunsch offen!
Nun zum Abendessen: auch hier wieder alles perfekt! Tischdeko, Auswahl der Speisen/Gänge (regional, saisonal und doch mit extravaganten einzelzutaten) der zeitliche Rahmen etc..... wunderbar! Eine Gaumenfreude ....großes Lob an den Küchenchef und sein Team!!
Es war für uns „das perfekte Hotel“ und wir haben das Wochenende sehr genossen!

We stayed there for three nights and had a New Balance Suite. The entire hotel was beautiful, the staff very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. They thought of everything. You could order drinks upstairs at the Sky Pool and rent bikes. The wellness area was also extensive and beautiful. The breakfast and dinner menus were delicious.

One of our favorite hotels is the family-run Hotel "Das Dorner" in Algund.
Here, you can truly unwind. Whether by the pool in the beautiful garden, in the panoramic sauna, or in the infinity pool on the hotel roof. From here, you have a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, Merano, Tirolo, and the surrounding vineyards.
The hotel is in a unique location in terms of transport. The bus stop and a stop for the Vinschgau Railway are right in front of the hotel. However, you won't notice any of this at all while you're at the hotel. With the Algund Card, you can use all public transport for free, so you'll only need your car in exceptional circumstances.
I'd also like to mention the excellent food. Vacationing here is truly enjoyable.

The fantastic infusion of steam is a must, lasting 15 minutes.
We are staying in a building outside the hotel, so to reach the reception, breakfast room, lunch, and dinner, you have to walk to the building. The hotel provides umbrellas for use in case of rain or snow.
The cuisine includes classic and South Tyrolean dishes, excellent quality and well-balanced portions.

We stayed here for three nights after a strenuous crossing of the Alps, and we lacked nothing. The owner and her daughters warmly welcomed us with a glass of Prosecco. The hotel is newly built and boasts a modern and stylish ambiance. The food and service are absolutely top-notch. I've rarely experienced such excellent service as here. The food is at the upper 5-star level, and the portions are neither too large nor too small. The wine sommelier is always on hand to recommend the perfect wine to accompany each course. The wellness area has also been completely renovated and impresses with its cleanliness and pure luxury. The Finnish sauna alone, with its stunning view of the mountains, allows you to completely forget about everyday life. The wellness and beauty treatments are unbeatable in terms of value for money. Every member of staff is competent, extremely friendly, and accommodating. A special thank you goes to the owner and her daughters, who not only washed our dirty and sweaty laundry for free, but also gave us such a wonderful and excellent end to our tour that we will certainly never forget. We will definitely be back, and if you want a special vacation, you absolutely have to come here!

A beautiful hotel that, after a careful renovation, has become a true gem in a quiet area yet just 5 minutes from Merano. The indoor pool is very large, but the rooftop one is truly spectacular with a priceless view, and Max offers some unmissable saunas. Everything was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly!

Das Zimmer mit dem Blick in den Biergarten ist traumhaft. Der Palmengarten des Hotels ist sehr schön mit vielen Sonne liegen sehr einladend! Der Speiseraum und die angrenzende Terrasse sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und laden geradezu ein zum Verweilen. Der Pool auf dem Hoteldach ist ein Traum. Die Spa Angebote und die Kurse wie Yoga und Smovey werden von sehr kompetenten und netten Damen ausgeführt. Das Essen ist schön für das Auge ein Traum und es schmeckt hervorragend! Rundum ein Hotel in dem man jederzeit wieder gerne seinen Urlaub verbringt.
Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Mit Kindern kein Problem. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Gute Beratung vorab am Telefon, das Zimmer war wie besprochen, alles bestens. Gut gefallen hat mir auch die Möglichkeit, bei schönem Wetter immer auch draussen, geschützt zu essen oder aber einfach im Hotel das Essen zu geniessen. Das Schwimmbad war sehr sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher zur Sauna/Schwimmbad.

Das Zimmer war für drei Personen gut nutzbar, viel Platz war vorhanden, ebenfalls ein geräumiges Badezimmer. Besonders schön ist der Dachpool und die Gestaltung drumherum. Ganz besonders hochwertig erlebten wir die Massagen bei Brigitte ( ev Birgit? ), sehr kompetent, äusserst angenehm und wirksam, ebenso ihre kurze Beratung. Auch von erfreulich guter Qualität und sehr erfrischend und belebend war die Yogastunde. Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub für uns, wir würden das Hotel auf jeden falll weiterempfehlen!

Sehr geschmackvolle Zimmer und schönes Restaurant. Gutes Design in allen Bereichen des Neubaus 2018. Sehr leckeres Essen, sowohl das Küchenbüffet am Nachmittag als auch das Menü am Abend. Frühstücksbüffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich im Neubau, allerdings eher für weniger Personen ausgelegt. Toller Blick sowohl aus der Panoramasauna als auch vom Pool auf der Dachterasse.

Essen = köstlich und abwechslungsreich "Hinterhof" = ruhige Lage und trotzdem sehr zentral. Einrichtung für Kinder (Spielzimmer, Schwimmbad, Spielplatz). Große, schöne Zimmer. Großes Badezimmer mit sehr guter Dusche. Sehr nette Angestellte, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung standen = tolle Gastfreundschaft. Es war super!

Freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage, guter Service und gutes Essen
Ich hatte eine Beschwerde über Gäste, welche sich unmöglich benahmen in dem Hotel. Das Personal kümmerte sich um diesen Fall und danach war Ruhe von den anderen Gästen. Fand ich super diesen Service, dass sie die Beschwerde von mir zu Herzen nahmen und dafür gesorgt haben das sich die anderen Gäste auch benahmen.
Das Essen war sehr gut. Hier wurde auf meine Lebenmittelunverträglichkeit eingegangen.

Im Hotel fühlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben, das Personal ist unaufdringlich aber immer zur Stelle wenn man es braucht. Ein ganz grosses Kompliment an die Küche. Das mehrgängige Menu Abends war jedes mal ein Hochgenuss.

wunderschöne Anlage, zur Zeit rege Strassenbauarbeiten und Hausanschlüsse. Daher auch morgens schon teilweise laut. Aber das kommt zum Ende. Das Hotel verdient seine 4 Sterne und bietet alles für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Eigner bieten Gastfreundschaft auf sehr hohem Niveau! Die Schwimmbäder, aussen wie innen, sind Klasse. Der Service ist sehr, sehr gut. Die Manschaft ist prima drauf und es ist Ihnen nichts zu viel! Wir werden wieder unseren Urlaub im Hotel Dorner erleben wollen.

A beautiful 4-star hotel. We stayed in two suites, and I must say they were extremely comfortable. The indoor pool and in-house beauty center are wonderful. Breakfast and dinner are worthy of a top-notch restaurant. The kindness of the family who runs it and the staff make you feel at home! The location is great, considering it's just a few minutes' drive to the center of Merano! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
